¹¹ The king of Israel answered, Tell him, 'Don't let him who puts on his armour brag like he who takes it off'.

⁶ Jonathan said to his armor bearer, "Come, let's go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised ones. Perhaps the LORD will work for us, since nothing prevents the LORD from delivering, whether by many or by a few."

¹² The men of the garrison shouted to Jonathan and his armour bearer, Come up to us and we will show you something! ¹¹ I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to the intelligent, nor yet favour to men of knowledge; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

⁷⁵ Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: “Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly.
