²² And I saw no temple in it: for the Lord God almighty, and the Lamb, are the temple of it.

¹⁹ Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up again: then said the Jews, ²⁰ Forty and six years has this temple been in building, and wilt thou raise it up in three days? but He spake of the temple of his body. ²¹ Therefore when he was risen from the dead,

²¹ Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the time is coming, when ye shall worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.

²³ But the time is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for the Father requireth such worshippers of Him.

³⁰ I and the Father are one. Then the Jews again took up stones to stone Him.

¹⁹ For it pleased the Father, that all fulness should dwell in Him;

⁹ for all the fulness of the deity dwelleth personally in Him.

¹ Therefore the first covenant had also rites of worship and a worldly sanctuary. ² For there was a tabernacle prepared; the first part, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the loaves set on it, which is called the sanctuary. ³ And beyond the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holy of holies, having the golden censer, ⁴ and the ark of the covenant which was overlaid all round with gold, and in which was the golden pot with the manna in it, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; ⁵ and over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat: of which it is not necessary now to speak particularly. ⁶ Now these things being thus disposed, the priests always went into the first part of the tabernacle to perform their daily services: ⁷ but into the second only the high-priest went once a year; and that not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the sins of the people committed through ignorance. ⁸ The Holy Ghost shewing by this, that the way into the Holy of holies was not yet manifested, the first tabernacle being yet standing. ⁹ Which figure remains to the present time, wherein gifts and sacrifices are offered, that cannot perfect the worshipper as to his conscience, ¹⁰ relating only to meats and drinks, and different washings, and such carnal ordinances as were required till the time of reformation. ¹¹ But Christ being come an high-priest of the good things to come, hath entered once for all into the holy places, through a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is, not of this building, ¹² nor by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

⁸ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, saith the Lord, who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.

⁸ And the four animals had each of them six wings round about, and within were full of eyes; and they cease not day and night saying, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God almighty, who was, and who is, and who is to come.

⁶ And I beheld, and lo, in the midst of the throne, and of the four animals, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb, as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth.

¹⁷ saying, We give thanks unto thee, O Lord God almighty, who art, and who wast, and who art to come; because thou hast assumed thy great power, and hast reigned.

³ And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God almighty; just and true are thy ways, O king of saints: who should not fear thee,

⁷ And I heard another from the altar, saying, Yea, O Lord God almighty, true and just are thy judgements.

¹⁴ for they are the spirits of demons, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to bring them together to the battle of that great day of God almighty.

¹⁵ And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that He may smite the nations therewith: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the wine-press of the indignation and wrath of God almighty.

⁴ And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall be death no more, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor any more pain: for the former things are passed away. ⁵ And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
