²³ And they brought out the he-goats for the sin offering before the king and the congregation. And they laid their hands on them.

⁴ And he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering. And it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

¹⁵ And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the young bull before Jehovah, and the young bull shall be killed before Jehovah.

²⁴ And he shall lay his hand on the head of the goat and kill it in the place where he kills the burnt offering before Jehovah. It is a sin offering.
