¹³ If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised.

²⁵ Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live, even though he dies. ²⁶ And whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

⁸ For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, nor an angel, nor a spirit, but the Pharisees acknowledge them all.

²⁴ But also for us. It shall be credited to those of us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. ²⁵ He was delivered over to death for our trespasses and was raised to life for our justification.

¹¹ But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit indwelling in you.

²³ Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

²⁰ But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.

¹⁰ We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. ¹¹ For we who are alive are always consigned to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal bodies. ¹² So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you. ¹³ As it is written, I believed, and therefore I have spoken; so we, with the same spirit of faith, also believe, and therefore speak; ¹⁴ knowing that the One who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in His presence.

¹ Since then you have been raised with Christ, aim at what is above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God; ² Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. ³ For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. ⁴ When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

¹⁴ For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, we also believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in Him.

⁸ In the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved his appearing.

¹⁴ Therefore, since the children have flesh and blood, He too shared in their humanity, so that by His death He might destroy him who holds the power of death, that is, the devil,

²⁰ Now may the God of peace—who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep—

³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By His great mercy, He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

¹⁸ the Living One. I was dead, and behold, now I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of Death and of Hades.
