³⁵ Behold your house is left to you desolate; and verily I say to you, Ye shall not see me, till the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

⁹ And the multitudes that went before and that followed after cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David; blessed in the name of the Lord is he that cometh: Hosanna in the highest.

⁹ And they that went before, and they that followed after cried, saying, Hosanna: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. ¹⁰ Blessed be the kingdom of our father David that cometh: Hosanna in the highest.

As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them who bring the good tidings of peace, who bring the glad tidings of good things!

³⁸ Saying, Blessed be the king that cometh in the name of the Lord: Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest. ³⁹ And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said to him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. ⁴⁰ And he answering said to them, I tell you, that if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

⁵ And as some spake of the temple, that it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, ⁶ he said, As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

²⁴ And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden by the Gentiles, till the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

³⁴ Ye shall seek, and shall not find me, and where I am, ye cannot come. ³⁵ Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? Will he go to the dispersed among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks? ³⁶ What saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me? And where I am, ye cannot come?

²² Whither I go, ye cannot come. The Jews said therefore, Will he kill himself? Because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come. ²³ And he said to them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. ²⁴ Therefore I said, Ye shall die in your sins; for if ye believe not, that I am, ye shall die in your sins.

¹³ that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, Took branches of palm-trees, and went out to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord, the king of Israel.

³⁵ Who is this Son of man? Then Jesus said to them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness overtake you, for he that walketh in darkness, knoweth not whither he goeth. ³⁶ While ye have the light, believe in the light, that ye may become children of light. These things spake Jesus, and retiring concealed himself from them.

¹⁹ Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more: but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. ²⁰ At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. ²¹ He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me, shall be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. ²² Judas (not Iscariot) saith to him, Lord, how is it, that thou wilt manifest thyself to us, and not to the world? ²³ Jesus answered and said to him, If any man love me, he will keep my words; and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our abode with him.

¹³ And set up false witnesses who said, This man ceaseth not to speak words against the holy place and the law. ¹⁴ For we have heard him say, That Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place, and change the rites which Moses delivered us.

¹⁵ But the veil lieth on their heart when Moses is read until this day. ¹⁶ Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away. ¹⁷ Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. ¹⁸ And we all with unveiled face, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image, from glory to glory, as by the Spirit of the Lord.
