Qal Participle plural וְשָׁרִים כְּחֹלֲלִים Ps 87:7 as well the singers as the pipe-players, compare AV; < RV Pe De Che Bae and others Polel Participle from 1. חוּל dancers. Pi`el Participle וְהָעָם מְחַלְּלִים בַּחֲלִלִים 1Kgs 1:40 and the people piped with pipes (compare Assyrian —âlalu, according to D1 in Zim^{BP 117}).
