¹ For we know that if the earthly house of our tabernacle should be torn-down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, everlasting in the heavens. ² For indeed we are groaning in this house, longing to be clothed with our house which is from heaven; ³ if actually in also having clothed ourselves, we will not be found naked. ⁴ For indeed we who are in this tabernacle are groaning, being burdened; not in which we wish to be stripped, but we wish for ourselves to be clothed, in order that the mortal one may be swallowed up by life. ⁵ Now God is the one who worked us for this same thing, who also gave the down-payment of the Spirit to us. ⁶ Therefore we are always courageous, and knowing that when we are at home in the body; we are away from home, that is away from the Lord ⁷ (for we are walking through faith, not through sight). ⁸ But we are courageous and are delighted rather to be away from home, away from the body and to be at home with the Lord. ⁹ Hence we also make it our aim to be well pleasing to him, whether at home, or away from home. ¹⁰ For it is essential for all of us to appear before the judicial-seat of the Christ; in order that each one may get back the things done in the body, for what he practiced, whether good or evil.
¹¹ Therefore knowing the fear of the Lord, we are persuading men, but we have been manifested to God, and I hope to have also been manifested in your consciences. ¹² For we are not again commending ourselves to you, but we are giving you a starting-point of boasting on our behalf, in order that you may have an answer toward those who boast in countenance and not in heart. ¹³ For whether we were crazy, it was to God; or whether we are sensible, it is for you. ¹⁴ For the love of Christ is holding us together with him, having judged this thing: if one died on behalf of all, consequently, all died; ¹⁵ and he died on behalf of all, in order that those who are living should no longer live to themselves, but to the one who died and rose again on their behalf. ¹⁶ So-then from hereafter we know no one according to the flesh, but even if we have known Christ according to the flesh, but now we know him as such no more. ¹⁷ So-then if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. ¹⁸ But all things are from God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ and gave the service of reconciliation to us; ¹⁹ as that, God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ not counting to them their trespasses and having placed the word of reconciliation in us. ²⁰ Therefore, we are ambassadors on behalf of Christ; as though God is encouraging you through us. We are beseeching you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. ²¹ For the one who knew no sin, he was made the sin offering on our behalf; in order that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

¹⁹ You will eat bread by the sweat of your face, till you return to the ground, because out of it you were taken. For you are dust and you will return to dust.

¹⁹ How much more those who dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, who are crushed before the moth!

²⁵ But as for me I know that my Redeemer lives and at last he will stand up upon the earth. ²⁶ And after my skin, this body, is destroyed, then outside my flesh I will see God,

²² You lift me up to the wind. You cause me to ride upon it and you disintegrate me in the storm.

⁹ Then will my enemies turn back in the day that I call. This I know, that God is for me.

⁵⁸ We heard him say, I will be tearing-down this temple, the one made with hands, and in three days, I will be building another not made with hands.

² In my Father’s house are many abodes; otherwise, I would have told you. I am traveling on to prepare a place for you. ³ And if I travel on, I will be preparing a place for you. I am coming again and will be receiving you to myself; in order that where I am, you may also be there.

⁹ For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s cultivation, God’s building.

⁴⁶ But the spiritual was not first, but the physical, and thereafter the spiritual. ⁴⁷ The first man is out of the earth, the terrestrial; the second man, the Lord, is out of heaven. ⁴⁸ Such-as is the terrestrial, such also are the terrestrial and such-as is the heavenly, such also are the heavenly.

⁷ But we have this treasure in clay vessels, in order that the excellence of the power may be from God and not from us.

⁴ For indeed we who are in this tabernacle are groaning, being burdened; not in which we wish to be stripped, but we wish for ourselves to be clothed, in order that the mortal one may be swallowed up by life.

¹¹ in whom you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the stripping off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of the Christ,

¹² Because of which case, I also am suffering these things too, but I am not ashamed; for I know the one whom I have believed and I have confidence that he is able to guard my deposit consigned to him for that day.

¹¹ But Christ came as a high-priest of the future good things, through the greater and more complete tabernacle, not made with hands, that is, not of this creation,

²⁴ For the Christ did not enter into a holy-places made with hands, counterparts to the true one, but into heaven itself, now to be manifested before the face of God on our behalf.

¹⁰ For he was waiting for the city which has the foundations, whose craftsman and contractor is God.

⁴ into an incorruptible, undefiled and unfading inheritance having been guarded in the heavens for you;

¹³ But I am deeming it righteous, inasmuch as I am in this tabernacle, to arouse you with a reminder; ¹⁴ knowing that the removal of my tabernacle is coming quickly, just-as our Lord Jesus Christ indicated to me.

¹¹ Therefore, with all these things being dissolved, see what sort of things you ought to possess in all holy conduct and godliness,

² Beloved, we are now the children of God and it was not yet manifested what we will be. But we know that, if he is manifested, we will be similar to him, because we will be seeing him just-as he is.

¹⁴ We know that we have stepped out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother is abiding in death.

¹⁹ And we know in this that we are from the truth and will persuade our hearts before him;

¹⁹ We know that we are from God and the whole world lays in the evil one. ²⁰ Now we know that the Son of God has come and has given us perception, in order that we might know the true one and we are in the true one, that is, in his son, Jesus Christ. He is the true God and the everlasting life.

²⁴ O I am a miserable man! Who will rescue me out of the body of this death?

²³ But not only they, but we ourselves also who have the first-fruit of the Spirit, even we ourselves are groaning in ourselves, waiting for our sonship, that is, the redemption of our body.

⁵³ For it is essential this corruptible body to be clothed with incorruption and this mortal body to be clothed with immortality. ⁵⁴ But whenever this corruptible body has been clothed with incorruption and whenever this mortal has been clothed with immortality, then the word that has been written will become so, Death is swallowed up in victory.

³ if actually in also having clothed ourselves, we will not be found naked. ⁴ For indeed we who are in this tabernacle are groaning, being burdened; not in which we wish to be stripped, but we wish for ourselves to be clothed, in order that the mortal one may be swallowed up by life.

²³ But I am troubled from the two ends, having the desire, that I should vacate and be together with Christ, but it is much better rather

⁶ In which hope you are glad now for a few moments, if it is essential, you have been made sorrowful in various tests, ⁷ in order that the trial of your faith, ( being much more precious than gold, which perishes), even now being tested through fire, may be found for praise and honor and to glory in the revelation of Jesus Christ.

⁷ And the eyes of them were both opened and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.
⁸ And they heard the sound of Jehovah God walking in the garden in the cool of the day. And the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Jehovah God among the trees of the garden.
⁹ And Jehovah God called to the man and said to him, Where are you?
¹⁰ And he said, I heard your sound in the garden and I was afraid, because I was naked. And I hid myself.
¹¹ And he said, Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you that you should not eat?

²⁵ And when Moses saw that the people were broken loose, (for Aaron had let them loose for a whisper among their enemies,)

¹⁸ I am counseling together with you to buy gold from me, having been refined out of fire, in order that you may be enriched, and in order that you should dress yourself with white garments and in order that the shame of your nakedness should not be manifested to all, and in order that you may anoint your eyes with eye-salve, in order that you may see.

¹⁵ (Behold, I am coming like a thief. The fortunate one is watching and keeping his garments, in order that he may not walk naked and in order that they may see his indecency.)

⁸ He will swallow up death in victory and the lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from all faces. And he will take away the reproach of his people from all the earth. For Jehovah has spoken it.

² For indeed we are groaning in this house, longing to be clothed with our house which is from heaven;

¹³ But I am deeming it righteous, inasmuch as I am in this tabernacle, to arouse you with a reminder;

²³ And they came to the valley of Eshcol and cut down from there a branch with one cluster of grapes and they bore it upon a staff between two, also of the pomegranates and of the figs. ²⁴ That place was called the valley of Eshcol, because of the cluster which the sons of Israel cut down from there. ²⁵ And they returned from spying out the land at the end of forty days.
²⁶ And they went and came to Moses and to Aaron and to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, to the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh and brought back word to them and to all the congregation and showed them the fruit of the land. ²⁷ And they told him and said, We came to the land where you sent us. And surely it flows with milk and honey and this is the fruit of it.

²³ But when he sees his children, the work of my hands, in the midst of him, they will sanctify my name. Yes, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.

²¹ Your people also will all be righteous. They will inherit the land everlasting, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

³ to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.

²² who also sealed us and gave us the down-payment of the Spirit in our hearts.

¹⁷ For the momentary light weight of our affliction, is working for us a surpassingly-better everlasting weight of glory;

¹³ in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the good-news of your salvation, in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, ¹⁴ which is a down-payment of our inheritance, to the redemption of the ownership of God to the praise of his glory.

¹⁰ For we are his product, created in Christ Jesus toward good works, in which God prepared beforehand in order that we should walk in them.

