¹ Paule the seruaunte of Iesus Christ called to be an Apostle, put aparte to preache the Gospel of God,

²⁴ But I haue sayde vnto you that ye shall enioye their lande, & that I wyll geue it vnto you to possesse it: euen a land that floweth wyth mylke and hony. I am the Lord your God, which haue separated you from other nacions: ²⁵ that ye shulde put difference betwene cleane beastes and vncleane, and betwene vncleane foules and them that are cleane. Make not your soules therfore abhominable with beastes and foules, & with al maner thing that crepeth vpon the ground, whych I haue separated vnto you to holde them vncleane. ²⁶ Be holy vnto me, for I the Lorde am holy and haue seuered you from other nacions: that ye shuld be myne.

⁹ Semeth it but a smal thinge vnto you, that the God of Israel hath seperated you from the multitude of Israel to brynge you to hym, to do the seruyce of the dwellynge place of the Lorde, and to stande before the people to minister vnto theim? ¹⁰ he hath taken the to him, and al thy brethren the sonnes of Leui with the, & ye seke the offyce of the priest also.

⁸ And the same ceason the Lorde seperated the trybe of Leui to beare the arcke of the appoyntmente of the Lorde and to stande before the Lord, and to minister vnto hym and to blesse in his name vnto thys day.

¹³ The sonnes of Amram: Aaron and Moses. And Aaron was appoynted to consecrate in the place moost holy, with his sonnes for euer: & to burne the offerynges before the Lorde, and to ministre, & to blesse in his name for euer.

¹ Ye Iles, herken vnto me, & take hede ye people from farre. The Lorde hath called me from my byrth, and made mencion of my name from my mothers womb:

⁵ Before I fashyoned the in thy mothers wombe, I did know the. And or euer thou wast borne, I sanctifyed the, and ordeyned the, to be a Prophete vnto the people.

¹⁵ And he sayed to them: Go ye into all the worlde, and preache the glad tydynges to all creatures, ¹⁶ he that beleueth & is baptised, shall be saued. But he that beleueth not, shalbe damned.

¹⁰ But the aungel sayde vnto them: Be not afrayed. For beholde, I bringe you tydinges of greate ioye that shall come to al the people: ¹¹ for vnto you is borne this day in the citye of Dauid, a sauioure whiche is Christe the Lorde.

²⁶ If any man minister vnto me, let hym folowe me, and where I am, there shal also my minister be. And yf any man minister vnto me, hym wyll my father honoure.

¹⁴ Yf I then your lord and mayster haue washed your fete, ye also ought to wash one anothers fete. ¹⁵ For I haue geuen you an ensample, that ye shoulde do as I haue done to you. ¹⁶ Verelye verelye I say vnto you: the seruaunte is not greater then hys mayster, neyther the messenger greater then he that sent hym.

¹⁵ Henceforth call I you not seruauntes: for the seruaunt knoweth not what hys lorde doth. But you haue I called frendes, for all thynges that I haue heard of my father, I haue opened vnto you.

²⁰ Remember the saiyng that I sayde vnto you: the seruaunt is not greater then the lorde, yf they haue persecuted me, so wyll they persecute you: yf they haue kept my saiynges, so wyll they kepe yours.

¹⁵ The Lorde said vnto him: go thy wayes for he is a chosen vessel vnto me, to beare me name before the gentyls and kynges, and the chyldren of Israel.

² As they ministred to the Lorde and fasted, the holy ghost sayde: separate me Barnabas and Saule, for the worke where vnto I haue called them. ³ Then fasted they and prayed, and put theyr handes on them, & let them go. ⁴ And they after they were sent of the holye ghost, came vnto Seleutia, & from thence they sayled to Cyprus.

⁹ Then Saul which also is called Paul being full of the holy ghost set hys eyes on hym,

²⁴ But none of these thinges moue me: neyther is my lyfe dere vnto my selfe: that I myght fulfyl my course with ioye, and the ministracyon whiche I haue receyued of the Lord Iesus, to testifye the gospell of the grace of God.

⁴⁰ When he had geuen hym licence. Paul stode on the stoppes, and beckened with the hande vnto the people, and there was made a great silence. And he spake vnto them in the Hebrew tonge, saiynge.

⁷ and I fell to the earthe, and heard a voyce, saiynge vnto me: Saul, Saule, why persecutest thou me?

¹³ came vnto me, and stode, and sayde vnto me: brother Saule, loke vp. And that same houre I receyued my sighte, and sawe hym. ¹⁴ And he sayde: the God of oure fathers hath ordeyned the before, that thou shouldeste knowe hys wyll, and shouldeste se that which is ryghtfull: and shouldest heare the voyce of hys mouth: ¹⁵ for thou shalte be hys wytnes vnto all men of those thynges whiche thou haste sene and hearde.

²¹ And he sayd vnto me: depart, for I wyl sende the a farre hence vnto the gentyls.

