²¹ You have no part or share in our ministry, because your heart is not right before God.

²⁵ For the LORD has made Jordan a border between us and you, sons of Reuben and sons of Gad. You have no part in the LORD. And your sons shall make our sons stop fearing the LORD.

² And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, but not with a perfect heart.

¹ For the Chief Musician. By David, the servant of the LORD. An oracle is within my heart about the disobedience of the wicked: There is no fear of God before his eyes.

³⁶ But they flattered him with their mouth, and lied to him with their tongue. ³⁷ Their hearts were not loyal to him. They were not faithful to his promise.

³ Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts, and put the stumbling-block of their iniquity before their face. Should I at all be inquired of by them?

⁴ Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith.

²² The eye is the lamp of the body. So if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light. ²³ But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! ²⁴ No one can serve two masters: Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

¹⁷ He said to him the third time: Simon, son of John, do you love me? Peter was grieved because he asked him a third time: Do you love me? And he said to him: Lord, you know all things. You know that I love you. Jesus said to him: Feed my sheep.

¹³ Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

²³ Then I will strike her children dead, and all the churches will know that I am the One who searches minds and hearts, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.

⁶ Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with Him for a thousand years.

¹⁹ And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
