Leviticus 1:1-17
1 the LORD called to Moses, and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,
2 »Tell the Israelites: ‘When you bring an offering to the LORD, bring your offering of animals from the herd or the flock.
3 “'If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without defect. He shall offer it at the door of the Tent of Meeting, that he may be accepted before the LORD.
4 " 'He must lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering and it will be accepted for him in order to make atonement for him.
5 He must slaughter the young bull before the LORD, then Aaron's sons, the priests, will present the blood and sprinkle the blood all around the altar that is at the door of the tent of assembly.
6 He shall skin the burnt offering, and cut it into pieces.
7 The sons of Aaron the priest will put fire on the altar and arrange the wood on the fire.
8 Then Aaron's sons, the priests, will arrange the pieces of meat, the head, and the suet on the wood that is on the fire that is on the altar.
9 but he shall wash its innards and its legs with water. The priest shall burn all of it on the altar, for a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD.
10 And if the offering be of the flocks, a holocaust of sheep or of goats, he shall offer a male without blemish.
11 He must slaughter it on the north side of the altar before the LORD; then Aaron's sons, the priests, will sprinkle its blood all around the altar.
12 then they shall cut it in quarters and the priests shall lay these with the head and the suet on the wood which is on the fire on the altar;
13 But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring it all, and burn it on the altar: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet smell to the LORD.
14 "'If his offering to the LORD is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall offer his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.
15 The priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head, and burn it on the altar; and its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar;
16 He must remove its crop with its plumage and throw it to the east beside the altar on the place of the fatty ashes.
17 He shall tear it by its wings, but shall not divide it apart. The priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD.
Leviticus 3:1-17
1 "'If his offering is a sacrifice of peace offerings; if he offers it from the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.
2 And he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and slaughter it at the entrance of the tent of meeting; and Aaron`s sons, the priests, shall sprinkle the blood on the altar round about.
3 And they shall offer of the peace offering, to be a sacrifice unto the LORD: the fat that covereth the inwards and all the fat that is upon the inwards;
4 and the two kidneys with the fat that lieth upon the loins; and the caul that is on the liver, they shall take away with the kidneys.
5 Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar on the burnt offering, which is on the wood that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD.
6 " 'But if his offering for a sacrifice of fellowship offering for the LORD is from the flock, he must bring a male or a female without defect.
7 If he offer a lamb, he shall bring it before the LORD,
8 and shall lay his hand on the head of his offering, and slaughter it before the tent of meeting; and Aaron`s sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof upon the altar round about.
9 "'Take the fat from the fellowship offering and offer it by fire to the LORD. Remove all the fat from the tail and the fat that covers the internal organs.
10 and the two kidneys with the suet on them and on the loin and the lobe of the liver with the kidneys
11 "'The priest must burn the offering on the altar. It is food, an offering by fire to the LORD.
12 "'If his offering is a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD:
13 He shall lay his hand on its head, and kill it before the Tent of Meeting; and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.
14 And he shall offer of it a burnt-offering to the Lord, even the fat that covers the belly, and all the fat that is on the belly.
15 "'Also the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he will remove with the kidneys.
16 The priest shall burn them on the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma; all the fat is the LORD's.
17 This is a lasting statute for your generations in all your dwellings: you must not eat any fat or any blood.'"
Leviticus 7:11-21
11 "'These are the instructions for the fellowship offering that you must bring to the LORD.
12 If he offer to give thanks, he shall bring unto his thank offering: sweet cakes mingled with oil and sweet wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil of fine flour fried,
13 He shall offer his offering with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving with cakes of leavened bread.
14 "'He will present one of every offering as a contribution to the LORD. It will belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.
15 The flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten on the day of his offering. He shall not leave any of it until the morning.
16 "'If the sacrifice of his offering is a votive or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice as well as on the next day.
17 And what is left of the flesh of the sacrifice till the third day shall be burned with fire.
18 If any of the meat of the sacrifice of his peace offerings is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, and it shall not be credited to him who offers it. It will be an abomination, and the soul who eats any of it will bear his iniquity.
19 And the meat that touches anything unclean must not be eaten; it must be burned with fire, and as for the clean meat, anyone who is clean may eat the meat.
20 But he who is unclean when he takes as food the flesh of the peace-offerings, which are the Lord's, will be cut off from his people.
21 And when a person touches anything unclean, whether human uncleanness or an unclean animal or any unclean detestable thing, and he eats from the meat of the fellowship offerings' sacrifice, which is for the LORD, then that person shall be cut off from his people.'"
