Luke 24:21 ἡμεῖς (We) δὲ (however) ἠλπίζομεν (were hoping) ὅτι (-) αὐτός (He) ἐστιν (it is) ὁ (who) μέλλων (is about) λυτροῦσθαι (to redeem) τὸν (-) Ἰσραήλ (Israel). ἀλλά (But) γε (indeed) καὶ (also) σὺν (with) πᾶσιν (all) τούτοις (these things), τρίτην (the third) ταύτην (this) ἡμέραν (day) ἄγει (brings), ἀφ’ (away from) οὗ (which) ταῦτα (these things) ἐγένετο (came to pass).
