¹ After these deades ye worde of God came vnto Abram in a vision saynge feare not Abram I am thy shilde and thy rewarde shalbe exceadynge greate.

¹⁰ and sawe the God of Israel, and vnder his fete as it were a brycke worde of Saphir and as it were the facyon of heauen when is it cleare,

³ from xxx. yere and aboue vntill fyftie all that were able to warre for to doo the worke in the tabernacle of witnesse:

⁶ And he sayed: heare my wordes. Yf there be a prophet of the Lordes amonge you I will shewe my selfe vnto him in a vision and will speake vnto him in a dreame:

¹⁶ And Iesus assone as he was baptised came strayght out of ye water. And lo heue was ope over hym: and Ihon sawe the spirite of God descende lyke a doue and lyght vpon hym.

⁹ And as they came doune from the mountayne Iesus charged them sayinge: se yt ye shewe the vision to no man vntyll the sonne of man be rysen ageyne from deeth.

¹⁰ And assone as he was come out of the water Iohn sawe heaven open and the holy goost descendinge vpon him lyke a dove.

²¹ And yt fortuned as all the people receaved baptyme (and when Iesus was baptised and dyd praye) that heave was opened

²³ And Iesus him silfe was about thirty yere of age when he begane beinge as men supposed the sonne of Ioseph. which Ioseph was the sonne of Heli

⁵¹ And he sayde vnto him: Verely verely I saye vnto you: herafter shall ye se heven open and the angels of God ascendynge and descendynge over the sonne of man.

⁵⁶ and sayde: beholde I se the hevens open and the sonne of man stondynge on the ryght honde of god.

¹⁰ And ther was a certayne disciple at Damasco named Ananias and to him sayde the lorde in a vision: Ananias. And the he sayde: beholde I am here lorde. ¹¹ And the lorde sayde to him: aryse and goo into the strete which is called strayght and seke in the housse of Iudas after one called Saul of Tharsus. For beholde he prayeth ¹² and hath sene in a vision a man named Ananias comynge in to him and puttynge his hondes on him that he myght receave his syght.

³ The same man sawe in a vision evydetly aboute ye nynthe houre of ye daye an angell of god comynge into him and sayinge vnto him: Cornelius.

¹¹ and sawe heven opened and a certayne vessell come doune vnto him as it had bene a greate shete knyt at the .iiii. corners and was let doune to the erth

¹ It is not expediet for me (no dout to reioyce. Neverthelesse I will come to visions and revelacios of ye lorde.

¹ After this I loked and beholde a dore was open in heven and the fyrste voyce which I harde was as it were of a trompet talkinge with me which said: come vp hydder and I will shewe the thynges which must be fulfyllyd hereafter

¹¹ And I sawe heven open and beholde a whyte horsse: and he that sat apon him was faythfull and true and in ryghtewesnes dyd iudge and make battayle.

¹ The sprete speaketh evydently that in the latter tymes some shall departe from the fayth and shall geve hede vnto spretes of erroure and dyvelysshe doctrine of them

¹ Rebuke not an elder: but exhorte him as a father and the yonger me as brethren

¹⁶ And the thirde daye in the mornynge there was thunder, and lightenynge and a thicke clowde apo the mounte, ad the voyce of the horne waxed exceadynge lowde, and all the people that was in the hoste was afrayde. ¹⁷ And Moses brought the people out of the tetes to mete with God. and they stode vnder the hyll. ¹⁸ And mounte Sinai was all togither on a smoke: because the Lorde descended doune vpon it in fyre. And the smoke therof asceded vp, as it had bene the smoke of a kylle, and all the mounte was exceadinge fearfull.

¹⁶ and the glorye of the Lorde abode apon mounte Sinai, and the clowde couered it .vi. dayes. And the seuenth daye he called vnto Moses out of the clowde. ¹⁷ And the facyon of the glorie of the Lorde was like consumynge fyre on the toppe of the hyll in the syghte of the childern of Israel.

¹¹ ye came ad stode also vnder the hyll ad the hyll burnt with fire: euen vnto the myddes of heaue, ad there was darcknesse, clowdes ad myst. ¹² And the Lorde spake vnto you out of the fire ad ye herde the voyce of the wordes: But sawe no ymage, saue herde a voyce only,

²⁹ For oure god is a consumynge fyre.

