Deuteronomy 23

ECB(i) 1
THE TORAH ON CONGREGATIONAL EXCLUSIONS He who is wounded or castrated or has his penis cut off enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh: 2 a bastard enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh - even to his tenth generation enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh: 3 an Ammoniy or Moabiy enters not to the congregation of Yah Veh - even to their tenth generation enter not to the congregation of Yah Veh eternally: 4 for word that they anticipated you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came from Misrayim; and because they hired Bilam the son of Beor of Pethor of Aram Naharaim against you to abase you: 5 and Yah Veh your Elohim willed to not hearken to Bilam; but Yah Veh your Elohim turned the abasement to a blessing to you, because Yah Veh your Elohim loved you: 6 seek neither their shalom nor their good all your days - eternally. 7 Neither abhor an Edomiy; for he is your brother: nor abhor a Misrayim; because you were a sojourner in his land. 8 The sons birthed of them enter to the congregation of Yah Veh in their third generation. 9
THE TORAH ON SANITATION When the camp goes forth against your enemies, then guard from every evil word. 10 If there be among you any man, not pure from happenings of the night, he goes outside the camp; he comes not midst the camp: 11 but so be it, at the face of evening, he baptizes with water: and when the sun is down, he comes midst the camp again. 12
THE TORAH ON SANITATION ECOLOGY And have a handle outside the camp, where you go outside: 13 and take it on your ear; and so be it, when you sit outside, dig therewith and turn back and cover your excrement: 14 for Yah Veh your Elohim walks midst your camp to rescue you; and to give up your enemies at your face; so your camp is holy: so that he sees no word of nakedness in you and turns after you. 15
THE TORAH ON SERVANTS Deliver not to his adoni the servant who escaped to you from his adoni: 16 he settles with you - among you in the place he chooses in one of your portals, where it is good for him: oppress him not. 17
THE TORAH ON HALLOWED WHORES No one of the daughters of Yisra El becomes a hallowed whore; and no one of the sons of Yisra El becomes a hallowed whoremaster: 18 bring not the payoff of whoring, or the price of a dog, to the house of Yah Veh your Elohim for any vow: for even these two are an abhorrence to Yah Veh your Elohim. 19
THE TORAH ON USURY Usure not your brother - usury of silver, usury of food, usury of any word of a usurer: 20 usure a stranger; but your brother, usure not: so that Yah Veh your Elohim blesses you in every spreading of your hand in the land you go to possess. 21
THE TORAH ON VOWS When you vow a vow to Yah Veh your Elohim, delay not to shalam it: for in requiring, Yah Veh your Elohim requires of you; and it becomes sin in you: 22 and when you cease to vow it becomes not sin in you. 23 Guard and work what proceeds from your lips as you vow to Yah Veh your Elohim - even the voluntary you word with your mouth. 24
THE TORAH ON GLEANING When you come to the vineyard of your friend, eat grapes to fill your soul; but give not any in your instrument: 25 when you come to the stalks of your friend, pluck the ears with your hand; but move not a sickle to the stalks of your friend.
