⁷ Then I said, Lo, I come, in the roll of the Book it is written of Me;

¹⁵ And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He will bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.

²⁷ And beginning from Moses, and from all the prophets, He explained to them the things about Himself in all the Scriptures.

⁴⁴ And He said to them, These are the words which I spoke to you yet being with you, that must be fulfilled all the things having been written in the Law of Moses, and the Prophets, and the Psalms, concerning Me.

³⁹ You search the Scriptures, for you think in them you have everlasting life. And they are the ones witnessing concerning Me.

⁴³ To this One all the Prophets witness, so that through His name everyone believing into Him will receive remission of sins.

³ For I delivered to you in the first place what I also received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, ⁴ and that He was buried, and that He was raised the third day, according to the Scriptures,

⁷ "Then I said, Lo, I come, in the heading of the Book, it was written concerning Me, to do Your will, O God." LXX-Psa. 39:7 -9; MT-Psa. 40:6 -8 ⁸ Above, saying, "You did not desire nor were pleased with sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and sacrifices concerning sins," (which are offered according to the Law), ⁹ then He said, "Lo, I come to do Your will, O God." He takes away the first in order that He may set up the second;

¹⁰ About which salvation the prophets sought out and searched out, prophesying concerning the grace for you, ¹¹ searching for what, or what sort of time the Spirit of Christ made clear within them; testifying beforehand of the sufferings belonging to Christ, and the glories after these.

¹⁰ And I fell before his feet to worship him, but he said to me, Behold! Stop! I am a fellow-slave of yours, and of your brothers, having the testimony of Jesus. Worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
