¹⁶ Because you shall forget your misery, and remember it as waters that pass away:

⁹ "For this is like the waters of Noah to Me: For as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so I have sworn that I would not be wroth with you, nor rebuke you.

¹⁶ That he who blesses himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that swears in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from My eyes.

So he said to me, "These are those which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ¹⁵ Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple: And He that sits on the throne shall dwell among them. ¹⁶ They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. ¹⁷ For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them to living fountains of waters: And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."