¹ Agrippa sayd vnto Paule: thou art permitted to speake for thy selfe, Then Paule stretched forthe the hand, and aunswered for him selfe,

¹⁴ When we were all fallen to the earth: I heard a voice speakinge vnto me, and saiynge in the Hebrue tonge: Saul Saul, why persecutest thou me? It is hard for the to kicke against the pricke.

¹⁶ but ryse and stand vp on thy fete. For I haue appeared vnto the for this purpose, to make the a minister, and a wytnes both of those thinges, whiche thou hast sene, and of those thinges in the which I wil appeare ¹⁷ vnto the deliuering the from the people, and from the gentils, vnto whiche nowe I sende the, ¹⁸ to open theyr eyes, that they myght turne from darckenes to lyght, and from the power of Satan vnto God: that they maye receiue forgeuenes of synnes, and inheritaunce amonge them whyche are sanctyfyed by fayth in me.

²³ For there stode by me this nyght the aungell of God. Whose I am, and whom I serue,

⁵ by whom we haue receyued grace and Apostleshyp, to brynge all maner heathen people vnto the obedience of the fayth that is in his name:

⁹ For God is my wytnes, whom I serue wyth my spyryte in the Gospel of hys sonne, that wythout ceasinge I make mencion of you alwayes in my prayers,

¹⁶ For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, because it is the power of God vnto saluacion to all that beleue, namely to the Iewe and also to the gentyle.

¹³ I speake to you gentyls, in as much as I am the Apostle of the gentyls: I wil magnify myne offyce,

¹⁶ that I should be the minister of Iesu Christe amonge the Gentyles, and should minister the glad tydynges of God, that the gentils myghte be an acceptable offerynge, sanctifyed by the holye ghoste.

²⁹ And I am sure when I come, that I shall come with aboundaunce of the blessinge of the Gospell of Christe.

¹⁸ For they that are such, serue not the Lorde Iesus Christ: but theyr owne bellyes, and with swete preachynges & flatterynge wordes deceyue the hertes of the innocentes.

²⁵ To hym that is of power to stablysh you, accordynge to my Gospell and preachinge of Iesus Christe, in vtterynge of the mysterye whiche was kepte secrete sence the worlde began,

¹ Paule by vocacyon an Apostle of Iesus Christe thorow the wyll of God, & brother Sostenes.

¹ Am I not an Apostle? am I not free? haue I not sene Iesus Christ our Lorde?

¹⁶ In that I preache the Gospel, I haue nothinge to reioyce of. For necessytye is put vnto me. Wo is it vnto me yf I preach not the Gospel. ¹⁷ Yf I do it wyth a good wil, I haue a rewarde. But yf I do it against my wyl, an offyce is committed vnto me. ¹⁸ What is my reward then? Verelye, that when I preache the Gospell, I make the Gospell of Christ fre, that I misuse not myne authoryte in the Gospell.

⁸ And last of al, he was sene of me, as of one that was borne out of due time. ⁹ For I am the leste of al the Apostles, whiche am not worthy to be called an Apostle, because I persecuted the congregation of God. ¹⁰ But by the grace of God I am that I am. And his grace which is in me, was not in vaine, but I laboured more aboundantly then they al, not I but the grace of God which is with me.

¹ Paule an Apostle of Iesu Christ by the wyll of God, and brother Timotheus. Vnto the congregation of God, whithe is at Corinthum, with all the sainctes, which are in all Achaia.

⁵ For we preache not oure selues, but Christ Iesus to be the Lorde, and oure selues youre seuauntes for Iesus sake.

⁵ I impose that I was not behynde the chief Apostles.

¹¹ I am made a fole in bostynge my selfe. Ye haue compelled me: I ought to haue bene commended of you. For in nothynge was I inferyor vnto the chiefe Apostles. Thoughe I be nothynge

¹ Paul an Apostle, not of men, neyther by man, but by Iesus christ and by God the father, which raysed hym from death:

¹⁰ Preache I mans doctryne or Goddes? Eyther go I aboute to please men? Yf I studyed to please men, I were not the seruauat of Christe. ¹¹ I certifye you brethren, that the Gospell which was preached of me, was, not after the maner of men, ¹² neyther receyued I it of man, neyther was I taughte it, but receyued it by the reuelacyon of Iesus Christ. ¹³ For ye haue hearde of my conuersacyon in tyme paste, in the Iewes wayes, howe that beyonde measure I persecuted the congregacyon of God, & spoyled it, ¹⁴ and preuayled in the Iewes lawe, aboue many of my companyons, which were of myne own nacyon, & was a much more feruent mayntayner of the tradicions of the elders. ¹⁵ But when it pleased God (whiche separated me from my mothers wombe, and called me by hys grace, ¹⁶ for to declare hys sonne by me) that I shoulde preache hym amonge the heathen immediatly I communed not of the matter with fleshe and bloude, ¹⁷ neyther returned to Hierusalem to them whiche were Apostles before me, but went my wayes into Arabia, and came agayne to Damasco.