³⁰ And do not make the Holy Spirit of God sorrowful, in whom you were sealed to the day of redemption.

²⁴ And he who is keeping his commandments abides in him and he in him. And we know in this that he abides in us, from the Spirit whom he gave us.

¹⁵ For we are strangers before you and travelers, as all our fathers were. Our days on the earth are as a shadow and there is no abiding.

³ Though an army should encamp against me, my heart will not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.
⁴ One thing I have asked of Jehovah, that I will seek after, that I may dwell in the house of Jehovah all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of Jehovah and to inquire in his temple.

¹² Hear my prayer, O Jehovah and listen to my cry. Do not keep silent at my tears, because I am a stranger with you, a traveler, as all my fathers were.

¹⁹ I am a traveler in the earth. Do not hide your commandments from me.

²⁶ Strong confidence is in the fear of Jehovah and his sons will have a place of refuge.

¹⁵ For thus said the lord Jehovah, the Holy One of Israel, You* will be saved in returning and rest. Your* strength will be in quietness and in confidence. And you* would not,

⁴ And Rabshakeh said to them, Say you* now to Hezekiah, Thus says the great king, the king of Assyria: What confidence is this in which you trust?

⁸ But we are courageous and are delighted rather to be away from home, away from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

²⁰ For our citizenship exists in the heavens; out of which we are also waiting for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. ²¹ He will fashion the body of our humbleness, that it may become transformed to the body of his glory, according to the working of which he is able to even subject all things to himself.

³⁵ Therefore do not cast away your boldness, which has great reward.

¹³ These all died according to faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and having greeted them from farther out and having confessed that they are strangers and travelers upon the earth.

¹⁴ For we do not have an abiding city here, but we are seeking after the future city. \ulnone\nosupersub

¹ I am encouraging the elders the ones among you, (the fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of the Christ, also the partner of the glory which is about to be revealed).

⁹ I John, your brother and partner in the affliction and the kingdom and the endurance which are in Christ Jesus, happened to be on the island called Patmos, because of the word of God and because of the testimony of Jesus Christ.

⁹ For you* are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which Jehovah your God gives you.

²⁴ For we were saved in hope; but hope which is seen, is not hope; for why does anyone even hope for what he sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for what we do not see, then we are waiting for it through endurance.

¹² For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. I know now partially, but then I will fully know just-as I was also fully known.

²⁴ Not that we have lordship over your faith, but are fellow workers of your joy; for you are standing in the faith.

¹⁸ because we are not noting the things which are seen, but note the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are everlasting.

²⁰ I have been crucified together with Christ. I am now no longer living, but Christ is living in me and that life which I am now living in the flesh, I am living in faith, the faith which is of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up on my behalf.

³⁸ But my righteous one will be living from faith and if he retreats back, my soul does not delight in him.’

¹ Now faith is the essence of things hoped for, a conviction of matters not seen. ² For the elders were witnessed in this; ³ in faith, we perceive that the ages have been framed by the declaration of God, toward the things seen, not having become from things which appear. ⁴ In faith, Abel offered a more excellent sacrifice to God than Cain, through which he was witnessed to be righteous, God testifying on the basis of his gifts and through it he still speaks, although being dead. ⁵ In faith, Enoch was transferred, not to see death, and he was not being found, because God transferred him; for it had been testified of him to have been well pleasing to God before his transfer. ⁶ But without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to God; for it is essential for the one who comes near to God to believe that he is and that he becomes a rewarder to those who are seeking him out. ⁷ In faith, Noah, having been divinely-warned concerning things not yet seen, and being scared, prepared an ark for the salvation of his house; through which he condemned the world and he became an heir of righteousness according to faith. ⁸ In faith, Abraham obeyed, being called to go out to the place which he was about to receive for an inheritance, and he went out, not knowing where he was going. ⁹ In faith, he sojourned in the land of promise, as an alien, having dwelt in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the joint heirs of the same promise. ¹⁰ For he was waiting for the city which has the foundations, whose craftsman and contractor is God. ¹¹ In faith, even Sarah herself received power to conceive seed and bore a son contrary to the time of her fertile age, since she deemed him faithful who had promised. ¹² And hence these were fathered from one sterile man, just-as the stars of heaven in a multitude and as innumerable as the sand beside the sea shore. \ulnone\nosupersub ¹³ These all died according to faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and having greeted them from farther out and having confessed that they are strangers and travelers upon the earth. ¹⁴ For those who are saying such things are disclosing that they are seeking after a fatherland. ¹⁵ And if they were indeed remembering that region from which they went out, they would have had an opportunity to revisit. ¹⁶ But now they are aspiring for themselves to a better region, this thing is a heavenly one. Hence God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God; for he has prepared a city for them.
¹⁷ In faith, Abraham, being tested, has offered up Isaac. And he who had accepted the promises was offering up his only begotten son; ¹⁸ to whom it was said, In Isaac your seed will be called. ¹⁹ Having reasoning that God is able to raise him up even from the dead; from where he also got him back in a figure. ²⁰ In faith, Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, concerning future things. ²¹ In faith, Jacob, while dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and worshiped, resting upon the tip of his staff. ²² In faith, Joseph, while dying, made a remembrance concerning the exodus of the sons of Israel, and commanded them concerning his bones.
²³ In faith, Moses, having been born, was hid three months by his parents, because they saw he was a handsome child, and they were not afraid of the command of the king. ²⁴ In faith, Moses, having become great, denied to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; ²⁵ having selected for himself to be mistreated together with the people of God rather than to have temporary enjoyment of sin, ²⁶ having deemed the reproach of the Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking toward the reward. ²⁷ In faith, he left Egypt, not fearing the fury of the king; for he persevered, as seeing the invisible one.

⁸ You love whom you have not seen; now you believe in whom you do not see; in both you are glad with unspeakable and glorified joy;

⁹ to whom, stand against, solid in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are to be completed in the world by your brotherhood.

¹¹ You made known to me the path of life. You will fill me of joy with your countenance.

¹⁵ As for me, I will behold your face in righteousness. I will be satisfied, when I awake, with your form.

²³ Nevertheless I am continually with you. You have held my right hand. ²⁴ You will guide me with your counsel and afterward receive me to glory.
²⁵ Whom have I in heaven? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides you. ²⁶ My flesh and my heart fails, but God is the strength of my heart and my everlasting portion.

²¹ But his lord said to him, Well done, good and faithful bondservant. You were over a few things, I will be designating you over many things; enter into the joy of your lord.

²⁹ Now Master, dismiss your bondservant according to your word in peace,

³ And if I travel on, I will be preparing a place for you. I am coming again and will be receiving you to myself; in order that where I am, you may also be there.

²⁴ Father, I wish that they, whom you have given me, may also be with me where I am, in order that they may view my glory, which you gave me, because you loved me before the conception of the world.

¹³ But Paul answered, What are you doing, weeping and crushing my heart? For I am not only ready to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem on behalf of the name of the Lord Jesus.

⁶ Therefore we are always courageous, and knowing that when we are at home in the body; we are away from home, that is away from the Lord

² I know a man in Christ, who fourteen years before, (whether in the body, I do not know or outside of the body, I do not know; God knows), such a one was seized up to the third heaven. ³ And I know such a man (whether in the body or outside of the body, I do not know; God knows),

²⁰ according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will be shamed in nothing, but as always, now Christ will also be magnified in my body in all boldness, whether through life or through death. ²¹ For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. ²² But if to live in the flesh–this is the fruit of work to me, and what will I select for myself? I do not know. ²³ But I am troubled from the two ends, having the desire, that I should vacate and be together with Christ, but it is much better rather ²⁴ now to remain in the flesh is necessary because of you.

¹⁷ thereafter we, the living, who are left, will be taken away at the same time together with them in the clouds, to the encounter of the Lord in the air, and so we will always be together with the Lord. ¹⁸ So-then, encourage one another in these words.

⁷ I have fought the good fight. I have completed the course. I have kept the faith. ⁸ Furthermore the crown of righteousness is laid up for me, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will be giving to me in that day, and not only to me, but also to all those who have loved his appearing.

¹⁴ knowing that the removal of my tabernacle is coming quickly, just-as our Lord Jesus Christ indicated to me. ¹⁵ But I will also be diligent, each-time, to have you in remembrance of these things, to practice them after my exodus.

¹¹ Therefore, with all these things being dissolved, see what sort of things you ought to possess in all holy conduct and godliness, ¹² expecting, and diligently wanting the presence of the day of God, through which, the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt, being burnt with heat.

¹⁴ And I said to him, My lord, you know.
And he said to me, These are those who are coming out of the great affliction and they have rinsed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ¹⁵ Because of this, they are in the sight of the throne of God, and they give-divine service to him day and night in his temple and he who sits upon the throne will be residing over them. ¹⁶ They will not be hungry anymore, nor thirsty anymore; nor should the heat of the sun fall upon them, nor any heat, ¹⁷ because the Lamb, who is in the midst of the throne, is shepherding them and is guiding them to the springs of waters of life and God will be wiping-away every tear from their eyes.

