¹ The LORD reigns. He is clothed with majesty. The LORD is armed with strength. The world also is established. It can't be moved. ² Your throne is established from long ago. You are from everlasting. ³ The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their pounding waves. ⁴ Mightier than the rumblings of many waters, mightier than the mighty breakers of the sea, the LORD on high is mighty. ⁵ Your statutes stand firm. Holiness adorns your house, Yahweh, forever more.

¹² Wealth and honour come from you, and you are ruler over all, and in your hand is power and strength; it is in your power to make great, and to give strength to all.

³² It is God who girds me with strength and makes my way perfect.

⁶ Who by his power forms the mountains, having armed yourself with strength;

³ When the earth and all its people become feeble, I am the support of its pillars. Selah.

¹⁰ Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns." The world is also established. It can't be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.

⁹ Awake, awake! Clothe yourself with strength, O arm of the LORD. Awake, as in days gone by, as in generations of old. Was it not you who cut Rahab to pieces, who pierced that monster through?

¹⁶ And I set my words in your mouth; and I covered you in the shadow of my hand to plant the heavens and to lay the foundations of the earth, and to say to Siyon, You are my people.

⁷ How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!”

¹⁷ He put on justice as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation upon his head: he put on the garments of vengeance, and was clad with zeal as with a cloak.

¹ Who is this, coming from Edom, from Bozrah in bright red garments? Who is this honored in his garment, lying down in his great strength? "It is I, speaking in justice, mighty to save!"

³² You're to be driven away from people. You're to live with the wild animals of the field. ¹³ And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’

² But in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. ³ The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

⁸ But about the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, will last forever and ever, and righteousness will be the scepter of Your kingdom.

¹⁵ Then the seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever." ¹⁶ Then the twenty-four elders who were seated on their thrones before God fell on their faces and worshiped God, ¹⁷ saying: "We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, The One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign.

⁸ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

⁸ "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."

¹¹ saying, “Write in a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.”

¹ Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot in vain? ² The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the LORD and against his Anointed One. ³ "Let us break their bands asunder and throw off from us their yoke."

⁴ The ropes of death encircled me, and streams of ruin overwhelmed me.

¹ Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck. ² I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold. I have come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.

¹⁴ Rescue me from the mud and do not let me sink. Rescue me from those who hate me, and from the deep waters. ¹⁵ Do not let the torrent of waters flood over me, or the deep swallow me, or the pit close its mouth over me. ¹⁶ Answer me, O LORD, because your loyal love is good; according to your abundant mercies, turn to me,

¹¹ Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad: let the sea roar, with all that filleth it.

⁷ Let the sea roar, and the fullness of it; the world, and those who live in it. ⁸ Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing for joy together.

²⁵ For he spoke and raised up a stormy wind, and it whipped up its waves. ²⁶ They mount up to the heavens, and they go down to the depths: their soul pined away with evils.

³ then they had swallowed us alive when they kindled their wrath against us: ⁴ Then the flood waters would have overwhelmed us, the torrent would have flooded over us; ⁵ the swollen waters would have swept us away.

¹² Ah! The noise of many peoples, they make a noise like the noise of the seas! And the roar of nations, they roar like the roar of mighty waters! ¹³ The nations roar like the roar of many waters, but he will rebuke him, and he will flee far away. ²⁵ You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of Your servant, our father David: ‘Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot in vain? ²⁶ The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the Lord and against His Anointed One.’ ²⁷ For in truth both Herod and Pontius Pilate, together with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, assembled together in this city against your holy servant Jesus whom you anointed,

¹⁵ Then from the mouth of the serpent spewed water like a river to overtake the woman and sweep her away in the torrent.

¹⁵ He said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.

⁷ who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.

⁶ For who in the skies compares to the LORD? Who is like the LORD among the divine beings?

⁹ You rule over the majestic sea; when its waves surge, you calm them.

⁸ But You, O LORD, are exalted forever.

³ The sea looked and fled; the Jordan turned back; ⁴ The mountains skipped like rams, the hills like lambs. ⁵ What was it, you sea, that you fled? You Jordan, that you turned back?

²² "Do you not reverence (respect) me?" Asks the LORD. "Do you not tremble [with awe] in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, a permanent barrier it cannot cross. Although the waves toss continuously, they cannot break through. Although they roar, they cannot cross it.

³⁷ Soon a violent windstorm came up, and the waves were breaking over the boat, so that it was being swamped. ³⁸ But he was in the stern, asleep on a cushion. And they woke him and said to him, "Teacher, do you not care if we perish?" ³⁹ So he got up, and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind quieted down, and there was a great calm.

³ Therefore Moses said to Aaron, "This is what the LORD spoke, saying, 'Among those who are close to me I will show myself holy, and in the presence of all the people I will display my glory.'" So Aaron was silent.

² Speak to the assembly of the sons of Israel, and say to them, Ye shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am holy.

⁴ For you are not a God who takes pleasure in wrongdoing; there is no evil with you. ⁵ The arrogant shall not stand in your sight. You hate all evildoers. ⁶ You destroy speakers of lies. A man of bloodshed and deceit the LORD abhors. ⁷ But I, in the abundance of Your grace, I will come into Your house; I will worship in Your fear toward Your holy temple.

⁷ The law of the LORD is perfect, refreshing the soul, The testimonies of the LORD are stedfast, Making wise the simple, ⁸ The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; the commands of the LORD are pure, giving light to the eyes.

² Give to the LORD, the glory due to his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

⁵ Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool. He is holy!

⁹ Exalt the LORD our God and worship at his holy mountain, for the LORD our God is holy!

¹¹¹ I inherited thy testimonies forever: for they are the joy of my heart.

¹²⁹ Your laws are wonderful. Therefore I obey them!

¹³⁸ You have commanded Your statutes in righteousness; they are fully trustworthy.

¹⁴⁴ Your laws are righteous forever. Give me understanding that I may live.

²⁰ To the Law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this Word, it is because no light is in them.

¹¹ Get out of her my people! Touch no unclean thing! Come out from it and be pure, you who carry the vessels of the LORD.

²⁰ In that day there will be on the bells of the horses, HOLY TO the LORD; and the pots in the LORD's house will be like the bowls before the altar. ²¹ Yes, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah will be holy to the LORD of hosts; and all those who sacrifice will come and take of them, and cook in them. In that day there will no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

³⁵ Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

²⁴ God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”

¹⁶ Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple, and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? ¹⁷ If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.

¹⁷ So when God wanted to make the unchanging nature of His purpose very clear to the heirs of the promise, He guaranteed it with an oath. ¹⁸ Thus by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be strongly encouraged.

¹⁴ Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.

⁹ If we accept human testimony, God's testimony is greater, because it is the testimony of God and because he has testified about his Son. ¹⁰ Whoever believes in the Son of God has this testimony within him; whoever does not believe God has made Him out to be a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony God has given about His Son. ¹¹ And this is that testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. ¹² He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. ¹³ I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.

²⁷ But nothing impure shall enter into it, nor shall any man who commits shameful acts, or who lies: but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
