29 Ða cwæð he ic nelle eode þeh syðþan to þam wingerde.
30 þa cwæð he ealswa to þam oðrum; Ða &swarode se him & cwæð hlaford ic gä. & ne eode swa-þeah;
31 Hwæðer þara twegra dyde þæs fæder willan. þa cwædon hig se æftera. þa cwæð se hælend to him; Soð ic eow secge þt manfulle & myltystran gað beforan eow on godes rice;

43 forþam ic secge eow þt eow byð ætbroden godes rice. & byð ge-seald þære þeode þe hys earnað;
44 And seþe fylþ uppan þysne stan he byð tobrysed; & he to-brysð þone ðe he onuppan fylð;
45 Þa þæra sacerda ealdras & þa pharisei hys (sic) big-spel gehyrdon þa ongeton hig þt he hit sæde be him;
46 Hi sohton hyne & ondredon þt folc forþam þe hi hæfdon hyne for ænne witegan;
