6 Even when I remember, I am troubled and horror takes hold on my flesh. 7 Why do the wicked live, become old, yes, grow mighty in power? 8 Their seed is established with them in their sight and their offspring before their eyes. 9 Their houses are safe from fear, nor is the rod of God upon them. 10 Their bull breeds and does not fail. 22 Shall any teach God knowledge, seeing he judges those who are high? 23 One man dies in his full strength, being entirely at ease and quiet. 24 His pails are full of milk and the marrow of his bones is moistened. 25 And another man dies in bitterness of soul and never tastes of good. 26 They lie down alike in the dust and the worm covers them.

12 Let there be none to prolong kindness to him, nor let there be any to have pity on his fatherless sons. 13 Let his posterity be cut off. Let their name be blotted out in the following generation.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah and do not let the sin of his mother be blotted out.
15 Let them be before Jehovah continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth, 16 because he did not remember to show kindness, but persecuted the poor and needy man and the broken in heart, to kill.
17 Yes, he loved cursing and it came to him. And he did not delight in blessing and it was far from him.
18 He also clothed himself with cursing as with his garment and it came into his inward parts like water and like oil into his bones. 19 Let it be to him as the garments with which he covers himself and for the belt with which he is girded continually.
20 This is the reward of my adversaries from Jehovah and of those who speak evil against my soul.
21 But deal with me, O Jehovah the Lord, for your name's sake. Because your loving kindness is good, deliver me, 22 because I am poor and needy and my heart is wounded within me.
23 I have gone like the shadow when it declines. I am tossed up and down as the locust. 24 My knees are weak through fasting and my flesh fails of fatness.
25 I also have become a reproach to them. When they see me, they shake their head.
26 Help me, O Jehovah my God. O save me according to your loving kindness, 27 that they may know that this is your hand, that you, Jehovah, have done it.
28 Let them curse, but you bless. When they arise, they will be put to shame, but your servant will rejoice.
29 Let my adversaries be clothed with dishonor and let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.

He knows that the day of darkness is ready at his hand. 24 Distress and anguish make him afraid. They prevail against him as a king ready to the battle. 25 Because he has stretched out his hand against God and behaves himself proudly against the Almighty.
26 He runs upon him with a stiff neck, with the thick studs of his bucklers, 27 because he has covered his face with his fatness and gathered fat upon his loins. 28 And he has dwelt in desolate cities, in houses which no man inhabited, which were ready to become heaps. 29 He will not be rich, neither will his substance continue, neither will their possessions be extended on the earth. 30 He will not depart out of darkness. 31 And it happened, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground split asunder that was under them, 32 and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up and their households and all the men that pertained to Korah and all their goods. 33 So they and all that pertained to them, went down alive into Sheol. 2 Peter 2:9-17

9 The Lord knows how to rescue the devout out of temptation, and to keep the unrighteous to a day of judgment to be punished; 10 and especially those who are conducting-themselves after the flesh in the lust of defilement and while despising lordship. Daring and self-willed, they are not trembling when blaspheming heavenly glories; 11 where messengers, ( though being greater in strength and power), do not bring a blasphemous judgment against them before the Lord. 12 But these unrighteous men are like natural unreasoning creatures, having been born for apprehension and corruption, blaspheming in what they are ignorant of, and they will be utterly corrupted in their corruption. 13 They will be getting the wages of unrighteousness; those who are deeming the carousing in the day to be a sensual-delight. They are stains and blemishes, carousing in their own acts of deception, while feasting sumptuously alongside you, 14 having eyes full of an adulteress and an unceasing sin; enticing unstable souls; having a heart which has been exercised from greed; children of the curse; 15 having left the straight way. They were misled, having followed in the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; 16 but he had his reproof from his own violation of the law: a voiceless donkey, having spoken in a human voice, forbade the insanity of the prophet.
