⁴ Oh what is man, that thou art so myndfull of hym? either the sonne of man that thou visitest hym?

²⁸ was lyke a raynbowe, which in a raynye daye appeareth in the cloudes. Euen so was the symylitude, wherin the glory of the Lorde appeared. When I sawe it, I fel vpon my face, and herkened vnto the voyce of him that spake.

³ And he sayde: Beholde, thou sonne of man: I wyll sende the to the chyldren of Israell, to those runnagates and obstynate people: for they haue taken parte agaynst me and are runne awaye fro me: both they and their forefathers vnto this daye.

⁶ Therfore (thou sonne of man) feare them not, nether be afrayed of their wordes: for they shall rebell agaynst the, and despyse the. Yee thou shalt dwell amonge scorpions: but feare not their wordes, be not abashed at their lokes, for it is a frowarde housholde.

⁸ Therfore, thou sonne of men, obey thou all thynges, that I saye vnto the, and be not thou styfnecked, lyke as they are a styfnecked housholde. Open thy mouth and eate that I geue the.

¹ After this sayde he vnto me: Thou sonne of man, eate that, whatsoeuer it be: yee eate that closed boke & go thy waye, and speak vnto the chyldren of Israel.

⁴ And he sayde vnto me: thou sonne of man, get the soone vnto the house of Israel, and shewe them the wordes, that I commaunde the:

² The I call, O thou sonne of man. Thus sayeth the Lorde God vnto the lande of Israell: The ende commeth, yee verely the ende commeth vpon all the foure corners of the earth.

³ Therfore (O thou sonne of man) make thy gere ready to flyt, and go forth by fayre daye lyghte, that they may se. Yea euen in theyr syght shalt thou go from thy place to another place: yf peraduenture they wyll consydre, that they be an vnobedyente housholde.

² Thou sonne of man. Speake prophecye agaynst those Prophetes, that preache in Israel: & say thou vnto them that prophecye oute of theyr owne hertes: Heare the worde of the Lorde,

³ Thou sonne of man, these men beare theyr Idols in their hertes, and go purposly vpon the stomblynge block of their owne wyckednesse: how darre they then aske councell at me?

¹³ Thou sonne of man, when the lande synneth againste me, & goeth forthe in wyckednesse: I will stretche oute myne hand vpon it, & destroye all the prouysyon of theyr bread, and sende derth vpon them, to destroy man & beast in the lande.

² Thou sonne of man: What commeth of the vyne amonge al other trees? & of the vyne stock amonge al other timbre of the groaue?

² Thou sonne of man, shewe the citie of Ierusalem theyr abhominacions

² Thou sonne of man: put forthe a darcke speakinge, and a parable, vnto the house of Israel,

³ Thou sonne of man: speake vnto the elders of Israel, and say vnto them: Thus sayeth the Lorde God: Are ye come hytherto to aske any thinge at me? As truely as I lyue (sayeth the Lorde)

³ Then sayde he vnto me: Thou sonne of man: thinkest thou these bones maye lyue agayne? I answered: O Lorde God, thou knowest.

¹⁷ So he came, and stode by me. But I was afrayed at his commynge, and fell doune vpon my face. Then he sayde vnto me: O thou sonne of man, marcke well, for in the last tyme shall this vision be fulfylled.

¹¹ sayinge vnto me: O Daniel, thou well beloued man: take good hede of the wordes, that I shal say vnto the, and stande ryght, for vnto the am I now sent. And when he had sayde these wordes, I stode vp tremblinge.

¹⁹ saying: O thou man so well beloued feare not: be content, take a good herte vnto the, & be strong. So when he had spoken vnto me, I recouered and sayd: Speake on my Lorde, for thou haste refreshed me.

⁷ And Iesus came and touched them, and saide: arise and be not afrayed.

¹³ And no man ascendeth vp to heauen, but he that came doune from heauen, that is to say, the sonne of man which is in heauen.

¹⁶ For God so loueth the worlde, that he hath geuen his only sonne, that none that beleue in him, should perishe: but should haue euerlastinge lyfe.

⁶ And he both tremblinge and astonied sayde: Lorde what wylt thou haue me to do? And the Lorde sayde vnto hym: aryse, and go into the cytye, and it shal be tolde what thou shalt do.
