⁶ and made us sit together in heavenly places through Christ Jesus:

²⁹ I say to you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, till the day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

¹⁸ who is the beginning, the first-begotten from the dead, that in all things he might have the pre-eminence.

¹² Buried with him in baptism, by which ye are also risen with him, through the faith of the operation of God, who raised him from the dead. ¹³ And you who were dead in trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him,

¹ If ye then are risen with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ sitteth at the right-hand of God. ² Set your affections on the things above, not the things on the earth. ³ For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

³⁷ Happy are those servants, whom the Lord, when he cometh, shall find watching; verily I say to you, that he will gird himself, and make them sit down to table, and will come forth and serve them.

²⁹ And I appoint to you a kingdom, as my Father to me, ³⁰ That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

²⁶ If any man serve me, let him follow me, and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will the Father honour.

³ I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself, that where I am, ye may be also.

²¹ That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. ²² And the glory which thou hast given me, I have given them, that they may be one, as we are one: ²³ I in them, and thou in me, that they may be perfected in one; and that the world may know, that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them as thou hast loved me. ²⁴ Father, I will that these also whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am, that they may behold my glory which thou hast given me; for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. ²⁵ Righteous Father, tho' the world hath not known thee, yet I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. ²⁶ And I have declared to them thy name, and will declare it, that the love wherewith thou hast loved me, may be in them, and I in them.

⁴ Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death, that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also should walk in newness of life. ⁵ For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places through Christ,

¹⁹ And what the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the energy of his mighty power, ²⁰ Which he wrought in Christ, raising him from the dead; and he hath made him sit at his own right-hand in heavenly places,

²⁰ Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him, and sup with him, and he with me. ²¹ He that overcometh, I will give him to sit with me on my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.
