Acts 27:40-41 καὶ (And) τὰς (the) ἀγκύρας (anchors) περιελόντες (having cut away), εἴων (they left them) εἰς (in) τὴν (the) θάλασσαν (sea), ἅμα (at the same time) ἀνέντες (having loosened) τὰς (the) ζευκτηρίας (ropes) τῶν (of the) πηδαλίων (rudders). καὶ (And) ἐπάραντες (having hoisted) τὸν (the) ἀρτέμωνα (foresail) τῇ (to the) πνεούσῃ (blowing wind), κατεῖχον (they began making) εἰς (for) τὸν (the) αἰγιαλόν (shore).
