²² So then the gift of tongues is for a sign, not to believers, but to unbelievers; but prophecy is not for unbelievers, but for those who believe.

¹⁷ Moreover these signs shall follow those who believe. They shall drive out demons in my name; they shall speak with new tongues in foreign languages;

⁶ So when this noise was heard, the crowd gathered in bewilderment because each man heard them speaking in his own language. ⁷ The were beside themselves with wonder.