¹⁵ and his fete lyke vnto brasse as though they brent in a fornace: and his voyce as the sounde of many waters.

⁶ And before the seate there was a see of glasse lyke vnto cristall and in the myddes of the seate and rounde aboute the seate were iiii. bestes full of eyes before and behynde. ⁷ And the fyrste best was lyke a lion the seconde best lyke a calfe and ye thyrde beste had a face as a man and the fourthe beste was like a flyinge egle. ⁸ And the iiii. bestes had eche one of them vi. wynges aboute him and they were full of eyes with in. And they had noo reste daye nether nyght sayinge: holy holy holy lorde god almyghty which was and is and is to come.

⁶ And I herd a voyce in the myddes of the .iiii. bestes saye: a measure of whete for a peny and iii. measures of barly for a peny: and oyle and wyne se thou hurte not.

²⁰ And the cherubyns shall stretch their wynges abrode ouer an hye, ad couer the mercy seate with their wynges, and theyr faces shall loke one to another: eue to the mercyseate warde, shall the faces of the cherubyns be.

³ what soeuer hath hoffe and dyuydeth it in to two clawes ad cheweth cud among the beestes, that shall ye eate.

⁴⁷ that ye may put differece betwene vnclene ad clene, ad betwene the beestes that are eate and the beestes that are not eaten.

⁵¹ And it folowed when the tyme was come yt he shulde be receaved vp then he set his face to goo to Hierusalem

⁶² Iesus sayde vnto him: No man that putteth his honde to the plowe and loketh backe is apte to the kyngdome of God.

¹⁰ I beseche you brethre in ye name of oure lorde Iesus Christ that ye all speake one thynge and that there be no dissencion amoge you: but be ye knyt together in one mynde and in one meaynge.

³ On the east syde towarde the rysynge of ye sonne shall they of the standert of the hoste of Iuda pitch with their armes: And Nahesson the sonne of Aminabab shalbe captaine ouer the sonnes of Iuda.

¹⁰ And on the southsyde the standert of the hoste of Ruben shall lye with their companyes and the captayne ouer the sonnes of Ruben Elizur the sonne of Sedeur

¹⁸ On the west syde the standarte and the hoste of Ephraim shall lye with their companies. And the captayne ouer the sonnes of Ephraim Elisama the sonne of Anuhud:

²⁵ And the standert and the hoste of Dan shall lye on the north syde with their companyes: and the captayne ouer ye childre of Dan Ahiezer the sonne of Ammi Sadai:

⁴⁹ And the Lorde shall brynge a nacion vppon the from a farre, euen from the ende off the worlde, as swyfte as an egle fleeth: a nacion whose tonge thou shalt not vnderstonde:

¹⁰ Lykwyse I saye vnto you ioye is made in ye presence of ye angels of god over one synner yt repenteth.

⁹ For it ys written in the lawe of Moses. Thou shall not mosell the mouth of the oxe that treadeth out the corne. Doth God take thought for oxen? ¹⁰ Ether sayth he it not all to gedder for oure sakes? For oure sakes no doute this is written: that he which eareth shuld eare in hope: and that he which thressheth in hope shuld be parttaker of his hope.

²⁰ Brethre be not chyldre in witte. How be it as cocerninge maliciousnes be chyldre: but in witte be perfet.

⁷ And the fyrste best was lyke a lion the seconde best lyke a calfe and ye thyrde beste had a face as a man and the fourthe beste was like a flyinge egle.

⁵ And one of the elders sayde unto me: wepe not: Beholde a lion beinge of the tribe of Iuda the rote of Dauid hath obtayned to open the boke and to lose the vii. seales therof.

¹⁴ Are they not all mynistrynge spretes sent to minister for their sakes which shalbe heyres of salvacion?

¹⁷ When the sonne was doune and it was waxed darke: beholde there was a smokynge furnesse and a fyre brand that went betwene the sayde peces.

³ His countenaunce was lyke lyghtnynge and his raymet whyte as snowe.

⁵ And out of the seate proceded lightnynges and thundrynges and voyces and there wer vii. lampes of fyre burninge before ye seate which are the vii. sprettes of God.

