²⁴ And he that keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him; and in this we know that He abideth in us, by the Spirit Whom He gave to us.

⁵⁴ He that eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day; ⁵⁵ for My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink. ⁵⁶ He that eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, abides in Me, and I in him.

²¹ He who has My commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves Me; and he that loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will manifest Myself to him." ²² Judas, not Iscariot, says to Him, "Lord, what has happened, that Thou art about to manifest Thyself to us, and not to the world?" ²³ Jesus answered, and said to him, "If any one loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him.

⁷ If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatsoever ye will, and it shall be done to you. ⁸ In this was My Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit, and become My disciples. ⁹ Even as the Father loved Me, I also loved you; abide in My love. ¹⁰ If ye keep My commandments, ye shall abide in My love, even as I have kept My Father's commandments, and abide in His love.

²¹ that they may all be one, even as Thou, Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be in us; that the world may believe that Thou didst send Me.

⁹ But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if, indeed, the Spirit of God is dwelling in you. And, if any one has not the spirit of Christ, he is not His. ¹⁰ And, if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the spirit is life because of righteousness. ¹¹ And, if the Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, He Who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will make alive your mortal bodies through His Spirit dwelling in you. ¹² Accordingly, then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh; ¹³ for, if ye live according to the flesh, ye are going to die; but, if by the Spirit ye put to death the deeds of the body, ye shall live. ¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For ye did not receive a spirit of bondage again unto fear; but ye received a spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, "Abba, Father." ¹⁶ The Spirit Himself testifieth with our spirit, that we are children of God; ¹⁷ and, if children, heirs also; heirs, indeed, of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if, indeed, we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified with Him.

¹⁶ Know ye not that ye are a temple of God, and that the Spirit of God is dwelling in you?

¹⁹ Or know ye not that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you, Whom ye have from God, and that ye are not your own?

¹⁶ And what agreement has a temple of God with idols? for we are a temple of the living God, as God said, "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."

⁵ that He might redeem those under law, that, we might receive the adoption of sons. ⁶ And, because ye are sons, God sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba," Father.

¹⁴ The good deposit guard through the Holy Spirit Who dwelleth in us.

⁶ He who says that he is abiding in Him ought himself also to walk even as He walked.

²² and whatsoever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments, and do the things that are pleasing before Him.

⁷ Beloved, let us love one another; because love is of God, and every one that loves has been begotten of God, and knows God.

¹² No one has ever beheld God. If we love one another, God abideth in us, and His love has been perfected in us. ¹³ In this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He hath given us of His Spirit.

¹⁵ Whosoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abideth in Him, and he in God. ¹⁶ And we have known and believed the love which God hath in us. God is love, and he that abides in love abides in God, and God abideth in him.