³ And every curse will be not be there anymore and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it. And his bondservants will be giving-divine service to him;

⁷ If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin crouches at the door. Its desire will be for you and you should rule over it.

⁷ even them I will bring to my holy mountain and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted upon my altar, for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples.

²⁷ Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will be giving to you; for God, the Father, has sealed this one.

³⁵ but in every nation, he who fears him and is working righteousness, is acceptable to him.

⁸ For in both, if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord; therefore, in both, if we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

¹⁸ For the one who is serving Christ in these things is well pleasing to God and approved by men.

²⁰ And so, I am making it my aim to proclaim the good-news, not where Christ was already named, in order that I might not build upon another’s foundation;

²⁶ Now-then, I run so, as not with uncertainty. I am combating so, as not just whipping the air; ²⁷ but I am buffeting my body and enslaving it; lest somehow after having preached to others, I myself might become unapproved.

⁵⁸ So-then my beloved brethren, become grounded, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not empty in the Lord.

⁶ to the praise of the glory of his favor, in which he has favored us in the beloved,

¹⁰ for you to walk worthy of the Lord for pleasing him in everything, bearing-fruit in every good work and growing into the full knowledge of God;

²⁹ for which I also labor, struggling according to his working, which works in power in me.

¹ Therefore furthermore brethren, we request and are encouraging you in the Lord Jesus, just-as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God, in order that you might abound even more.

¹¹ and that you make it your aim to be living quiet lives and to do your own things, and to work with your own hands (just-as we commanded you),

¹⁰ For we are also laboring and are reproached toward this end, because we have hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of the believing ones. ¹¹ Therefore let us be diligent to enter into that rest, in order that no one should fall into the same example of disobedience.

²⁸ Hence, receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us have gratitude, through which we give-divine service in ways well pleasing to God, with reverence and piety;

¹⁰ Hence brethren, be more diligent to make your calling and choice steadfast; for, you may never trip someday while practicing these things; ¹¹ for so the entrance into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be richly supplied to you.

¹⁴ Hence, beloved, while expecting these things, be diligent that you may be found in peace, unstained and unblemished in his sight.

²⁵ Far be it from you to do such a thing, to kill a righteous man with a wicked man, that so the righteous man should be as the wicked man. Far be it from you. Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

³ Talk no more so very proudly. Do not let arrogance come out of your* mouth, for Jehovah is a God of knowledge and by him actions are weighed.

¹⁰ Those who contend with Jehovah will be broken to pieces. He will thunder against them in heaven. Jehovah will judge the ends of the earth and he will give strength to his king and exalt the horn of his anointed.

³² then hear you in heaven and do and judge your servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way upon his own head and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.

³⁹ then hear you in heaven your dwelling-place and forgive and do and render to every man according to all his ways, whose heart you know (for you, even you only, know the hearts of all the sons of men),

¹¹ For the work of a man he will render to him and cause every man to find according to his ways.

⁶ Arise, O Jehovah, in your anger. Lift up yourself against the rage of my adversaries and awake for me the justice you have commanded. ⁷ And let the congregation of the peoples encompass you about and return on high over them.
⁸ Jehovah will judge the peoples. Judge me, O Jehovah, according to my righteousness and to my integrity that is in me.

⁷ but Jehovah will endure everlasting.
He has prepared his throne for judgment, ⁸ and he will judge the world in righteousness. He will minister justice to the peoples in uprightness.

³ Our God comes and does not keep silence. A fire devours before him and it whirlwinds much all around him. ⁴ He calls to the heavens above and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
⁵ Gather my holy ones together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. ⁶ And the heavens will declare his righteousness, because God is judge himself. Selah.

¹² Also to you, O Lord, belongs loving kindness, because you render to every man according to his work.

¹⁰ Say among the nations, Jehovah reigns! The world also is established that it cannot be shaken. He will judge the peoples with uprightness.
¹¹ Let the heavens be glad and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar and the fullness of it. ¹² Let the field rejoice and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the wood will sing for joy ¹³ before Jehovah, because he comes. Because he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples with his truth.

⁹ Rejoice, O young man, in your youth and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth and walk in the ways of your heart and in the sight of your eyes. But know, that upon all these things God will bring you into judgment.

¹⁴ Because God will bring every work with every hidden thing, whether good or evil into judgment.

¹⁰ Say you* of the righteous, that it is well, for they will eat the fruit of their practices. ¹¹ Woe to the wicked! It is ill with him, for what his hands have done will be done to him.

³⁰ Therefore I will judge you*, O house of Israel, each one according to his ways, says the lord Jehovah. Return and turn yourselves from all your* transgressions, so iniquity will not be your* ruin.

²⁷ For the Son of Man is about to come in the glory of his Father with his messengers, and then he will be giving to each one according to his practice.

³¹ But whenever the Son of Man comes in his glory and all the holy messengers with him. Then he will be sitting upon the throne of his glory; ³² and all the nations will be gathered before him, and he will be separating them one from another, like the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; ³³ and he will indeed stand the sheep at his right, but the goats at the left. ³⁴ Then the King will be saying to those at his right, Come-here, those who have been blessed from my Father, inherit the kingdom which has been prepared for you from the conception of the world: ³⁵ for I was hungry and you gave me food to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me a drink; I was a stranger and you led me in; ³⁶ I was naked and you dressed me; I was sick and you visited me; I was in prison and you came to me.
³⁷ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry and nourish you? Or thirsty and gave you a drink? ³⁸ But when did we see you as a stranger and lead you in? Or naked and dressed you? ³⁹ But when did we see you sick or in prison and came to you?
⁴⁰ And when the King answers, he will say to them, Assuredly I am saying to you, Inasmuch as you did it to one of these, my brethren, even the least, you did it to me. ⁴¹ Then he will also say to them at the left, Travel away from me, you those who have been cursed into the everlasting fire which has been prepared for the devil and his messengers: ⁴² for I was hungry and you did not give me anything to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink; ⁴³ I was a stranger and you did not lead me in; naked and you did not dress me; sick and in prison and you did not visit me.
⁴⁴ Then they will also answer, saying, Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty, or as a stranger or naked, or sick or in prison, and did not serve you?
⁴⁵ Then he will answer them, saying, Assuredly I am saying to you, Inasmuch as you did it not to one of these, the least, neither did you do it to me. ⁴⁶ And these will be going away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life.

⁴² And he commanded us to preach to the people and to thoroughly testify that he is the one who has been determined by God to be judge of the living and the dead.

³¹ because he has established a future day in which to judge the inhabited-earth in righteousness in the man whom he has determined beforehand; having provided the faith to all, by having raised him from the dead.

⁵ But you store up wrath for yourself according to your hardness and unrepentant heart in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; ⁶ who will ‘repay to each according to his works.’ ⁷ Everlasting life to those who indeed by endurance in good work are seeking glory and honor and incorruption. ⁸ But to those seeking things out of selfish ambition and who are indeed disobedient to the truth, but obey unrighteousness, he will repay with fury and wrath, ⁹ affliction and distress upon every soul of man who is working evil, both of the Jew first and of the Greek. ¹⁰ But glory and honor and peace to every man who is working good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek;

¹² Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you might obey it in its lusts; ¹³ nor present your members as weapons of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God, as living from the dead and your members as weapons of righteousness to God.

¹⁹ I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh; for just-as you presented your members as bondservants to uncleanness and to lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as bondservants to righteousness leading to holiness.

¹ Therefore brethren, I am encouraging you through the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, well pleasing to God, which is your logical divine service. ² And not to fashion yourselves to this age, but be transfigured by the renewal of your mind, that you may be proving in you what is the will of God: the good and acceptable and mature.

¹⁰ But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you also, why do you scorn your brother? For we will all be standing-before the judicial-seat of Christ. ¹¹ For it has been written, ‘ As I live, says the Lord, that every knee will bow to me, and every tongue will confess to God.’ ¹² Therefore consequently, each of us will be giving an account concerning himself to God.

⁵ So-then, do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord should come, who will both be illuminating the hidden things of darkness and will be manifesting the plans of the hearts, and then the praise from God will happen for each.

¹² All things are legal for me, but not all things are advantageous. All things are legal for me, but I will not be brought-under the authority by anything. ¹³ Foods are for the belly and the belly is for foods, but God will be doing-away-with both this and these things. But the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.
¹⁴ Now God both raised up the Lord and will be raising us up through his power. ¹⁵ Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Therefore, should I take the members of the Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Let it not happen! ¹⁶ Therefore, do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For he says, The two will become one flesh. ¹⁷ But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. ¹⁸ Flee fornication. Every sin, whatever a man practices, is outside the body, but he who is fornicating, sins toward his own body. ¹⁹ Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? And you are not your own; ²⁰ for you were bought with a price. Glorify God in your body and in your spirit which is God’s!

