Leeser⁽ⁱ⁾ ² And he made the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and twisted linen; ³ And they did heat the gold into thin plates, and cut it into wires, to work it in the blue, and in the purple, and in the scarlet yarn, and in the linen, with weaver’s work. ⁴ They made shoulder-pieces for it, joined on; on both its edges was it thus joined together. ⁵ And the belt for girding it on, that was upon it, was of the same piece with itself, of the same make: of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and twisted linen; as the Lord had commanded Moses.