¹ Paule an Apostle of Iesu Christe by the wyll of God. To the Saynctes whiche are at Ephesus, & to them whiche beleue on Iesus Christe.

¹³ In whome also ye (after that ye hearde the worde of trueth. I meane the Gospel of your saluacyon, wherein ye beleued) were sealed with the holye spiryte of promes,

⁵ Which mysterye in tymes passed was not opened to the sonnes of men, as it is now declared vnto his holye Apostles and Prophetes by the spyrite ⁶ that the Gentyles shoulde be inheritours also, and of the same bodye, and partakers of hys promes that is in Christe, by the meanes of the Gospell, ⁷ wherof I am made a mynyster, by the gyfte of the grace of God geuen vnto me thorowe the workynge of hys power.

¹¹ And the very same made some Apostles, some Prophetes, some Euangelistes, some sheperdes, some teachers,

¹ Paule and Tymotheus the seruauntes of Iesu Christe. To all the sainctes in Christe Iesu, which are at Philippos, wyth the Bishops and Deacons.

¹¹ and that al tounges should confesse that Iesus Christ is the Lorde vnto the prayse of God the father.

⁶ and as concerning feruentnes, I persecuted the congregation, & as touching the ryghtuousnes, whiche is in the lawe, I was vnrebukeable. ⁷ But the thinges that were vauntage vnto me. I counted losse for Christes sake.

¹ Paule an Apostle of Iesu Christe by the wyll of God, and brother Tymotheus.

²⁵ wherof I am made a minister accordinge to the ordinaunce of God, whiche ordinaunce was geuen me vnto you warde, to fulfyll the worde of God,

² but euen after that we had suffred before, and were shamefullye entreated at Philippos (as ye wel know) then were we bolde in our God to speake vnto you the Gospel of God wyth muche stryuynge.

¹³ But we are bounde to geue thankes alwaye to God for you brethren beloued of the Lorde, because that God hath from the beginnynge chosen you to saluacyon, thorow sanctifiynge of the spyryte, and thorowe beleuing the truet ¹⁴ whereunto he called you by oure Gospell, to obtayne the glorye that commeth of oure Lorde Iesu Christe.

¹ Paule an Apostle of Iesus Christe, by the commaundemente of God our sauyour, and Lord Iesus christ whiche is oure hope.

¹¹ accordynge to the Gospell of the glorye of the blessed God, whiche Gospell is committed vnto me. ¹² And I thanke Christe Iesus oure Lorde which hath made me stronge: for he counted me true, and put me in offyce,

¹⁵ Thys is a true saiynge and by all meanes worthy to be receyued, that Christ Iesus came into the worlde to saue synners, of whom I am chiefe. ¹⁶ Not wythstandyng for this cause was mercye geuen vnto me that Iesus christ shoulde fyrste shewe on me all longe pacience vnto the ensample of them whiche shal in tyme to come beleue on hym vnto eternall lyfe.

⁷ where vnto I am ordeyned a preacher and an Apostle: I tell the trueth in Christe and lye not, beynge the teacher of the gentyles in fayth and verytye.

¹¹ whereunto I am appointed, a preacher and an Apostle and a teacher of the Gentyls:

¹ Paule the seruaunt of God and an Apostle of Iesu Christ, to preache the faythe, of Goddes elect, & the knowledge of that truethe, whiche is after Godlynes,

⁴ And no man taketh honoure vnto him selfe, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.

²⁶ Suche an hye Prieste it became vs to haue which is holy, harmlesse, vndefyled, separate from synners, and made hyer then heauen.

¹ Iames the seruaunte of God and of the Lorde Iesus Christ sendeth gretyng to the twelue trybes whiche are scattered here and there.

¹ Simon Peter a seruaunte, and an Apostle of Iesus Christe, to them whyche haue obtained lyke precyous faith wyth vs in the rightuousnes that commeth of oure God and sauiour Iesu Christ.

¹ Iudas the seruaunte of Iesus Christ, the brother of Iames. To them whyche are called & sanctyfied in God the father, and preserued in Iesu Christe.

¹ The Reuelacyon of Iesus Christe which God gaue vnto hym, for to shew vnto his seruauntes thinges whiche muste shortely come to passe. And he sent and shewed by hys angel vnto hys seruaunt Iohn

⁶ And he said vnto me, these sayinges are faythfull, & true. And the Lord God of sainctes and prophetes sente hys angel to shew vnto hys seruauntes, the thynges whiche muste shortly be fulfylled.

⁹ And he sayed vnto me: se thou do it not, for I am thy felowe seruaunte, & the felowe seruaunte of thy brethren the Prophetes, & of them which kepe the sayinges of thys boke. But worshyppe God.