³ I am not saying this toward your condemnation; for I have said before, that you are in our hearts, that we may die together with you and we may live together with you.

⁷ Do not be misled. God is not ridiculed; for whatever a man sows, he will also be reaping this thing. ⁸ Because he who is sowing to his own flesh will be reaping corruption from his flesh, but he who is sowing to the Spirit will be reaping everlasting life from the Spirit.

⁸ Knowing that whatever good thing each one practices, he will be getting this from the Lord, whether bondservant or free man.

²⁴ knowing that you will be receiving from the Lord the payment of the inheritance; for you are serving the Lord Christ. ²⁵ But he who does wrong will get back what he did wrong and there is no favoritism with God.

⁵ who will be giving account to the one holding ready to judge the living and the dead.

¹⁴ Now Enoch, seventh from Adam, also prophesied about these people, saying, Behold, the Lord came in among tens of thousands of his holy-ones, ¹⁵ to make a judgment against all, and to convict all the ungodly of them, concerning all their works of ungodliness of which they did in ungodly ways and concerning all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

²³ And I will be killing her children with death, and all the congregations will know that I am he who is searching the kidneys and hearts and I will be giving to you, each one according to your works.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne and the one who sits upon it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. ¹² And I saw the dead, the greatest and the least, standing in the sight of the throne, and books were opened and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life and the dead were judged out of the things which have been written in the books, according to their works. ¹³ And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them and they were judged each one according to their works. ¹⁴ And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, which is the lake of fire. ¹⁵ And if anyone was not found, having been written in the Book of Life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

¹² Behold, I am coming shortly, and my reward is with me, to give to each one as his work will be.

⁵ And they traveled and a terror of God was upon the cities that were all around them and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob.

⁴ For the arrows of the Almighty are within me, the poison of which my spirit drinks up. The terrors of God set themselves in array against me.

¹¹ Terrors will make him afraid on every side and will chase him at his heels.

²³ For calamity from God is a terror to me and I can do nothing because of his majesty.

¹⁹ How they have become a desolation in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors.

⁷ You, even you, are to be feared. And who may stand in your sight when once you are angry?

¹⁵ I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up. While I suffer your terrors I am confounded. ¹⁶ Your fierce wrath has gone over me. Your terrors have cut me off.

¹¹ Who knows the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear that is due to you?

¹⁴ The sinners in Zion are afraid. Trembling has seized the profane. Who among us can dwell with the devouring fire? Who among us can dwell with everlasting burnings?

⁶ Who can stand before his indignation? And who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? His wrath is poured out like fire and the rocks are broken apart by him.

²⁸ And do not be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul, but rather fear the one who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

⁴⁶ And these will be going away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life.

³⁵ For whoever wishes to save his life will be losing it, and whoever loses his life because of me and because of the good-news, this one will be saving it. ³⁶ For what will it profit a man, if he has gained the whole world and should forfeit his soul? ³⁷ Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? ³⁸ For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this generation, the adulteress and sinner, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him, whenever he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy messengers.

⁴³ And if your hand offends you, cut it off. It is good for you to enter into life crippled, rather than having your two hands, and to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire, ⁴⁴ where a maggot of them is not dead and the fire is not quenched. ⁴⁵ And if your foot offends you, cut it off. It is good for you to enter into life lame, rather than having your two feet, and to be cast into hell, into the unquenchable fire, ⁴⁶ where a maggot is not dead and the fire is not quenched. ⁴⁷ And if your eye offends you, cast it out. It is good for you to enter into the kingdom of God one-eyed, rather than having two eyes, and to be cast into the hell of fire, ⁴⁸ where a maggot of them is not dying and the fire is not quenched. ⁴⁹ For everyone will be salted with fire and every sacrifice will be salted with salt. ⁵⁰ The salt is good, but if the salt has become non-salty, in what shall you season it? Have salt in yourselves and be at peace one with another.

⁵ But I will be showing you whom you should fear. Fear him, who after he has killed you, has authority to cast you into hell. Yes, I say to you, Fear him.

³¹ But he said to him, If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, if someone rises up from the dead.

⁴³ Now when the synagogue had been dissolved, many of the Jews and the pious Jewish-converts followed Paul and Barnabas; who, while speaking, were persuading them to remain in the favor of God.

⁴ Now he was reasoning in the synagogue every Sabbath and was persuading Jews and Greeks.

¹³ saying, This one is persuading men to worship God contrary to the law.

²⁶ And you view and hear, that not only from Ephesus, but almost all of Asia, this Paul has persuaded and seduced a considerable crowd, saying that they are not gods, those born through man’s hands.

¹⁸ Now as they came to him, he said to them, You know, from the first day of which I stepped into Asia, how I happened to be with you all the time, ¹⁹ serving the Lord with all humility and from many tears, and from tests which befell me among the pacts of the Jews; ²⁰ how I did not retreat back in anything of what is advantageous for you, proclaiming and teaching you in public and in every house, ²¹ thoroughly testifying both to Jews and to Greeks the repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus. ²² And now, behold, I travel to Jerusalem, having been bound in the spirit, not knowing the things which will be meeting with me there, ²³ except that the Holy Spirit is thoroughly testifying to me in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions are remaining for me. ²⁴ But I make account of nothing, nor am I holding my life as precious to myself, as I desire to complete my course with joy, and the service which I received from the Lord Jesus, to thoroughly testify the good-news of the favor of God. ²⁵ And now, behold, I know that you all, among whom I went through preaching the kingdom of God, will be seeing my face no more, ²⁶ because I testify to you on this very day, that I am clean from the blood of all men. ²⁷ For I did not retreat back from proclaiming to you the whole plan of God.

²⁶ For the king knows concerning these things, with whom I am also speaking boldly; for I am telling: I am persuaded that not any of these things were eluding him; for this thing has not been done in a corner.

²³ Now having appointed him a day, they were coming to him, into the lodging in great number; to whom he was expounding the word, thoroughly testifying of the kingdom of God also persuading them with the things concerning Jesus, both from the Law of Moses and from the prophets, from morning until dusk.

⁴ For I have been conscious of nothing in myself, but I have not been made righteous in this thing. But he who is judging me is the Lord. ⁵ So-then, do not judge anything before the time, until the Lord should come, who will both be illuminating the hidden things of darkness and will be manifesting the plans of the hearts, and then the praise from God will happen for each.

¹² For this is our boasting, the testimony of our conscience, that in clarity and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we conducted ourselves in the world and even-more toward you. ¹³ For we are writing no other things to you, but what you are reading or even what you know. Now I hope you will fully know these things we write until the end; ¹⁴ as you also recognized us partially, that we are your boasting, just-as you are also ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus.

¹⁷ For we are not as the rest who are peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, in God’s sight, we speak in Christ.

¹ Because of this, having this service, just-as we have been shown-mercy, we are not depressed. ² But we ourselves have scoffed at the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor adulterating the word of God, but by the manifestation of the truth, commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in God’s sight.

²⁰ Therefore, we are ambassadors on behalf of Christ; as though God is encouraging you through us. We are beseeching you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

¹ And working together with him, we are also encouraging you to not accept the grace of God in vain;

¹⁰ For am I now persuading men or God? Or am I seeking to please men? For if I was still pleasing men, I myself would not be a bondservant of Christ.

²⁸ The Christ whom we are proclaiming, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, in order that we should present every man complete in Christ Jesus; ²⁹ for which I also labor, struggling according to his working, which works in power in me.

³ For our encouragement is not from deceit, nor from uncleanness, nor in treachery. ⁴ But just-as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the good-news, so we are speaking; not as pleasing men, but it is God who tests our hearts. ⁵ For just-as you know, (God being witness), we neither previously came in words of flattery, nor in a pretext of greed, ⁶ nor seeking glory from men, neither from you nor from others, while being able to be a burden to you as apostles of Christ. ⁷ But we became mild in your midst, as a nurse may cherish her own children. ⁸ So having kindly-feelings of you, we were delighted to have given to you not only the good-news of God, but also our own souls, because you have become beloved to us.
⁹ For brethren, you remember our labor and hardship. For we were working night and day, that we might not burden any of you while we preached to you the good-news of God. ¹⁰ You and God are witnesses, as we became holy and righteous and blameless toward you who believe. ¹¹ Just-as you know, as we became with each one of you, like a father with his own children, encouraging you and consoling you\super\'b0 ¹² and testifying, that you should walk worthy of God, who is calling you into his own kingdom and glory.

²⁴ But it is essential for the Lord’s bondservant to not quarrel, but to be mild toward all, skilled in teaching, tolerating it when being mistreated, ²⁵ in meekness educating those who are placing themselves in opposition; if maybe God might give them repentance to come to the full knowledge of the truth, ²⁶ and they might sober up out of the snare of the devil, having been caught live by him to that man’s will.

