⁷ And he began hys parable and sayed: Balac the kinge of Moab hath fett me fro Mesopotamia out of the mountaynes of the easte sayenge: come and curse me Iacob come and defye me Israel.

³ And he toke vp his parable and sayed: Bala the sonne of Beor hath sayed

¹⁵ And he began his parable ad sayed: Balam the sonne of Beor hath sayed and ye man that hath his eye open hath sayed

²¹ But as trulye as I lyue all the erth shalbe fylled with my glorye.

⁷ Then the LORde God shope man even of the moulde of the erth and brethed into his face the breth of lyfe. So man was made a lyvynge soule.

²⁵ nether is worshipped with mennes hondes as though he neded of eny thinge seinge he him selfe geveth lyfe and breeth to all men every where

⁵⁵ and ye have not knowen him: but I knowe him. And yf I shuld saye I knowe him not I shuld be a lyar lyke vnto you. But I knowe him and kepe his sayinge.

¹⁰ Yf the trueth of Christ be in me this ieioysynge shall not be taken from me in the regions of Achaia.

¹ When there is strife betwene men, let the come vnto the lawe, and let the iudges iustifie the rightuous and condemne the trespeaser.

¹² Oure reioysynge is this the testimony of oure coscience yt in synglenes and godly purenes and not in flesshly wysdome but by the grace of God we have had oure conuersacion in the worlde and most of all to you wardes.

¹¹ And when Peter was come to Antioche I withstode him in the face for he was worthy to be blamed.

²⁰ But yf oure hertes condempne vs God is gretter then oure hertes and knoweth all thinges. ²¹ Beloved yf oure hertes condempne vs not then have we trust to god warde:

²⁶ What shall it proffet a man though he shulde wynne all the whoole worlde: yf he loose his owne soule? Or els what shall a man geve to redeme his soule agayne with all?

¹³ Wo be vnto you Scribes and Pharises ypocrites for ye shutte vp the kyngdome of heve before men: ye youre selves goo not in nether suffre ye them that come to enter in.

³⁶ What shall it profet a ma yf he shuld wynne all ye worlde and loose his awne soule? ³⁷ or els what shall a ma geve to redeme his soule agayne?

²⁵ For what avauntageth it a man to wynne the whole worlde yf he loose him sylfe or runne in domage of him sylfe?

²⁰ But God sayde vnto him: Thou fole this night will they fetche awaye thy soule agayne from the. Then whose shall thoose thinges be which thou hast provyded? ²¹ So is it with him that gadereth ryches and is not ryche in God.

⁹ They that wilbe ryche faule into temptacio and snares and into many folysshe and noysome lustes which droune me in perdicion and destruccion. ¹⁰ For coveteousnes is the rote of all evyll which whill some lusted after they erred fro the fayth and tanglyd them selves with many sorowes.

¹ Goo to now ye ryche men. Wepe and howle on youre wretchednes that shall come apon you. ² Youre ryches is corrupte youre garmentes are motheaten. ³ Youre golde and youre silver are cankred and the rust of them shalbe a witnes vnto you and shall eate youre flesshe as it were fyre. Ye have heaped treasure togedder in youre last dayes:

²⁵ When the good man of ye housse is rysen vp and hath shett to the dore ye shall beginne to stonde with out and to knocke at the dore sayinge: Lorde lorde open vnto vs: and he shall answer and saye vnto you: I knowe you not whence ye are.

³¹ For we be sure that God heareth not synners. But yf eny man be a worshipper of God and do his will him heareth he.

³ Ye axe and receave not because ye axe a mysse: even to consume it apon youre volupteousnes.

²¹ yet hath he no rottes in him selfe and therfore dureth but a season: for assone as tribulacion or persecucion aryseth because of the worde by and by he falleth.

¹ And he put forth a similitude vnto the signifyinge that men ought alwayes to praye and not to be wery

² a devoute man and one yt feared God wt all his housholde which gave moche almes to the people and prayde God alwaye.

¹⁸ And praye all wayes with all maner prayer and supplicacio: and yt in the sprete: and watch thervnto wt all instance and supplicacio for all saynctes

¹⁷ Praye cotinually.

