¹ And I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven: seven angels having seven plagues that are the last ones, because with them the wrath of God is completed. ² And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had conquered the beast and his image and the number of his name were standing by* the glassy sea, holding harps from God. ³ And they were singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying:
"Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God All-Powerful; righteous and true are your ways, King of the ages!* ⁴ Who would never fear, Lord, and glorify your name? For only you are holy, because all the nations* will come and worship before you, because your righteous deeds have been revealed." ⁵ And after these things I looked, and the temple, the tent of the testimony in heaven, was opened, ⁶ and the seven angels who had the seven plagues came out from the temple, dressed in clean, bright linen garments, and girded with golden belts around their* chests. ⁷ And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives _⌊forever and ever_⌋*, ⁸ and the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

²¹ " 'And if you go against me in hostility and you are not willing to listen to me, then* I will add a plague onto you seven times according to your sins.

² It is pleasing to me to recount the signs and wonders that the Most High God worked for me. ³ How great are his signs and wonders, how strong is his kingdom, _⌊an everlasting kingdom_⌋;* and his sovereignty is from generation to generation.

²⁷ He is rescuing, delivering, and working signs and wonders in the heavens and on earth, for he has rescued Daniel from the _⌊power_⌋* of the lions."

⁶ Then he said to the man who was clothed in linen who was above* the water of the stream,* "_⌊How long until_⌋* the end of the wonders?" ⁷ And I heard the man who was clothed in linen who was above* the water of the stream,* and he raised his right hand and his left hand to heaven and he swore _⌊by the one who lives forever_⌋* that an appointed time, appointed times, and half an appointed time would pass when the shattering of _⌊the power of the holy people_⌋* _⌊would be completed_⌋;* then all these things will be accomplished.

¹¹ And from the time the regular burnt offering is removed and the abomination that causes desolation _⌊is set up_⌋* there will be one thousand two hundred and ninety days. ¹² Happy is the one who is persevering, and attains to the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days.

⁴¹ The Son of Man will send out his angels and they will gather out of his kingdom all the causes of sin and those who do lawless deeds, ⁴² and throw them into the fiery furnace.* In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth!

⁴⁹ Thus it will be at the end of the age. The angels will go out and separate the evil from among the righteous ⁵⁰ and throw them into the fiery furnace.* In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth!

² And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.

⁶ And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves in order to blow them.

¹³ And I looked, and I heard one eagle flying _⌊directly overhead_⌋*, saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woe to those who live on the earth, from the remaining sounds of the trumpets of the three angels who are about to blow the trumpet!"

³ And he cried out with a loud voice like a lion roars, and when he cried out, the seven thunders sounded* their own voices.

¹⁴ The second woe has passed. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly!

¹ And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun and with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars, ² and _⌊who was pregnant_⌋* and was crying out because she* was having birth pains, and was in torment to give birth. ³ And another sign appeared in heaven, and behold, a great fiery red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads were seven royal headbands.*

¹⁰ he himself also will drink of the wine of the anger of God that has been mixed full strength in the cup of his wrath, and will be tortured with fire and sulphur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.

¹⁹ And the angel swung his sickle into the earth and harvested the vine of the earth, and threw the grapes* into the great winepress of the wrath of God.

⁶ and the seven angels who had the seven plagues came out from the temple, dressed in clean, bright linen garments, and girded with golden belts around their* chests. ⁷ And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, who lives _⌊forever and ever_⌋*,

¹ And I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, "Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God."

¹ And one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come, I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who is seated on many waters,

¹⁵ And out of his mouth came a sharp sword, so that with it he could strike the nations. And he will shepherd them with an iron rod,* and he stomps the winepress of the wine of the furious wrath of God, the All-Powerful.

⁹ And one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and spoke with me, saying, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb."