³¹ It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

²³ but save others in fear, seizing them out of the fire, hating even the tunic which has been stained from the flesh.

¹⁵ And if anyone was not found, having been written in the Book of Life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

² Let another man praise you and not your own mouth, a stranger and not your own lips.

¹⁴ as you also recognized us partially, that we are your boasting, just-as you are also ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus.

¹ Are we beginning again to commend ourselves? As if we have no need, as some people, letters of commendation to you or ones of commendation from you?

⁴ But we are commending ourselves in everything, as servants of God: in much endurance, in afflictions, in calamities, in distresses,

⁸ For even if I am boasting even-more of something concerning our authority (which the Lord gave to us for your building up and not for your demolition), I will not be shamed;

¹² For we are not daring to class or compare ourselves together with some of those who are commending themselves, but they themselves, measuring themselves in themselves and comparing themselves to themselves, do not understand.

¹⁸ For he who commends himself, that man is not approved after being tested, but whom the Lord is commending.

¹² But what I am doing, I will also continue to be doing it in order that I may cut off the starting-point from those who wish for a starting-point in order that they may be found just-as we in what they are boasting. ¹³ For such men are false apostles, workers of treachery, fashioning themselves into apostles of Christ. ¹⁴ And it is not a marvelous thing; for even the Adversary fashions himself into a messenger of light. ¹⁵ Therefore, it is no great thing if his servants are also fashioned like servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.
¹⁶ I say again, not anyone should think me to be foolish; otherwise, (even if as foolish), accept me in order that I may also boast in a little something.

¹ It is not advantageous for me to boast! For I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. ² I know a man in Christ, who fourteen years before, (whether in the body, I do not know or outside of the body, I do not know; God knows), such a one was seized up to the third heaven. ³ And I know such a man (whether in the body or outside of the body, I do not know; God knows), ⁴ that he was taken away into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not legal for man to speak. ⁵ I will be boasting on behalf of such a one, but I will not be boasting on my own behalf, except in my weaknesses. ⁶ For if I wish to boast, I will not be foolish; for I will be speaking the truth, but I am refraining because no one should reason of me beyond what he sees from me or hears something out of me. ⁷ And, in order that I should not promote myself by the excellence of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of the Adversary, in order that it might batter me, in order that I should not promote myself. ⁸ I pleaded with the Lord three-times in regard to this thing, in order that it might withdraw from me. ⁹ And he has said to me, My grace is enough for you; for my power is completed in weakness. Therefore I will rather gladly be boasting in my weaknesses, in order that the power of the Christ might reside upon me.

¹¹ I have become a boasting fool. You urged me to it. For I ought to have been commended by you; for I lacked in nothing over those preeminent apostles, even if I am nothing.

¹² As many as wish to have a good countenance in the flesh, these are urging you to be circumcised; only in order that they may not be persecuted for the cross of the Christ. ¹³ For not even those who have been circumcised themselves observe the law, but they wish you to be circumcised, in order that they may boast in your flesh. ¹⁴ But let it not happen for me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world has been crucified to me and I to the world.

²¹ And David said to Michal, It was before Jehovah, who chose me above your father and above all his house, to appoint me prince over the people of Jehovah, over Israel. Therefore I will play before Jehovah. ²² And I will be yet more vile than this and will be humble in my own sight, but of the handmaids of whom you have spoken, of them I will be had in honor.

²⁴ Now he made his defense with these things.
Festus says with a loud voice, Paul, you are insane; your much scholarship is turning you insane.
²⁵ But Paul says, I am not insane, most-excellent Festus, but I am speaking out the words of truth and self-discipline.

³ For I say, through the grace which was given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to have high-notions contrary to what he ought to be mindful of. But to be mindful of this grace, that he should be sensible, as God has divided to each one a measure of faith.

¹⁰ We are foolish because of Christ, but you are prudent in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are glorious, but we are dishonored. ¹¹ We are both hungry and thirsty, till the current hour, and are naked and are battered and are homeless; ¹² and we are laboring, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we are speaking well of them; being persecuted, we are tolerating it; ¹³ being blasphemed, we are encouraging. We have become like the scums of the world, the garbage of all things, even until now.

¹² Consequently, if I also wrote to you, it was not because of the one who did wrong, nor because of the one who had been wronged, but because of your diligent-aid on our behalf to be made manifest to you in God’s sight.

¹ I wish-that you were tolerating me in a little foolishness, but even as you are tolerating other things from me.

¹⁶ I say again, not anyone should think me to be foolish; otherwise, (even if as foolish), accept me in order that I may also boast in a little something. ¹⁷ What I speak in this firmness of boasting, I do not speak according to the Lord, but as in foolishness.

⁶ For if I wish to boast, I will not be foolish; for I will be speaking the truth, but I am refraining because no one should reason of me beyond what he sees from me or hears something out of me.

²⁴ Now I am rejoicing in my sufferings on your behalf and I am filling up in my flesh, the things lacking of the afflictions of the Christ on behalf of his body, which is the congregation of believers;

¹⁸ for I am full of words. The spirit within me compels me.

⁴ Draw to me, we will run after you. The king has brought me into his chambers. We will be glad and rejoice in you. We will make mention of your love more than of wine. They love you in uprightness.

⁶ Set me as a seal upon your heart, as a seal upon your arm. Because love is strong as death, jealousy is cruel as Sheol. The flashes of it are flashes of fire, a most vehement flame.
⁷ Many waters cannot quench love, nor can floods drown it. If a man would give all the substance of his house for love, he would be utterly scorned.

⁶ All we like sheep have gone-astray. We have turned every one to his own way and Jehovah has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

³⁷ He who loves his father or mother above me is not worthy of me, and he who loves his son or daughter above me is not worthy of me. ³⁸ Now he who is not taking up his cross and following after me, is not worthy of me.

²⁸ just-like the Son of Man did not come to be served to, but to serve and to give his life as a redemption in exchange-for many.

⁴² But when they did not have anything to repay him with, he forgave them both. Therefore, tell me which of them will love him most?
⁴³ But Simon answered and said, I am taking it as, he to whom he forgave the most.
But he said to him, You have judged correctly.
⁴⁴ And turning to the woman, he said to Simon, Do you see this woman? I entered into your house, you gave me no water for my feet, but she has rained on my feet with her tears and wiped them with the hairs of her head. ⁴⁵ You gave me no kiss, but, from the time I came in she has continually kissed my feet. ⁴⁶ You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with perfume. ⁴⁷ Because of which, I say to you, Her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, because she loved much, but to whom few is forgiven, the same loves few.

²⁴ Because this one, my son, was dead and then lived again, and was perishing and then was found. And they began to be joyous.

³² But we ought to be joyous and rejoice, because this one, your brother was dead, and then lived again, and was perishing and then was found.

²⁹ And they constrained him, saying, Abide with us, because it is toward dusk and the day is far-spent. And he entered in to abide together with them.

²⁹ On the next-day he sees Jesus coming toward him and says, Behold, the Lamb of God, who is taking away the sin of the world!

²⁵ Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, The hour is coming and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.

²⁵ Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, even if he dies, he will be living;

⁵⁰ nor are you reasoning that it is advantageous for us that one man should die on behalf of the people and that the whole nation should not perish. ⁵¹ (Now he said this not from himself, but being high-priest of that year, he prophesied that Jesus was about to die on behalf of the nation; ⁵² and not only on behalf of the nation, but in order that he should also gather together into one the children of God who have been scattered.)

²¹ He who holds my commandments and is keeping them, that one is he who loves me and he who loves me will be loved by my Father and I will love him and will be manifesting myself to him.
²² Judas (not Iscariot) says to him, Lord, what has happened that you are about to manifest yourself to us and not to the world?
²³ Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves me, he will be keeping my word and my Father will love him, and we will be coming to him and we will be making our abode with him.

¹⁵ Therefore when they had a meal, Jesus says to Simon Peter, Simon, Son of Jonah, do you ^{F} love me more-than these things?
He says to him, Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.
He says to him, Feed my lambs.
¹⁶ He says to him again a second-time, Simon, Son of Jonah, do you ^{F} love me?
He says to him, Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.
He says to him, Shepherd my sheep.
¹⁷ He says to him the third-time, Simon, Son of Jonah, Do you ^{F} love me?
Peter was sorrowful because he said to him the third-time, Do you ^{F} love me like a friend? And he said to him, Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you like a friend.
Jesus says to him, Feed my sheep.

¹⁹ But Peter and John answered and said to them, Judge for yourselves if it is righteous in God’s sight to listen to you rather than to God. ²⁰ For we are not able to speak, but the things which we saw and heard.

⁵ Now as Silas and Timothy came down from Macedonia, Paul was being troubled in the spirit, thoroughly testifying to the Jews: the Christ Jesus.

