Psalms 146:3-10

3 Confide not in volunteers - in a son of humanity - in whom there is no salvation: 4 his spirit goes; he returns to his soil; that very day his thoughts destruct. 5 Blithe - he who has El of Yaaqov for his help; whose expectation is in Yah Veh his Elohim 6 - who worked the heavens and earth, the sea and all therein: who guards truth eternally; 7 who works judgment for the oppressed; who gives bread to the famished. Yah Veh looses the bound; 8 Yah Veh opens the blind; Yah Veh raises the bowed; Yah Veh loves the just; 9 Yah Veh guards the sojourners; he restores the orphan and widow; and twists the way of the wicked. 10 Yah Veh reigns eternal; your Elohim, O Siyon, generation to generation. Halalu Yah!

Daniel 2:21

21 and he changes the times and the seasons: he passes sovereigns by, and raises sovereigns: he gives wisdom to the magi, and perception to them who know discernment:

1 Timothy 2:1-2

1
PETITIONS, PRAYERS, INTERCESSIONS, AND EUCHARISTS
So first of all, I beseech that petitions, prayers, intercessions and eucharists be made for all humanity; 2 for sovereigns and for all being in supremacy: so that we pass through a tranquil and quiet existence in all reverence and veneration.

Deuteronomy 17:14-20

14
THE TORAH ON SOVEREIGNS When you come to the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you, and possess it and settle therein; and you say, I set a sovereign over me, as all the goyim all around me! 15 - in setting, set him sovereign over you, whom Yah Veh your Elohim chooses: set one from among your brothers sovereign over you: you cannot give a man - a stranger over you, who is not your brother. 16 Only, he abounds not horses to himself; returns not the people to Misrayim to abound horses: since Yah Veh says to you, Never again return that way. 17 He neither abounds women to himself nor turns away his heart nor mightily abounds silver and gold to himself. 18 And so be it, when he sits on the throne of his sovereigndom, he inscribes himself a duplicate of this torah in a scroll from that at the face of the priests the Leviym: 19 and so be it with him, and he recalls therein all the days of his life: to learn to awe Yah Veh his Elohim, to guard all the words of this torah and these statutes, to work them: 20 to not lift his heart above his brothers, and to not turn aside from the misvah - right or left: and to prolong his days in his sovereigndom, - he and his sons, midst Yisra El.

Proverbs 29:2

2 When the just abound, the people cheer; and when the wicked reign, the people sigh.

Exodus 18:17-21

17 And the in law of Mosheh says to him, The word you work is not good: 18 in wilting, you wilt - both you and this people with you; for this word is too heavy for you: you are not able to work it yourself alone. 19 Hearken now to my voice, I counsel you: and Elohim is with you: you become for the people in front of Elohim, to bring the words to Elohim: 20 and enlighten them statutes and torahs and have them know the way to walk and the work to work: 21 and you - seek valiant men from all the people such as awe Elohim, men of truth, hating greed; and over them set governors of thousands, governors of hundreds, governors of fifties and governors of tens:

Ecclesiastes 10:2

2 The heart of the wise is at his right; and the heart of a fool at his left:

Romans 13:1

ALL AUTHORITY IS ELOHIM-ORDAINED
Every soul, subjugate to the superior authorities. For there is no authority except of Elohim: the authorities that be are ordained of Elohim.

Titus 3:1-11

1 remind them to subjugate to hierarchies and authorities. to obey magistrates. to be prepared to every good work, 2 to blaspheme no one, to be amicable, gentle, to indicate all meekness to all humanity. 3 For we ourselves sometimes also are: mindless, distrusting, seduced, - serving divers pantings and pleasures, passing through in malice and envy, - hateful - hating one another. 4 And when the kindness and philanthropy of Elohim our Saviour appeared 5 - not by works in justness which we did - but according to his mercy he saved us through the bathing of regenesis and renewing of the Holy Spirit; 6 which he richly poured on us through Yah Shua Messiah our Saviour; 7 being justified by his charism, to become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. 8 Trustworthy the word: and I will that you thoroughly affirm these - so that whoever trusts in Elohim be thoughtful to preside over good works: these are good and beneficial to humanity. 9 And stand aloof from foolish questions and genealogies and contentions and strifes of torahists; for they are unbeneficial and vain. 10 A human - a heretick after the first and second admonition, shun; 11 knowing that whoever is such is perverted and sins, being self-condemned.

Romans 13:1-14

ALL AUTHORITY IS ELOHIM-ORDAINED
Every soul, subjugate to the superior authorities. For there is no authority except of Elohim: the authorities that be are ordained of Elohim. 2 So whoever withstands the authority opposes the ordinance of Elohim: and whoever withstands stake judgment to themselves. 3 For archs are not an awe to good works but to the evil. So will you, to not be awestricken of the authority? Do good and you have halal of the same: 4 for he is your minister of Elohim for good. But whenever you do evil, awe; for he bears not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of Elohim - the avenger to wrath upon whoever transacts evil. 5 So it is necessary to subjugate, not only for wrath, but also for sake of conscience. 6 For this cause complete/shalam your tribute also: for they are liturgists of Elohim, continuing therein. 7 So give to all their dues: to whom tribute, tribute; to whom completion/shalom, completion/shalom; to whom awe, awe; to whom honor, honor. 8 Be indebted to no one except to love one another: for whoever loves another fulfills/shalams the torah. 9 For: adulterize not! murder not! steal not! pseudo witness not! pant not! - and if there is any other misvah it is summed up in this word, namely, Love your neighbour as yourself! 10 Love works no evil to his neighbour: so love is the fulness/shalom of the torah. Exodus 20:13-17, Leviticus 19:18 11 And this: knowing the season, that it is already the hour to rise from sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we trusted. 12 The night advances, the day approaches: so put off the works of darkness and endue the weapon of light. 13 Walk decorously as in the day; not in carousing and intoxication; not in coition and lechery; not in contention and zeal; 14 but endue Adonay Yah Shua Messiah and make no provision for the flesh to do its pantings.

Deuteronomy 1:13

13 Give wise and discerning men, known among your scions; and I set them heads over you.
