⁴ The thyrd day Abraham lyfte vp his eyes and sawe the place a farre of,

³ I knowe not the Lord, neyther wyll let Israell go. And they sayed: the God of the Hebrues hath mett wyth vs: lett vs go (we praye the) thre dayes iourney into the deserte, that we may sacrifice vnto the Lord our God: lest he smyte vs eyther with pestilence, or wyth sworde.

²² Moses brought Israell from the redd sea, and they went out into the wyldernesse of Sur. And they went thre dayes longe in the wyldernesse, and coulde fynde no water.

¹¹ that they waye be redy agaynste the thyrde daye. For the thyrd day the Lord will come doune in the sighte of all the people vppon mounte Synai.

¹⁵ And he sayde vnto the people: be redye against the thyrde daye, & se that ye come not at youre wyues.

¹⁷ but as much of the offered flesh as remaineth vnto the third day shalbe burnt with fyre.

³³ And they departed from the mounte of the Lord .iij. dayes iourney, and the arcke of the testament of the Lorde went before them in the .iij. dayes iourney to serche out a resting place for them.

¹² And he shal purify him selfe wyth the ashes the thyrd daye and then he shall be cleane the seuenth day. And if he purify not hym selfe the thyrde daye, then the seueuth daye, he shal not be cleane.

¹⁹ And the cleane person shal sprinkle vpon the vncleane the thyrde daye and the seuenth daye. And the seuenth day he shall purify him selfe and washe hys clothes and bathe hym selfe in water, and shalbe cleane at euen.

¹⁹ And lodge without the hoste seuen dayes al that haue kylled any persone and al that haue touched any dead body, & purifye both your selues & youre presoners the .iij. day and the .vij.

¹¹ Go thorow the myddes of the hoste, and commaunde the people, saying: prepare you vytales: for after thre dayes ye shall passe ouer thys Iordan, to go and enioy the lande whiche the Lorde your God geueth you, to possesse it.

⁵ turne agayn & tell Hezekiah the captayne of my people. Thus sayth the Lorde God of Dauid thy father: I haue hearde thy prayer & seane thy teares. Behold I wyll heale the, and this daye thre dayes thou shalt go vp into the house of the Lorde.

¹ And on the thyrde daye put Esther on her royall apparell, & stode in the courte of the kynges palace within ouer agaynst the kynges house. And the kinge sat vpon his royal seate in the kynges palace ouer agaynst the gate of the house.

² He hath wounde vs, & he shall bind vs vp agayne after two dayes shall he quicken vs, in the thirde day he shal rayse vs vp, so that we shal lyue in his sight.

²³ and they shall kyll hym, and the thyrde daye he shall ryse agayne. And they sorowed greatly.

³² And he sayed vnto them, Go ye and tell that foxe, beholde I caste oute deuyls, & heale the people to day and to morowe, and the third daye I make an ende.