¹ And I sawe another myghtye angell come doune from heven clothed with a cloude and the rayne bowe apon his heed. And hys face as it were the sunne and his fete as yt were pyllars of fyre

¹ And after that I sawe another angell come from heven havinge gret power and the erth was lyghtned with hys bryghtnes.

²⁷ For as ye lightninge cometh out of ye eest and shyneth vnto the weest: so shall the comynge of the sonne of ma be.

³¹ And he shall sende his angeles with the greate voyce of a trope and they shall gader to gether his chosen from the fower wyndes and from the one ende of the worlde to the other.

²⁷ And then shall he sende his angels and shall gaddre to gedder his electe from the fower wyndes and from the one ende of the worlde to the other.

²⁴ for as the lyghtenynge that apereth out of the one parte of the heven and shyneth vnto the other parte of heven: Soo shall the sonne of man be in his dayes.

³² For ye spretes of the Prophetes are in the power of the Prophetes.

² For the lawe of the sprete yt bringeth life thorowe Iesus Christ hath delivered me fro the lawe of synne and deeth.

³ And he that sat was to loke apo like vnto a iaspar stone and a sardyne stone: And there was a rayne bowe aboute the seate in syght lyke to an Emeralde.

¹¹ havynge the brightnes of God. And her shynynge was lyke vnto a stone moste precious even a Iaspar cleare as cristall:

¹⁰ Soo lyke wyse ye when ye have done all thoose thinges which are commaunded you: saye we are vnprofitable servautes. We have done: ye which was oure duetye to do.

⁶ And I herde the voyce of moche people eve as the voyce of many waters and as the voyce of stronge thondrynges sayinge: Alleluya for god omnipotent raigneth.

²⁴ ad taried behinde him selfe alone.And there wrastled a man with him vnto the breakynge of the daye. ²⁵ And when he sawe that he coude not prevayle agaynst him he smote hi vnder the thye and the senowe of Iacobs thy shranke as he wrastled with him. ²⁶ And he sayde: let me goo for the daye breaketh. And he sayde: I will not lett the goo excepte thou blesse me. ²⁷ And he sayde vnto him: what is thy name? He answered: Iacob. ²⁸ And he sayde: thou shalt be called Iacob nomore but Israell. For thou hast wrastled with God and with men ad hast preuayled. ²⁹ And Iacob asked him sainge tell me thi name. And he sayde wherfore dost thou aske after my name? and he blessed him there. ³⁰ And Iacob called the name of the place Peniel for I haue sene God face to face and yet is my lyfe reserved.

¹³ Watche therefore: for ye knowe nether the daye nor yet the houre when the sonne of man shall come.

¹⁸ And Iesus came and spake vnto them sayinge: All power ys geve vnto me in heve and in erth.

²¹ above all rule power and myght and dominacion and above all names that are named not in this worlde only but also in the worlde to come: ²² and hath put all thynges vnder his fete and hath made him aboue all thynges ye heed of ye congregacion

⁹ Wherfore god hath exalted him and geve him a name above all names: ¹⁰ that in the name of Iesus shuld every knee bowe bothe of thinges in heve and thinges in erth and thinges vnder erth

⁸ But vnto the sonne he sayth: God thy seate shalbe forever and ever. The cepter of thy kyngdome is a right cepter.

¹ Of the thynges which we have spoke this is the pyth: that we have soche an hye preste that is sitten on ye right honde of the seate of maieste in heven

² lokynge vnto Iesus the auctor and fynnyssher of oure fayth which for the ioye that was set before him abode the crosse and despysed the shame and is set doune on the right honde of ye trone of God.

²² which is oure right honde of God and is gone into heve angels power and myght subdued vnto him.

¹³ and in the myddes of the cadelstyckes one lyke vnto ye sone of ma clothed with a lynnen garmet doune to the ground and gyrd aboute the pappes with a golden gyrdle

²¹ To him that overcommeth will I graunte to sytt with me in my seate evyn as I overcam and have sytten with my father in his seate.

² And immediatly I was in the sprete: and beholde a seate was put in heven and one sate on the seate. ³ And he that sat was to loke apo like vnto a iaspar stone and a sardyne stone: And there was a rayne bowe aboute the seate in syght lyke to an Emeralde.

