¹⁹ and to know the love of Christ which exceeds knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

⁶ Blessed are those that hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.

¹⁶ For we all have received of his fullness, and grace for grace;

³ And this is the eternal life; that they shall know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

¹⁴ For the love of Christ constrains us, judging this, that if one died for all then were all dead;

²⁰ I am crucified with Christ; and I no longer live myself, but Christ lives in me; and the present life which I live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

²³ which is his body, the fullness of him that fills all things in all.

¹⁸ that you may be able to apprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length, and depth and height,

² and walk in love, as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us, an offering and sacrifice to God of good odor.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for it,

⁷ as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, both in my bonds and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you being all partakers of my grace.

⁵ Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, ⁶ who being in the form of God thought it not a robbery to be equal with God; ⁷ but he abased himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of man, ⁸ and being found in form like a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient even till death, and the death of the cross. ⁹ Wherefore God also highly exalted him, and gave him a name which is above every name, ¹⁰ that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of beings in heaven and in the earth and under the earth, ¹¹ and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. ^{12 (1:6)} And so, my beloved, as you always obeyed, not in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling;

⁷ And may the peace of God which passes all understanding keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

¹⁰ that you may walk worthily of the Lord in all that is pleasing [to him], being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;

⁹ for in him dwells all the fullness of the Deity bodily ¹⁰ and you are made perfect in him, who is the head of all principality and power,

¹⁸ but grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and forever.

⁹ The love of God was manifested to us in this; that God has sent his only Son into the world that we may live through him. ¹⁰ In this is love; not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son a propitiation for our sins. ^{11 (2:4)} Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. ¹² No one has ever seen God. If we love one another, God continues in us and his love is perfected in us. ¹³ By this we know that we continue in him and he in us, that he has given us of his Spirit. ¹⁴ And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son, the Saviour of the world.

¹⁵ Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple, and he that sits on the throne will dwell among them. ¹⁶ And they shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more, neither shall the sun strike them nor any heat, ¹⁷ for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shall feed them and lead them to fountains of the waters of life, and God shall wipe away every tear from their eyes.

²² And I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty is its temple, and the Lamb. ²³ And the city has no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to give a light to it; for the glory of God lights it, and its light the Lamb. ²⁴ And the nations shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory to it,

³ And no curse shall be there any more. And the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and his servants shall serve him, ⁴ and shall see his face, and his name shall be on their foreheads. ⁵ And there shall be no night, and they shall have no need of a lamp and light, for the Lord God shall shed light on them, and they shall reign forever and ever.
