³⁶ Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that Jesus whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

¹⁸ And Jesus came, and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹ Go ye now and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them unto the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: ²⁰ Teaching them to observe all things, whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the age.

¹¹ For unto you is born this day, in the city of David, a Saviour, Who is Christ the Lord.

³⁵ The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. ³⁶ That he who believeth on the Son, may have eternal life: But he that believeth not the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

²² For the Father judgeth no man; but hath given all judgment unto the Son; ²³ That all should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son, neither honoureth he the Father who hath sent him. ²⁴ Verily verily I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath eternal life, and shall not come into judgement; but is passed from death unto life. ²⁵ Verily verily I say unto you, That the hour cometh and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and they that hear shall live. ²⁶ For as the living Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself: ²⁷ And hath given him authority to execute judgement, because he is the Son of man. ²⁸ Marvel not at this; for the hour cometh in which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice. ²⁹ And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that do evil, unto the resurrection of condemnation.

²² Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, aman approved of God among you, by miracles and wonders and signs, all which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye your selves know: ²³ Him, being given you by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by a wicked hand have fastned to a cross, and slain:

¹¹ This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. ¹² Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved.

³⁰ But Peter said unto them. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew, and hanged on a tree. ³¹ Him hath God exalted in glory, a Prince and a Saviour, to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins in him.

³⁶ For the word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ; he is Lord of all. ³⁷ That you know, which was throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; ³⁸ Jesus of Nazareth; whom God anointed with the Holy Ghost, and with power: He went about doing good, and healing all that were brought into subjection by the devil: for God was with him. ³⁹ And we [are] his witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; and they slew [him,] and hanged [him] on a tree: ⁴⁰ Him God raised up the third day, and granted him to be made manifest: ⁴¹ Not to all the people, but to witnesses, chosen before of God, to us, who did eat and drink and converse with him after [he] arose from the dead forty days. ⁴² And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he who was ordained of God the judge of quick and dead.

³ For I could wish that myself were an anathema from Christ, for my brethren and kinsmen who are according to the flesh: ⁴ Who are Israelites; to whom is the adoption, and the glory, and the covenant, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promise; ⁵ Whose [are] the fathers; and of whom as concerning the flesh is Christ, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. ⁶ Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For all that are of Israel, are not Israelites.

⁸ For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore or die, we are the Lord's. ⁹ For to this end Christ both lived, and died, and rose again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. ¹⁰ But why dost thou judge thy brother in not eating, or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment-seat of God. ¹¹ For it is written, I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. ¹² So every one of us shall render an account of himself to God.

¹⁰ For we must all appear before the judgment-seat of Christ, that every one may receive the things [done] by his body, what he hath done, whether good or bad.

⁷ And to you who are troubled, rest with us; when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven, with his mighty angels, ⁸ In a flame of fire, taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus: ⁹ Who shall be punished with eternal destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power: ¹⁰ When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that have believed, because our testimony among you was believed in that day.