² Now we have known that the judgment of God is according to truth upon those who practice such things.

¹⁵ But not like the trespass, so also is the gift. For if the many died by the trespass of the one, the favor of God and the gift by the favor of the one man, Jesus Christ, abounded much more to the many.

⁷ For none of us is living to himself, and none dies to himself. ⁸ For in both, if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord; therefore, in both, if we live or die, we are the Lord’s. ⁹ For Christ both died and rose up and lived for this, in order that he might have lordship over both the dead and the living.

¹⁴ Now the physical man is not accepting the things from the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them, because they are spiritually examined.

²² If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. The Lord has come!

⁷ But if the service of death, on scriptures having been engraved in stones, happened in glory, so-that the sons of Israel were not able to stare at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which was being done-away-with.

⁹ For if the service of condemnation has glory, how much rather is the service of righteousness abounding in glory.

⁸ I do not speak according to commandment, but I am testing the genuineness of your love through the diligence of others. ⁹ For you know the favor of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet he became-poor because of you, in order that you might be enriched through that poverty.

¹ Even you were dead in your trespasses and sins, ² in which you previously walked according to the age of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, of the spirit which now is working in the sons of disobedience; ³ among whom we also all conducted ourselves previously in the lusts of our flesh, practicing the wills of the flesh and of the mind and we were children of wrath by nature, even as the rest. ⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of his much love with which he loved us, ⁵ even when we were dead through our trespasses, he made us alive together with the Christ; you are saved in his grace.

¹⁸ having been rooted and having been founded in love, in order that you may have strength to grab, together with all the holy-ones, of what is the width and length and depth and height, ¹⁹ and to know the love of the Christ which surpasses knowledge, in order that you may be filled to all the fullness of God.

²⁴ Grace is with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in incorruption. Amen.

¹³ And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses;

⁶ who gave himself as a ransom on behalf of all; the testimony given in its own times;

⁶ But she who is self-indulgent has died, while still living.

³ For we were also previously foolish, disobedient, being misled, serving in various lusts and sensual-delights, leading lives in malice and envy, spiteful, hating one another.

⁹ But we see Jesus who has been made a bit of something inferior, less than the messengers, having been crowned with glory and honor, because of the suffering of the death he underwent, that in the grace from God, he should taste of death on behalf of everyone.

¹⁰ For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the labor of the love which you showed toward his name, having served the holy-ones and still serving them.

¹ My little-children, these things I am writing to you in order that you may not sin. And if anyone should sin, we have a Helper with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. ² And he is the atonement concerning our sins, but not concerning ours only, but also concerning the whole world.

¹⁹ We know that we are from God and the whole world lays in the evil one.

¹⁷ And Naaman said, If not, yet, I beseech you, let there be given to your servant two mules' burden of dirt, for your servant will hereafter offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice to other gods, but to Jehovah.

⁶ And when I passed by you and saw you treading in your blood, I said to you, Live in your blood! Yes, I said to you, Live in your blood!

⁹ Then he said to me, Prophesy to the wind. Prophesy, son of man and say to the wind, The lord Jehovah says thus: Come from the four winds, O breath and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.

¹⁴ And I will put my Spirit in you* and you* will live. And I will place you* in your* own land. And you* will know that I, Jehovah, have spoken it and performed it, says Jehovah.

⁴ Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright in him. (But the righteous man will live by his faith.)

⁹ And I will sow them among the peoples and they will remember me in far countries. And they will live with their sons and will return.

⁷⁴ having been fearlessly rescued out of the hand of our enemies, to give-divine service to him

¹⁵ in order that everyone who believes in him might not perish but may have everlasting life.
¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, in order that everyone who believes in him might not perish, but may have everlasting life.

²⁴ Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, He who hears my word and believes in the one who sent me, has everlasting life, and is not coming into judgment, but has stepped out of death into the life.

⁵⁷ Just-as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father; so he who eats me, he will also be living because of me.

² Let it not happen! We who died to sin, how will we live in it any longer?

⁶ Knowing this, that our old man was crucified together with him, in order that the body of sin might be done-away, that we are to be enslaved to sin no longer;

¹¹ So you also, count yourselves to be indeed dead to sin, but living to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free away from the law of sin and of death.

⁶ For the mindset of the flesh is death, but the mindset of the Spirit is life and peace;

¹⁰ But if Christ is in you, the body is indeed dead because of sin, but the spirit is life because of righteousness.

¹ Therefore brethren, I am encouraging you through the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, well pleasing to God, which is your logical divine service.

³³ just-as I am also pleasing all people in all things, not seeking what is advantageous for me, but what is advantageous for many, in order that they may be saved.

⁶ who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant; not from the writing, but from the Spirit; for the writing kills, but the Spirit gives-life.

¹⁶ So-then from hereafter we know no one according to the flesh, but even if we have known Christ according to the flesh, but now we know him as such no more.

¹⁹ For through the law I died to the law, in order that I might live to God.
²⁰ I have been crucified together with Christ. I am now no longer living, but Christ is living in me and that life which I am now living in the flesh, I am living in faith, the faith which is of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up on my behalf.

²⁵ If we are living in the Spirit, we should also march in the Spirit.

¹⁷ Therefore I am saying and testifying this in the Lord: you are to walk no longer as the rest of the Gentiles are also walking, in the futility of their mind,

¹⁴ Hence he says, Arise, you who are sleeping and rise up from the dead and the Christ will appear upon you.

²⁰ according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will be shamed in nothing, but as always, now Christ will also be magnified in my body in all boldness, whether through life or through death. ²¹ For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

¹² having been buried together with him in the immersion, in which you were also raised up together with him through the faith from the working of God, who raised him up from the dead.

¹ Therefore, if you were raised up together with the Christ, seek the things which are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

¹⁷ And everything, anything, whatever you do in word or in work, do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving-thanks to the God and Father through him.

²³ And everything, anything whatever you do, work from your soul, as you would to the Lord and not as to men;

¹⁰ who died on our behalf, in order that, whether we should watch or sleep, we should live together with him at the same time.

¹⁴ who gave himself on our behalf, in order that he might redeem us away from all lawlessness and might cleanse a treasured people for himself, zealous of good works.

²⁰ Now the God of peace, who brought up the great shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Jesus, from the dead in the blood of an everlasting covenant, ²¹ may he complete you in every good work, that you should practice his will, doing what is well pleasing in his sight in you, through Jesus Christ in whom is the glory, forevermore. Amen.

¹⁴ like children of obedience not fashioning yourselves in your former lusts in the time of your ignorance; ¹⁵ but according to he who called you, who is holy, you yourselves also become holy in all your conduct;

² that you should no longer have your life, (the rest of your time in the flesh), in the lusts of men, but in the will of God. ³ For enough time which has passed away from our life is for us to have worked the will of the Gentiles, and having conducted-ourselves in: unbridled-lusts, lusts, drunkenness, revelings, drinking-bouts and illegal idolatries; ⁴ in which they are surprised by you, that you^\'b0 are not running together with them into the same outpouring of riotousness, blaspheming;

⁶ For the good-news was proclaimed even to the dead toward this end, in order that they might be judged indeed according to men in the flesh, but may live according to God in the Spirit.

⁹ In this, the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent his only begotten Son into the world in order that we might live through him.

¹⁸ and the Living One, and I became dead and behold, I am living forevermore and I have the keys of death and of Hades. Amen.

⁹ who said of his father and of his mother, I have not seen him, neither did he acknowledge his brothers, nor knew he his own sons, for they have observed your word and keep your covenant.

²⁹ Why do you* kick at my sacrifice and at my offering, which I have commanded in my habitation and honor your sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chief of all the offerings of Israel my people?

³⁷ He who loves his father or mother above me is not worthy of me, and he who loves his son or daughter above me is not worthy of me.

⁴⁸ But he answered and said to the one who spoke to him, Who is my mother? And who are my brethren? ⁴⁹ And he stretched out his hand toward his disciples and said, Behold, my mother and my brethren! ⁵⁰ For whoever practices the will of my Father who is in the heavens, he is my brother and sister and mother.

³¹ Therefore his brethren and his mother come, and standing outside, they sent to him, summoning him. ³² And a crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him, Behold, your mother and your brothers and your sisters are outside seeking you.
³³ And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother or my brethren? ³⁴ And having looked around in a circle at those sitting around him, he says, Behold, my mother and my brethren! ³⁵ For whoever is practicing the will of God, this one is my brother and sister and mother.

⁴ Jesus says to her, What is this thing with me and with you, woman? My hour is not coming yet.

⁶³ It is the spirit who is giving-life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit and are life.

¹⁴ You are my friends, if you practice as many things as I command you.

¹⁸ Since many are boasting according to the flesh, I will also be boasting.

