Psalms 137

ECB(i) 1 By the rivers of Babel, there we settled; yes, we wept, when we remembered Siyon; 2 we hung our harps midst the willows: 3 for there our captors asked us the words of a song - our howlers, of cheer, Sing us a song of Siyon! 4 How sing we a song of Yah Veh in a strange soil? 5 If I forget you, O Yeru Shalem, my right forgets: 6 if I remember you not, my tongue adheres to my palate - if I ascend not Yeru Shalem, above the head of my cheer. 7 Remember, O Yah Veh, the sons of Edom in the day of Yeru Shalem who say, Strip naked - strip naked to the foundation! 8 O daughter of Babel, O ravaged; blithed - he who shalams your deed to you as you dealt us. 9 Blithed - he who takes and splatters your infants against the rocks.
