¹⁹ Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping of the commandments of God is what matters.

¹⁹ Therefore, whoever shall break one of the least commandments, and shall so teach men to do, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

¹⁴ You are my friends, if you do what I command you.

²⁵ For circumcision is truly of value, if you keep the law: but if you are a breaker of the law, your circumcision has becomes uncircumcision. ²⁶ Therefore, if the uncircumcised keeps the requirements of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted as circumcision? ²⁷ And shall not the physically uncircumcised, if he keeps the law, judge you, who, though you have the letter of the law and circumcision, are transgressors of the law? ²⁸ For he is not a Jew, who is one outwardly; neither is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh: ²⁹ But he is a Jew, who is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, by the spirit, and not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God.

³⁰ Since God is one, and he shall justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith.

⁸ But food does not commend us to God: if we eat, we are none the better; if we do not eat, we are none the worse.

²⁸ There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

⁶ For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; but faith which works through love.

¹⁵ For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only a new creation.

¹¹ Here there is neither Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian or Scythian, slave or free: but Christ is all, and in all.

³ And by this we may be sure that we know him, if we keep his commandments. ⁴ He who says, I know him, and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

²² And whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. ²³ And this is his commandment, That we should believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he commanded us. ²⁴ And he who keeps his commandments abides in him, and he in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit which he has given us.

² By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. ³ For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not burdensome.

¹⁴ Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.
