Riverside⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹¹ In him we were predestined according to the plan of him who works in all things according to the purpose of his will, ¹² and we were made God's heritage in order that we might bring praise to his glory — we who first have fixed our hope on Christ. ¹³ In him you also, after hearing the message of the truth, the good news of your salvation, and putting your faith in him, were sealed by the promised Holy Spirit, ¹⁴ which is the pledge of our inheritance in anticipation of the full redemption of God's own people to the praise of his glory.
