¹⁸ Than sayde Lot vnto them: Oh naye my Lord:

²⁶ And he said: let me goo, for the day breaketh. And he said: I wyll not lette the go, excepte thou blesse me.

¹¹ And Naaman was wroth and went away, & sayde: Beholde, I thought in my self, he would haue come out, & stand & cal on the name of the Lorde hys God, and put hys hande on the place of the disease, and so take awaye the leprosye. ¹² Are not Abanah and Pharphar, ryuers of Damasco, better then all the waters of Israell? Myght it not rather washe in them and be cleane? And so he turned and departed in an angre.

¹¹ Thus sayeth the Lorde, euen the holy one & maker of Israel: Aske me of thynges for to come, concernynge my sonnes: and put me in remembraunce, as touchyng the worckes of my handes:

⁶ Then came he to Symon Peter. And Peter sayde vnto hym: Lorde shalt thou washe my fete? ⁷ Iesus aunswered, and sayed vnto him: what I do, thou wotest not nowe, but thou shalt knowe hereafter. ⁸ Peter sayed vnto him: thou shalt not washe my fete whyle the worlde standeth. Iesus aunswered hym: yf I washe the not, thou shalte haue no parte with me.

¹³ Then Ananias aunswered: Lord, I haue heard by many of this man, how much euyll he hath done to thy sainctes at Ierusalem,

¹⁴ But Peter sayed: God forbydde Lorde, for I haue neuer eaten anye thynge that is comen or vncleane.
