²¹ And there were brought seuen oxen, seuen rammes, seuen lambes, and seuen kyddes to be a synne offeryng for the kyngdom, for the sanctuarye and for Iuda. And he commaunded the preastes the sonnes of Aaron to offer them on the aulter of the Lorde.

³ If the prieste that is anointed sinne, & make the people do amysse, he shall brynge for hys syn which he hath done: an oxe wythout blemysh vnto the Lord for a syn offeryng. ⁴ And he shall bryng the oxe vnto the dore of the tabernacle of witnesse before the Lorde, & shal put hys hand vpon the oxe heade, and kyll hym before the Lorde. ⁵ And the prieste that is anoynted shall take of the oxe bloude, and bryng it into the tabernacle of wytnes, ⁶ and shal dyp hys fynger in the bloude & sprinkle therof seuen tymes before the Lord: euen before the hanging of the holy place. ⁷ And he shal put some of the blud vpon the hornes of the alter of swete sence before the Lord which is in the tabernacle of wytnes, & shal poure all the bloud of the oxe vpon the bottome of the alter of burntoffrynges which is by the dore of the tabernacle of witnes. ⁸ And he shal take away all the fatte of the oxe that is the synne offering: the fatt that couereth the inwardes and all the fatte that is aboute them, ⁹ & the .ij. kydneys with the fatt that lyeth vpon them & vpon the loynes, and the kall vpon the liuer let them take awaye also wyth the kidneis: ¹⁰ as it was taken from the oxe of the peace offeringe & let the prieste burne theim vppon the alter of burnt offringes. ¹¹ But the skinne of the oxe & al hys flesh wyth his head, hys legges, his inwardes with his dong, ¹² shal he carye altogither out of the host vnto a clene place: euen wher the ashes are poured out, & burne him on wodd wyth fyre: euen vpon the heape of ashes. ¹³ If the hole comenaltye of the children of Israel sinne thorow ignoraunce, & the thyng be hid from theyr eyes: so that they haue committed any of these thynges which the Lord hath forbydden to be done in his commaundementes & haue offended, ¹⁴ & the synne which they haue synned be afterward knowne, then shall they offer an oxe for a synne offeryng, & shal bryng him before the tabernacle of witnes,

²² If ye ouer se youre selues, & obserue not al these commaundementes which the Lord hath spoken vnto Moses, ²³ & all that the Lord hath commaunded you by the hand of Moses from the fyrst daye forward that the Lorde commaunded among your generation: ²⁴ when ought is commytted ignorantlye before the eyes of the congregation, then all the multitude shall offer a calfe for a burnt offerynge to be a swete sauoure vnto the Lorde, & the meat offeryng and the drynke offering therto, accordynge to the maner: and an he gote for a synne offryng.

¹⁴ And he brought hym into a playne felde where men myght se farre euen to the toppe of Phasgah, & built .vij. alters and offered a bullocke & a ram on euery alter.

²⁹ And Balam sayed vnto Balac: make me here .vij. altares, and prepare me here .vij. bullockes and .vij. rammes.

²⁶ And when God had holpe the Leuites that bare the Arcke of the apoyntement of the Lorde, they offered .vij. oxen and .vij. rammes.

³⁵ And the children of the captyuyte, whyche were come out of preson, offered burntofferynges vnto the God of Israel: twelue bullockes for al Israel, syxe and nyntye rammes, seuen and seuentye lambes, & twelue goates for a synofferynge, al to the burntofferynge of the Lorde.

⁸ Therfore take .vij. oxen & .vij. rammes, and go to my seruaunte Iob: offre vp also for your selues a brentofferynge: & let my seruaunte Iob praye for you. Hym wyll I accepte, & not deale with you after youre folishnesse: in that ye haue not spoken the thynge whiche is right, like as my seruaunt Iob hath done.

²³ And in the feast of the seuen dayes he shall offre euery daye a bullocke and a ram, that are without blemish for a burntoffrynge vnto the Lorde: and an he gaote daylye for a synofferynge.

²¹ for he hath made hym to be synne for vs, whiche knewe no synne, that we by hys meanes should be that ryghtuousnes whiche before God is allowed.
