Numbers 20:17-21

17 I beseech you, let us pass through your land. We will not pass through field or through vineyard, neither will we drink of the water of the wells. We will go along the king's highway. We will not turn aside to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed your border.
18 And Edom said to him, You will not pass through me, lest I come out with the sword against you. 19 And the sons of Israel said to him, We will go up by the highway. And if we drink of your water, I and my cattle, then will I give the price of it. Only let me, without doing anything, pass through on my feet. 20 And he said, You will not pass through. And Edom came out against him with many people and with a strong hand.
21 Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border. Therefore Israel turned away from him.

Deuteronomy 2:4-5

4 And command you the people, saying, You* are to pass through the border of your* brothers the sons of Esau, who dwell in Seir and they will be afraid of you*. You* take good heed to yourselves therefore.
5 Do not contend with them, for I will not give you* of their land, no, not so much as for the sole of the foot to tread on, because I have given Mount Seir to Esau for a possession.

Deuteronomy 2:9

9 And Jehovah said to me, Do not harass Moab, neither contend with them in battle, for I will not give to you of his land for a possession, because I have given Ar to the sons of Lot for a possession.

19 And when you come near opposite the sons of Ammon, do not harass them, nor contend with them, for I will not give you of the land of the sons of Ammon for a possession, because I have given it to the sons of Lot for a possession.

Judges 11:15-18

15 And he said to him, Thus says Jephthah: Israel did not take away the land of Moab, nor the land of the sons of Ammon, 16 but when they came up from Egypt and Israel went through the wilderness to the Red Sea and came to Kadesh, 17 then Israel sent messengers to the king of Edom, saying, I beseech you, let me pass through your land, but the king of Edom did not listen. And in like manner he sent to the king of Moab, but he would not. And Israel abode in Kadesh.
18 Then they went through the wilderness and went around the land of Edom and the land of Moab and came by the east side of the land of Moab. And they encamped on the other side of the Arnon, but they did not come within the border of Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

2 Chronicles 20:1

1 And it happened after this, that the sons of Moab and the sons of Ammon and with them some of the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle.

22 And when they began to sing and to praise, Jehovah set an ambush against the sons of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir who came against Judah and they were struck.