⁵ to whom, even for an hour, we did not yield to their subjection; in order that the truth of the good-news might remain with you.
⁶ Now they did not contribute anything to me, that is from those of repute and from those reputed to be something (what sort of person they were previously, carries nothing of any-value to me; God does not accept the countenance of man).

⁶ For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision prevails over anything in Christ Jesus, but faith working through love.

⁷ But what things were gains for me, I have deemed these a forfeiture because of the Christ. ⁸ But therefore, I am also deeming all things indeed to be a forfeiture because of the superiority of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, because of whom, I forfeited all things, and am deeming them to be but trash, in order that I may gain Christ,

¹¹ where there is no Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, or free man, but Christ is all things and in all things.

²¹ I am thoroughly testifying in sight of God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the chosen messengers, in order that you should observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing according to bias. ²² Lay hands on no one quickly, nor share in another’s sins. Keep yourself pure!

¹ My brethren, do not have the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, in favoritism. ² For if a man comes into your congregation with a gold ring, in bright apparel and if a poor person in filthy apparel also comes in, ³ you may have looked upon the one who is wearing the bright apparel and may have said to him, Sit here; good; and you may have said to the poor person, Stand there or sit here under my footstool. ⁴ And did you not discern among yourselves and then became judges from evil reasonings?

¹⁷ But the wisdom which is from above is indeed first pure, thereafter is peaceful, gentle, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and non-pretended.

¹⁰ Create in me a clean heart, O God and renew a right spirit within me.

¹⁸ Do you* not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. ¹⁹ Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it will spring forth. Shall you* not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

¹⁷ But Israel will be saved by Jehovah with an everlasting salvation. You* will not be put to shame nor confounded world without end.

²⁴ Only in Jehovah, it is said of me, is righteousness and strength. Even to him men will come and all those who were incensed against him will be put to shame. ²⁵ In Jehovah all the seed of Israel will be justified and will glory.

¹⁷ For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth and the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind.
¹⁸ But be you* glad and rejoice forever in what I create. For, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing and her people a joy.

¹⁹ And I will give them one heart and I will put a new spirit within you*. And I will take the stony heart out of their flesh and will give them a heart of flesh,

³¹ Cast away from you* all your* transgressions, by which you* have transgressed and make you* a new heart and a new spirit. For why will you* die, O house of Israel?

²⁶ I will also give you* a new heart and I will put a new spirit within you*. And I will take away the stony heart out of your* flesh and I will give you* a heart of flesh.

¹⁶ But no one puts a patch of unshrunk fabric upon an old garment; for its fullness shrinks and lifts away from the garment and a worse split happens. ¹⁷ Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the wineskins burst and the wine is poured out and the wineskins will be destroyed, but they put new wine into new wineskins and both are protected together.

³³ Either make^*\'b0 the tree good and its fruit good; or make^*\'b0 the tree rotten and its fruit rotten; for the tree is known from its fruit.

³⁵ The heaven and the earth will be passing away, but my words may never pass away.

³ Jesus answered and said to him, Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, If someone has not been born anew, he is not able to see the kingdom of God.

⁵ Jesus answered, Assuredly, assuredly, I am saying to you, If someone has not been born out of water and the Spirit, he is not able to enter into the kingdom of God!

²⁰ You will know in that day that I am in my Father and you in me and I in you.

² Every branch which is not bringing forth fruit in me, he takes it away and every branch which is bringing forth fruit, he prunes it, in order that it may bring forth more fruit.

¹ Consequently now nothing is condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who are not walking according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

⁹ But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God is dwelling in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his. ¹⁰ But if Christ is in you, the body is indeed dead because of sin, but the spirit is life because of righteousness.

²² to place away from yourselves the old man, according to your former conduct, the one who is corrupted according to the lusts of deception; ²³ and to be young again in the spirit of your mind, ²⁴ and to have clothed yourselves with the new man, who was created according to God, in righteousness and holiness of the truth.

⁵ Therefore mortify your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire and greed, which is idolatry. ⁶ Because of which things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience; ⁷ among whom you also previously walked, when you were living in these things. ⁸ But also now, place all these things away from yourselves: anger, fury, malice, blasphemy, obscene speech from your mouth.
⁹ Do not lie to one another; since you have stripped off the old man together with his practices, ¹⁰ and have clothed yourselves with the new man, who is being renewed to the full knowledge according to the image of the one who created him;

⁹ not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by my hand to lead them forth out of the land of Egypt, because they did not remain in my covenant and I neglected them, says the Lord. ¹⁰ Because this one is the covenant which I will covenant with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord. I will be giving my laws into their mind and I will be writing them upon their hearts. And I will be a God to them and they will be covenanted into a people for me; ¹¹ and they may never need to teach, saying, Know the Lord; to each one his fellow-citizen and each one his brother, because all will know me, from the little insofar as their great ones. ¹² Because I will be lenient to their unrighteousness; I may never remember their lawlessness and their sins anymore.’
¹³ In the saying, a new covenant, the first has become-obsolete. But what becomes-obsolete and is aged, it is near to disappearing.

¹⁰ But the day of the Lord will be coming like a thief in the night; in which the heavens will be passing away with a crashing-sound, and the elements will be dissolved, being burnt with heat, and the earth and the works which are in it will be burned up. ¹¹ Therefore, with all these things being dissolved, see what sort of things you ought to possess in all holy conduct and godliness, ¹² expecting, and diligently wanting the presence of the day of God, through which, the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt, being burnt with heat. ¹³ But according to his promise, we are expecting new heavens and a new earth, in which dwells righteousness.

¹ And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and there is no sea anymore. ² And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from heaven of God, having been prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. ³ And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men and he will be residing with them and they will be his people and God will be with them. ⁴ And he will be wiping-away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no death anymore. There will be no mourning, no crying, no pain anymore because the first things have passed away.
⁵ And he who sits upon the throne said, Behold, I am making all things new. And he says to me, Write, because these are the faithful and true words.

³⁰ And no sin offering, from which any of the blood is brought into the tent of meeting to make atonement in the holy place, will be eaten; it will be burnt with fire.

⁷ How lovely are the feet of him who brings good news upon the mountains, who proclaims peace, who brings good news of good, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns!

¹⁹ I create the fruit of the lips. Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near, says Jehovah and I will heal him.

¹⁵ and one lamb of the flock, out of two hundred, from the well-watered pastures of Israel, for a meal offering and for a burnt offering and for peace offerings, to make atonement for them, says the lord Jehovah.

²⁴ Seventy weeks are decreed upon your people and upon your holy city, to finish transgression and to make an end of sins and to make reconciliation for iniquity and to bring in everlasting righteousness and to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy.

¹⁵ And he said to them, When you travel into all the world, preach the good-news to all creation. ¹⁶ He who believes and is immersed will be saved, but he who disbelieves will be condemned.

⁵ Now into whatever house you enter, say first, Peace is to this house.

⁴⁷ and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, in order that everyone who believes in him might not perish, but may have everlasting life.

²⁷ John answered and said, A man is able to receive nothing, if it is not given to him from heaven.

³⁶ The word which he sent to the sons of Israel, proclaiming the good-news of peace through Jesus Christ (this one is Lord of all).

³⁸ Therefore brethren, let it be known to you that forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you through this one; ³⁹ and everyone who believes is made righteous in this one; you were not able to be made righteous from all the things of which were in the Law of Moses.

¹ Therefore having been made righteous from faith, we have peace toward God through our Lord Jesus Christ;

¹⁰ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, having been reconciled, we will be saved in his life; ¹¹ and not only so, but we are also boasting in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

³⁶ It is because all things are from him and through him and to him. The glory is for him, forever. Amen.

⁶ but to us, there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we are for him, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we are through him.

⁶ And there are diversities of workings, but it is the same God, who is working all things in all.

¹⁹ as that, God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ not counting to them their trespasses and having placed the word of reconciliation in us. ²⁰ Therefore, we are ambassadors on behalf of Christ; as though God is encouraging you through us. We are beseeching you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

¹⁶ and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, having killed the hostility in himself. ¹⁷ And when he came, he proclaimed the good-news of peace to you who were from afar and peace to those who were near;

¹⁶ because all things were created by him, the things in the heavens and the things upon the earth, the visible and invisible, whether thrones or lordships or principalities or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. ¹⁷ And he is before all things and all things are standing in him.

²⁰ and through him to reconcile all things to himself, whether things upon the earth or things upon the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross, through him. ²¹ And you were previously alienated and were enemies in mind, in evil works, but yet he reconciled you\super\'b0

¹⁷ Hence he was obligated to have been similar to his brethren according to all things, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high-priest in the things pertaining to God, that he should make atonement for the sins of the people.

¹⁷ Every good act of giving, and every complete gift, is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, nor a shadow of turning.

² And he is the atonement concerning our sins, but not concerning ours only, but also concerning the whole world.

¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atonement on behalf of our sins.

