17 fear and the pit and the snare are upon you, O settler of the earth.
18 And so be it, he who flees from the voice of the fear falls into the pit; and he who ascends from midst the pit is captured in the snare: for the windows from on high open, and the foundations of the earth quake:
19 in shattering, the earth shatters; in breaking, the earth breaks; in toppling, the earth topples;
20 in staggering, the earth staggers as intoxicated and sways as a hammock; and the rebellion thereon is heavy: and it falls, and rises not.
