¹ And after that, I saw four angels stand on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the winds should not blow on the earth, neither on the sea, neither on any tree.

¹² And he shall set up a token among the Gentiles, and gather together the dispersed of Israel; yea, and the outcasts of Judah from the four corners of the world.

³ I the LORD keep it, and water it in due season. I watch day and night, that no man break into it.

⁸ Every man recompenseth with the measure that he receiveth: He museth upon his sore wind, as upon the days of extreme heat.

³⁶ and upon Elam I will bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven, and will scatter them against the same four winds. And there shall be no people, but some of Elam shall flee unto them.

² "Thee I call, O thou son of man. Thus sayeth the LORD God unto the land of Israel: The end cometh: yea, verily the end cometh upon all the four corners of the land.

⁹ Then said he unto me, "Thou son of man, prophesy thou toward the wind: prophesy, and speak to the wind, 'Thus sayeth the LORD God: Come, O thou air, from the four winds, and blow upon these slain, that they may be restored to life.'"

² Daniel spake and said, "I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the sea,

⁸ The goat waxed exceedingly great, and when he was at the strongest, his great horn was broken also. Then grew there another four such like in the stead, toward the four winds of the heaven.

⁴ But the LORD hurled a great wind in to the sea, so that there was a mighty tempest in the sea: insomuch that the ship was like to go in pieces.

²⁶ And he said unto them, "Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?" Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there followed a great calm. ²⁷ And the men marveled and said, "What man is this, that both winds and sea obey him?"

³¹ And he shall send his angels with the great voice of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his chosen from the four winds, and from the one end of the world to the other.

¹ After this I looked, and behold a door was open in heaven, and the first voice which I heard, was as it were of a trumpet talking with me, which said, "Come up hither, and I will show thee things which must be fulfilled hereafter. ² And immediately I was in the spirit; and behold, a seat was put in heaven, and one sat on the seat. ³ And he that sat was, to look upon, like unto a jasper stone, and a sardine stone: And there was a rainbow about the seat, in sight like unto an emerald. ⁴ And about the seat were twenty four seats. And I saw upon the seats twenty four elders sitting clothed in white raiment, and had on their heads crowns of gold. ⁵ And out of the seat proceeded lightnings, and thunderings, and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire, burning before the seat, which are the seven spirits of God. ⁶ And before the seat there was a sea of glass, like unto crystal, and in the midst of the seat, and round about the seat, were four beats full of eyes before and behind.

⁶ And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, "A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny: and oil and wine see thou hurt not."

³ saying, "Hurt not the earth neither the sea, neither the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

⁴ And it was said unto them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth: neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal in their foreheads,

¹⁴ saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, "Loose the four angels, which are bound in the great river Euphrates."
