5 upon which they were frightned, and bowed themselves to the very ground: but the men said to them, why do you look among the dead for one that is alive?
6 he is not here, but is risen: remember what he told you, when he was yet in Galilee,
7 that the son of man must be deliver'd into the hands of sinful men; be crucified; and the third day rise again.
8 then they remembred his words;
9 and upon their return from the sepulchre, they related the whole matter to the eleven, and all the other disciples.
10 it was Mary Magdalene and Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and others with them, who gave the apostles this relation:
11 which however appear'd to them such a delirious tale, they could not give credit to any of them.
John 20:1-2
1 The first day of the week early in morning Mary Magdalene, when it was yet dusky, came to the sepulchre, and found the stone was taken away from the sepulchre.
2 upon this she went in great haste to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and said to them, they have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