¹ Those whose transgression is forgiven are fortunate, whose sin is covered. ² The man to whom Jehovah does not reckon sin and in whose spirit there is no deceit is fortunate.

²⁵ I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake and I will not remember your sins.

²² I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and as a cloud, your sins. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.

²³ ‘Behold, the virgin will be pregnant, and will be bearing a son, and they will call his name Immanuel'; which is, after being translated, ‘God with us.’

¹⁰ Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in me? The words that I say to you, I do not speak from myself, but the Father who is abiding in me; he is doing the works. ¹¹ Either believe me, that I am in the Father and the Father in me, otherwise believe me because of the works themselves.

²⁴ All those who believe, being made righteous freely by his grace, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus, ²⁵ whom God purposed as an atonement through the faith in his blood in an example of his righteousness, because of the passing over of the sins, having been done beforehand, ²⁶ (in the forbearance of God), even toward the example of his righteousness in this current time, that he may himself be righteous and who is making righteous the one from the faith of Jesus.

⁶ Just-as David also says concerning the good-fortune of the man to whom God counts righteousness separate from works, ⁷ saying, ‘Those whose lawlessnesses are forgiven and whose sins are covered are fortunate. ⁸ The man to whom the Lord may never count sin, is fortunate.’

¹⁵ For if the casting away of them is the reconciliation of the world, what is the receiving of them, except life from the dead?

⁹ because all the fullness of the Deity is dwelling in him bodily.

¹⁶ And confessedly great is the mystery of godliness : God was manifested in the flesh, was made righteous in the Spirit, was seen by messengers, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was received up in glory.

¹³ Yet Jehovah testified to Israel and to Judah, by every prophet and every seer, saying, Turn from your* evil ways and keep my commandments and my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your* fathers and which I sent to you* by my servants the prophets.

¹⁵ And Jehovah, the God of their fathers, sent to them by his messengers, rising up early and sending, because he had compassion on his people and on his dwelling-place.

²⁹ and testified against them, that you might bring them again to your law. Yet they dealt proudly and did not listen to your commandments, but sinned against your ordinances (which if a man does, he will live in them) and withdrew the shoulder and stiffened their neck and would not hear.

²¹ Acquaint now yourself with him and be at peace. By this good will come to you.

⁶ Behold, I am toward God even as you are. I also am formed out of the clay.

²³ If there is with him a messenger, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to show to man what is right for him,

²² How long, you* simple ones, will you* love simplicity? And scoffers delight in their scoffing and fools hate knowledge? ²³ Turn back at my reproof. Behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you*. I will make my words known to you*.
²⁴ Because I have called and you* have refused, I have stretched out my hand and no man has regarded, ²⁵ but you* have made all my counsel void and want none of my reproof, ²⁶ I also will laugh at your* calamity. I will mock when your* fear comes, ²⁷ when your* fear comes as a storm and your* calamity comes on as a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you*.
²⁸ Then they will call upon me, but I will not answer. They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me, ²⁹ because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of Jehovah.
³⁰ They wanted none of my counsel. They despised all my reproof. ³¹ Therefore they will eat of the fruit of their own way and be filled with their own devices.
³² Because the backsliding of the simple will kill them and the careless ease of fools will destroy them.
³³ But he who listens to me will dwell securely and will be quiet without fear of evil.

¹⁷ A wicked messenger falls into evil, but a faithful ambassador is health.

⁵ Or else let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me. Yes, let him make peace with me.

⁶ Seek Jehovah while he may be found. Call you* upon him while he is near. ⁷ Let the wicked man forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts. And let him return to Jehovah and he will have mercy upon him and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

¹⁶ Give glory to Jehovah your* God, before he causes darkness and before your* feet stumble upon the dark mountains. And while you* look for light, he turns it into the shadow of death and makes it gross darkness.
¹⁷ But if you* will not hear it, my soul will weep in secret for your* pride. And my eye will weep greatly and run down with tears, because Jehovah's flock is taken captive.

²⁰ But Jeremiah said, They will not deliver you. I beseech you, obey, the voice of Jehovah, in what I speak to you, so it will be well with you and your soul will live.

⁴ However I sent all my servants the prophets to you*, rising up early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not do this abominable thing that I hate.

³¹ Cast away from you* all your* transgressions, by which you* have transgressed and make you* a new heart and a new spirit. For why will you* die, O house of Israel? ³² For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies, says the lord Jehovah, therefore turn yourselves back and live.

⁷ For the priest's lips should keep knowledge and they should seek the law at his mouth. For he is the messenger of Jehovah of hosts.

¹⁶ He who hears you, hears me; and he who is rejecting you, rejects me; and he who rejects me, rejects the one who sent me.

²³ Now the lord said to the bondservant, Go out into the roads and over the fences, and urge them to enter, in order that my house may be filled.

²¹ Therefore Jesus said to them again, Peace to you; just-as the Father has sent me; I am also sending you.

¹⁷ I will be liberating you from the Jewish people and from the Gentiles, to whom I am sending you, ¹⁸ to open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light, and from the authority of the Adversary to God, in order for them to receive forgiveness of sins, and an inheritance among those who have been made holy in faith, the faith in me.

¹¹ Therefore knowing the fear of the Lord, we are persuading men, but we have been manifested to God, and I hope to have also been manifested in your consciences.

²⁰ on behalf of which, I am an ambassador in a chain; in order that I should speak boldly in it, as it is essential for me to speak.

⁸ Therefore, the one who is rejecting this is not rejecting man, but God, who also gives his Holy Spirit to you.

⁴ Surely he has borne our griefs and has carried our sorrows.
Yet we esteemed him stricken, struck by God and afflicted. ⁵ But he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed.
⁶ All we like sheep have gone-astray. We have turned every one to his own way and Jehovah has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

⁹ And they made his grave with the wicked and with a rich man in his death. Although he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth.
¹⁰ Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him. He has put him to grief.
When you will make his soul an offering for sin, he will see his seed. He will prolong his days and the pleasure of Jehovah will prosper in his hand.
¹¹ He will see of the travail of his soul, and
will be satisfied. By the knowledge of himself will my righteous servant justify many and he will bear their iniquities.
¹² Therefore I will divide him a portion with the great and he will divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors. Yet he bore the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors.

²⁶ How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies, even the prophets of the deceit of their own heart?

¹⁶ In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will dwell safely. And this is the name whereby she will be called: Jehovah our righteousness.

²⁶ And after the sixty-two weeks the anointed one will be cut off and will have nothing. And the people of the prince who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary and the end of it will be with a flood. And even to the end will be war; desolations are determined.

⁷ Awake, O sword, against my shepherd and against the man who is my companion, says Jehovah of hosts. Strike the shepherd and the sheep will be scattered. And I will turn my hand upon the little ones.

³⁵ And the messenger answered and said to her, The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Highest will be overshadowing you; hence the holy one being born out of you will also be called the Son of God.

¹⁴ But you denied the Holy and Righteous One and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,

¹⁷ For the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to

²¹ But now the righteousness of God has been manifested separate from the law, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; ²² even the righteousness of God through faith of Jesus Christ toward all and upon all those who believe; for there is no distinction; ²³ for all have sinned and come-short of the glory of God.

²⁵ who was given up because of our trespasses and was raised up because of our justification

¹⁹ For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were designated as sinners, so also through the obedience of the one the many will be designated as righteous.

¹ Consequently now nothing is condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who are not walking according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. ² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free away from the law of sin and of death. ³ For the law being powerless, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, having sent his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh; ⁴ in order that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, those who are not walking according to the flesh, but walking according to the Spirit.

³ For being ignorant of God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God. ⁴ For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

¹⁷ So-then if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

¹³ Christ bought us up out of the curse of the law, having become a curse on our behalf; for it has been written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs upon a tree,’

² and walk in love, just-as the Christ also loved us and gave himself up on our behalf as an offering and a sacrifice to God for an aroma of a sweet-fragrance.

⁹ and may be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, which is from the law, but which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is from God on the faith,

¹⁵ For we do not have a high-priest who is unable to sympathize together with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted according to all things according to our likeness, yet without sin.

²⁶ For such a high-priest was suitable to us, holy, guiltless, undefiled, has been separated away from sinners and became exalted from the heavens;

²² He who did no sin, nor was treachery found in his mouth; ²³ who, being reviled, was not reviling again in return; when suffering, was not threatening, (but was giving himself to the one who judges righteously), ²⁴ who, himself, carried our sins in his body upon the tree, in order that we might live to righteousness, having died to our sins; by whose wound s you were healed.

¹⁸ Because Christ also suffered once for all on behalf of our sins, the righteous on behalf of the unrighteous, in order that he might lead you to God; having indeed been slain in the flesh, but was given-life in the Spirit;

⁵ And you know that, that man was manifested in order that he might take away our sins, and in him is no sin.
