¹⁴ If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to the LORD; as you do, so he shall do. ¹⁵ For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you, and for the stranger who lives among you, a statute forever throughout your generations: as you are, so shall the foreigner be before the LORD. ¹⁶ One law and one ordinance shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.'"

⁶ and there you shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and the wave offering of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock:

¹⁷ You may not eat within your gates the tithe of your grain, or of your new wine, or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, nor any of your vows which you vow, nor your freewill offerings, nor the wave offering of your hand;

¹⁰ You shall keep the feast of weeks to the LORD your God with a tribute of a freewill offering of your hand, which you shall give, according as the LORD your God blesses you:

²⁵ Of you comes my praise in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.

¹² Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you.

⁵ For you, God, have heard my vows. You have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.

⁸ So I will sing praise to your name forever, that I may fulfill my vows day after day.