¹³ And all creatures which are in heven and on the erth and vnder the erth and in the see and all that are in them herd I sayinge: blyssinge honour glory and power be vnto hym that sytteth apon the seate and vnto the lambe for ever more.

¹⁴ And I loked and beholde a whyte clowde and apon the clowde one syttynge lyke vnto the sonne of man havynge on his heed a golde crowne and in his honde a sharpe sykle.

¹¹ And I sawe a grett whyte seate and him that sate on it from whose face fleed awaye both the erth and heave and their place was no more founde.

²⁴ For the Lorde thi God is a cosuminge fyre, and a gelouse God.

⁸ in flammynge fyre rendrynge vengeaunce vnto them that knowe not God and to them that obeye not vnto the gospell of oure Lorde Iesus Christ

¹⁴ His heed and his heares were whyte as whyte woll and as snowe: and his eyes were as a flame of fyre: ¹⁵ and his fete lyke vnto brasse as though they brent in a fornace: and his voyce as the sounde of many waters. ¹⁶ And he had in his right honde vii. starres. And out of his mouth wet a sharpe twoo edged swearde. And his face shone eve as the sonne in his strength.

¹³ I wyll sette my bowe in the cloudes and it shall be a sygne of the appoyntment made betwene me and the erth: ¹⁴ So that when I brynge in cloudes vpo ye erth the bowe shall appere in ye cloudes. ¹⁵ And than wyll I thynke vppon my testament which I haue made betwene me and yow and all that lyveth what soeuer flesh it be. So that henceforth there shall be no more waters to make a floud to destroy all flesh. ¹⁶ The bowe shalbe in the cloudes and I wyll loke vpon it to remembre the euerlastynge testament betwene God and all that lyveth vppon the erth what soeuer flesh it be.

³ And Abra fell on his face. And God talked moreover with hym saynge:

⁷ ad in the mornynge ye shall se the glorie of the Lorde: because he hath herde youre grudgynges agaynst the Lorde: for what are we that ye shuld murmure against vs.

¹⁰ And as Aaro spake vnto the hole multitude of the childere of Israel, they loked toward the wilderuesse: ad beholde, the glorie of the Lord apeared i a clowde.

¹⁶ and the glorye of the Lorde abode apon mounte Sinai, and the clowde couered it .vi. dayes. And the seuenth daye he called vnto Moses out of the clowde.

¹⁸ And he sayde: I besech the, shewe me thi glorye: ¹⁹ And he sayde: I will make all my good goo before the, and I will be called in this name Iehouah before the, ad wil shewe mercy to whom I shew mercy, and will haue compassion on whom I haue compassion. ²⁰ And he sayde furthermore: thou mayst not se my face, for there shall no man se me and lyue. ²¹ And the Lorde sayde: beholde, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stonde apon a rocke, ²² and while my glorye goeth forth I will put the in a clyfte of the rocke, and will put myne hande apon the while I passe by. ²³ And then I will take awaye myne hande, and thou shalt se my backe partes: but my face shall not be sene.

²⁴ And there came a fyre out from before the Lorde and consumed apon the alter: the burntofferynge and the fatt. And all the people sawe it and showted, and fell on their faces.

Yf there be a prophet of the Lordes amonge you I will shewe my selfe vnto him in a vision and will speake vnto him in a dreame: ⁷ But my servaunte Moses is not so which is faythfull in all myne housse. ⁸ Vnto him I speake mouth to mouth and he seeth the syght and the facyon of the Lorde ad not thorow rydels. Wherfore the were ye not afrayed to speake agenst my servaunte Moses?

⁵ Whyll he yet spake beholde a bright cloude shadowed them. And beholde there came a voyce out of ye cloude sayinge: this is my deare sonne in whom I delite heare him. ⁶ And when the disciples hearde that they fell on their faces and were soore afrayed.

⁴ And he fell to ye erth and hearde a voyce sayinge to him: Saul Saul why persecutest thou me?

¹² Now we se in a glasse even in a darke speakynge: but then shall we se face to face. Now I knowe vnparfectly: but then shall I knowe even as I am knowen.

¹⁷ And when I sawe him I fell at his fete even as deed. And he layde hys ryght honde apon me sayinge vnto me: feare not. I am the fyrst and the laste ¹⁸ and am alyve and was deed. And beholde I am alyve for ever more and have the kayes of hell and of deeth.
