Exodus 4:10-16 And Moses said to the LORD, O my LORD, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since you have spoken to your servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

16 H1696 And he shall be your spokesman H5971 to the people: H6310 and he shall be, even he shall be to you instead of a mouth, H430 and you shall be to him instead of God.
