He who walks in a perfect way, he will minister to me. ⁷ He who practices deceit won't dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won't be established before my eyes. ⁸ Every morning will I destroy all the wicked of the land: to cut off all workers of iniquity from the city of the LORD.

² He and all his household were devout and God-fearing. He gave generously to the people and prayed to God regularly.

⁸ Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think on these things.
