John 9:22 Ταῦτα (These things) εἶπαν (said) οἱ (the) γονεῖς (parents) αὐτοῦ (of Him) ὅτι (because) ἐφοβοῦντο (they were afraid) τοὺς (of the) Ἰουδαίους (Jews); ἤδη (already) γὰρ (for) συνετέθειντο (had agreed together) οἱ (the) Ἰουδαῖοι (Jews) ἵνα (that) ἐάν (if) τις (anyone) αὐτὸν (Him) ὁμολογήσῃ (should confess) Χριστόν (Christ), ἀποσυνάγωγος (expelled from the synagogue) γένηται (he would be).