⁵ Beholde, I haue taught you ordinaunces and lawes, soche as the Lorde my God commauded me, that ye shulde do eue so in the londe whether ye goo to possesse it

²⁰ and how I kept backe no thinge that was profitable: but that I have shewed you and taught you openly and at home in youre houses

⁴ Beholde the hyre of ye labourers which have reped doune youre feldes (which hyer is of you kept backe by fraude) cryeth: and ye cryes of them which have reped are entred into the eares of the lorde Sabaoth. ⁵ Ye have lived in pleasure on the erth and in wantannes. Ye have norysshed youre hertes as in a daye of slaughter. ⁶ Ye have condempned and have killed the iust and he hath not resisted you.

⁹ The lorde knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptacion and how to reserve the vniuste vnto the daye of iudgement for to be punisshed:

³² Thy sonnes ad thy doughters shall be geue vnto another nacion, and thyne eyes shall se and dase vppon them all daye longe, but shalt haue no myghte in thyne hande.

⁴¹ Thou shalt get sonnes ad doughters, but shalt not haue them: for they shalbe caried awaye captyue.

²⁹ For beholde the dayes will come when men shall saye: happy are the baren and the wombes that never bare and the pappes which never gave sucke.

¹⁹ But gaddre ye treasure togeder in heve where nether rust nor mothes corrupte and where theves nether breake vp nor yet steale.

² Youre ryches is corrupte youre garmentes are motheaten.

¹⁰ The sceptre shall not departe from Iuda nor a ruelar from betwene his legges vntill Silo come vnto whome the people shall herken.

¹² which hath also his fan in his hod and will pourge his floure and gadre ye wheet into his garner and will burne ye chaffe with vnquecheable fyre

³⁷ Hierusalem hierusalem which kyllest prophetes and stonest the which are sent to the: how often wolde I have gadered thy chyldren to gether as the henne gadreth her chickes vnder her winges but ye wolde not:

²⁹ And at mydnyghte the Lorde smote all the firstborne in the lode of Egipte: from the firstborne of Pharao that satt on his seat, vnto the firstborne of the captyue that was in presone, and all firstborne of the catell.

³ For thou hadest cast me downe depe in the middes of the se: and the floud copased me aboute: and all thy waues and rowles of water wet ouer me:

²³ And Moses stretched out his rodd vnto heauen, and the Lorde thondered and hayled so that the fyre ran a longe vppon the grounde. And the Lorde so hayled in the lode of Egipte, ²⁴ that there was hayle ad fyre megled with the hayle, so greuous, that there was none soch in all the londe of Egipte, sence people inhabited it. ²⁵ And the hayle smote in the londe of Egipte all that was in the felde: both man and beest And the hayle smote all the herbes of the feld and broke all the trees of the felde:

²⁷ And it came to passe that when Iesus had ended these saynges the people were astonnyed at hys doctryne.

¹⁴ or els I will at this tyme sende all my plages apon thine herte and apon thy servauntes and on thy people, that thou mayst knowe that there is none lyke me in all the erth.

²⁵ and smote of their charett wheles and cast them doune to the grounde. Than sayde the Egiptians: Let vs fle from Israel, for the Lorde fyghteth for them agaynst vs. ²⁶ Than sayde the Lorde vnto Moses: stretch out thine hand ouer the see, that the water maye come agayne vppo the Egiptians vppon their charettes ad horsemen. ²⁷ Than stretched forth Moses his hande ouer the see, and it came agayne to his course erly i the mornig, ad the Egiptias fledd agaynst it. Thus the Lorde ouerthrewe the Egiptians in the middest of the see, ²⁸ ad the water returned and couered the charettes and the houseme: so that of all the hoste of Pharao that came in to the see after them, there remayned not one.

²⁰ And so the Lorde will not be mercyfull vnto him, but then the wrath of the Lorde ad his gelousye, smoke agenst that man, ad al the curses that are written in this boke light vppo him, and the Lorde doo out his name fro vnder heauen,

²³ I will hepe myscheues vpon the ad will spede all myne arowes at them.

³² which spared not his awne sonne but gave him for vs all: how shall he not wt him geve vs all thinges also?

⁴ For yf god spared not the angels that synned but cast them doune into hell and delyuered them in chaynes of darknes to be kept vnto iudgement. ⁵ Nether spared the olde worlde but saved Noe the ryghte preacher of rightewesnes and brought in the flud vpon the worlde of the vngodly

²⁰ Reioyce over her thou heven and ye holy Apostles and prophetes: for god hath geven youre iudgment on her.
