¹ If ye then are risen with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ sitteth at the right-hand of God.

²⁰ But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth consume, and where thieves do not break thro' nor steal.

³³ But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

⁴⁴ Saying, The Lord said to my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

⁶⁴ Jesus saith to him, Thou hast said. Moreover I say to you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right-hand of power, and coming upon the clouds of heaven.

³⁶ For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The Lord saith to my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

⁶² And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man, sitting on the right-hand of power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.

¹⁹ So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat on the right-hand of God.

²⁰ who mind earthly things) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, ²¹ Who will transform our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, acccording to the mighty working, whereby he is able even to subject all things to himself.

¹² Buried with him in baptism, by which ye are also risen with him, through the faith of the operation of God, who raised him from the dead. ¹³ And you who were dead in trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him,

²⁰ Therefore if ye are dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as living in the world, receive ye ordinances,

² Set your affections on the things above, not the things on the earth.

¹ The sum of what hath been spoken is, We have such an high priest, who is set down at the right-hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,

³³ Sell what ye have and give alms: provide yourselves purses which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.

⁴² And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The Lord said unto my Lord,

⁶⁹ Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right-hand of the power of God.

³⁴ For David is not ascended into the heavens; but he saith himself, The Lord said to my Lord,

⁵⁵ But he being full of the Holy Ghost, looking up stedfastly to heaven, saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right-hand of God:

⁴ Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death, that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also should walk in newness of life. ⁵ For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

⁹ Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead, dieth no more; death no more hath dominion over him. ¹⁰ For in that he died, he died to sin once for all; but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. ¹¹ So reckon ye also yourselves to be dead to sin, and alive to God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

⁶ Now to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace:

³⁴ Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is also at the right-hand of God, who likewise maketh intercession for us.

¹⁸ While we aim not at the things that are seen, but the things that are not seen: for the things that are seen are temporal, but the things that are not seen are eternal.

¹⁹ For I through the law am dead to the law, that I may live to God. ²⁰ I am crucified with Christ, and I live no longer, but Christ liveth in me, and the life that I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

¹⁹ And what the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the energy of his mighty power, ²⁰ Which he wrought in Christ, raising him from the dead; and he hath made him sit at his own right-hand in heavenly places,

⁵ through his great love wherewith he loved us, Hath quickened us together with Christ, even when we were dead in trespasses, (by grace ye are saved) And hath raised us up together, ⁶ and made us sit together in heavenly places through Christ Jesus:

¹⁰ He that descended is the same that ascended also, far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)

³ Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and sustaining all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the majesty on high,

¹³ But to which of the angels did he ever say, Sit at my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

¹² But he having offered one sacrifice for sins,

¹³ All these died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and embraced them, and confest that they were strangers and sojourners on the earth. ¹⁴ For they who speak thus, shew plainly, that they seek their own country. ¹⁵ And truly if they had been mindful of that from which they came out, they might have had opportunity to return. ¹⁶ But they now desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for he hath prepared a city for them.

² who for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right-hand of the throne of God.

²² Who being gone into heaven, is on the right-hand of God, angels, and authorities, and powers being subjected to him.
