¹ Hezekiah became king when five and twenty years old, and twenty and nine years did he reign in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Abiyah, the daughter of Zecharyahu.

¹ And it came to pass in the third year of Hoshea’ the son of Elah the king of Israel, that Hezekiah, the son of Achaz the king of Judah, became king. ² Twenty and five years old was he when he became king, and twenty and nine years did he reign in Jerusalem; and his mother’s name was Abi, the daughter of Zechariah. ³ And he did what is right in the eyes of the Lord, in accordance with all that David his father had done.

⁵ And he was inclined to seek God in the days of Zecharyahu, who had understanding in the visions of God; and during the time that he sought the Lord, God caused him to prosper.
