THE TORAH ON WARRING When you go to war against your enemies and see horses and chariots and a people more than you, awe them not: for Yah Veh your Elohim is with you - who ascended you from the land of Misrayim. 2 And so be it, when you approach the war, the priest approaches and words to the people, 3 and says to them, Hear, O Yisra El, you approach this day to battle against your enemies: neither tenderize your hearts nor awe nor hasten nor terrify at their face; 4 for Yah Veh your Elohim is he who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
