2 H1696 דברו Speak H5921 על ye comfortably H3820 לב ye comfortably H3389 ירושׁלם to Jerusalem, H7121 וקראו and cry H413 אליה unto H3588 כי her, that H4390 מלאה is accomplished, H6635 צבאה her warfare H3588 כי that H7521 נרצה is pardoned: H5771 עונה her iniquity H3588 כי for H3947 לקחה she hath received H3027 מיד hand H3069 יהוה H3718 כפלים double H3605 בכל for all H2403 חטאתיה׃ her sins.

3 H6963 קול The voice H7121 קורא of him that crieth H4057 במדבר in the wilderness, H6437 פנו Prepare H1870 דרך ye the way H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H3474 ישׁרו make straight H6160 בערבה in the desert H4546 מסלה a highway H430 לאלהינו׃ for our God.

4 H3605 כל Every H1516 גיא valley H5375 ינשׂא shall be exalted, H3605 וכל and every H2022 הר mountain H1389 וגבעה and hill H8213 ישׁפלו shall be made low: H1961 והיה shall be made H6121 העקב and the crooked H4334 למישׁור straight, H7406 והרכסים and the rough places H1237 לבקעה׃ plain:

5 H1540 ונגלה shall be revealed, H3519 כבוד And the glory H3068 יהוה of the LORD H7200 וראו shall see H3605 כל and all H1320 בשׂר flesh H3162 יחדו together: H3588 כי for H6310 פי the mouth H3068 יהוה of the LORD H1696 דבר׃ hath spoken
