⁶ And then I beheld between the throne and the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as if it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

⁶⁹ And has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;

²⁹ The next day John saw Jesus coming to him, and said, Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.

³⁶ And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he said, Behold the Lamb of God!

³² Now the passage of scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb silent before his shearer, so he did not open his mouth:

⁹ Therefore, God has highly exalted him, and given him the name which is above every name: ¹⁰ That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth; ¹¹ And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

¹⁹ But with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish and without spot: ²⁰ Who was chosen before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for you,

⁴ John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be to you, and peace, from him who is, and who was, and who is to come; and from the seven Spirits who are before his throne;

⁴ And surrounding the throne were twenty-four thrones: and upon the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white garments; and upon their heads they had crowns of gold. ⁵ And out of the throne came flashes of lightning and peals of thunder: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. ⁶ And before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal: and in the center, around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and behind.

⁸ And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb; each one had a harp, and they had golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. ⁹ And they sang a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the scroll, and to break its seals: for you were slain, and by your blood have purchased men for God out of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation;

¹² Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

¹⁶ And they called to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

⁹ After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, from all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands; ¹⁰ And cried out with a loud voice, saying, Salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb. ¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, ¹² Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen. ¹³ And one of the elders addressed me, saying, Who are these who are arrayed in white robes? and from where did they come? ¹⁴ And I said to him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ¹⁵ Therefore, they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he who sits on the throne shall spread his tabernacle over them. ¹⁶ They shall hunger no more, nor shall they thirst any more; nor shall the sun beat upon them, nor shall any scorching heat. ¹⁷ For the Lamb who is at the center of the throne shall be their shepherd, and shall lead them to the springs of the waters of life: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

¹¹ And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not love their lives to death.

⁸ And all who live upon the earth shall worship him, every one whose name is not written in the book of life of the Lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world.

¹⁴ They shall make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and those who are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

²³ And the city had no need of the sun, or the moon, to shine upon it: for the glory of God is its light, and the Lamb its lamp.

¹ And he showed me the river of the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb,

³ And there shall no longer be any curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
