1 Corinthians 15:12-23

Anderson(i) 12 But if Christ is preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you, that a resurrection of the dead is impossible? 13 But if a resurrection of the dead is impossible, Christ has not been raised. 14 And if Christ has not been raised, then vain is our preaching, and vain also your faith. 15 We are, indeed, also found false witnesses of God; for we have testified against God, that he raised the Christ, whom he did not raise, if, indeed, the dead are not raised. 16 For if the dead are not raised, Christ has not been raised; 17 and if Christ has not been raised, your faith is vain; you are yet in your sins. 18 Then, also, those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most miserable. 20 But now, Christ has risen from the dead, the first-fruits of those who slept. 21 For, since through man came death, through man comes also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For, as in Adam all die, so, also, in Christ shall all be made alive: 23 but each in his own order; Christ the first-fruit, afterward, those who are Christ's at his coming.