⁴ when the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion and cleansed the blood of Jerusalem from her midst by a spirit of judgment and by a spirit of burning. ⁵ Then Yahweh will create over all of the site* of _⌊Mount Zion_⌋* and over her assembly a cloud by day and smoke and the brightness of flaming fire by night. Indeed, over all the glory there will be a canopy,

³⁰ And so I sought for them somebody, one repairing the wall and standing in the breach _⌊before me_⌋* on behalf of the land not to destroy it, but I did not find anyone, ³¹ and so I poured out my indignation on them. With the fire of my wrath I destroyed them; I returned their way upon their head," _⌊declares_⌋* the Lord Yahweh.

¹¹ I baptize you with water for repentance, but the one who comes after me is more powerful than I am, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

⁷ so that the genuineness of your faith, more valuable than gold that is passing away, but is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ,

¹² Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, when it* takes place to test you, as if something strange were happening to you.

⁶ And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, like crystal, and in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back.

⁸ And when he took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one of whom had a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

¹¹ And after the three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. ¹² And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here," and they went up into heaven in a cloud, and their enemies watched them.

¹¹ And they conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives until death.

¹⁴ And he deceives those who live on the earth because of the signs that it has been granted to him to perform on behalf of the beast, telling those who live on the earth to make an image to the beast who has the wound of the sword and yet lived.

¹ After these things I heard something like the loud sound of a great crowd in heaven saying,
"Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, ² because his judgments are true and righteous, because he has passed judgment on the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and has avenged the blood of his slaves _⌊shed by_⌋* her hand!" ³ And a second time they said,
"Hallelujah!"
And her smoke goes up _⌊forever and ever_⌋*. ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who is seated on the throne, saying,
"Amen! Hallelujah!" ⁵ And a voice came out from the throne, saying,
"Praise our God all his slaves, and those who fear him, the small and the great!" ⁶ And I heard something like the sound of a great crowd and something like the sound of many waters and something like the sound of powerful thunder, saying,
"Hallelujah! For the Lord God,* the All-Powerful, reigns! ⁷ Let us rejoice and be glad and give him the glory, because the wedding celebration of the Lamb has come, and his bride has prepared herself.

¹⁸ And the material of its wall is jasper, and the city is pure gold, similar in appearance to pure glass.

¹ When* Abram was ninety-nine years old Yahweh appeared to Abram. And he said to him, "I am El-Shaddai;* walk before me and be blameless

¹ Then Moses and the _⌊Israelites_⌋* sang this song to Yahweh, _⌊and they said_⌋,*
"Let me sing to Yahweh because he is highly exalted; the horse and its rider he hurled into the sea. ² Yah* is my strength and song, and he has become my salvation;* this is my God, and I will praise him—the God of my father—and I will exalt him. ³ Yahweh is a man of war; Yahweh is his name. ⁴ The chariots of Pharaoh and his army he cast into the sea, and his choice adjutants were sunk in the _⌊Red Sea_⌋.* ⁵ The deep waters covered them; they went down into the depths like a stone. ⁶ Yahweh, your right hand is glorious in power; Yahweh, your right hand destroyed the enemy. ⁷ And in the greatness of your majesty you overthrew those standing up to you; you released your fierce anger, and it consumed them like stubble. ⁸ And by the breath of your nostrils waters were piled up; waves stood like a heap; deep waters in the middle of the sea congealed. ⁹ The enemy said, 'I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide plunder, my desire will be full of them, I will draw my sword, my hand will destroy them.' ¹⁰ You blew with your breath; the sea covered them; they dropped like lead in the mighty waters. ¹¹ Who is like you among the gods, Yahweh? Who is like you—glorious in holiness, awesome in praiseworthy actions, doing wonders?* ¹² You stretched out your right hand; the earth swallowed them. ¹³ In your loyal love you led the people whom you redeemed; in your strength you guided them to the abode of your holiness.* ¹⁴ Peoples heard; they trembled; anguish seized the inhabitants of Philistia. ¹⁵ Then the chiefs of Edom were horrified; great distress seized the leaders of Moab; all of the inhabitants of Canaan melted away. ¹⁶ Terror and dread fell on them; at the greatness of your arm they became silent like the stone, until your people passed by, Yahweh, until the people whom you bought passed by. ¹⁷ You brought them and planted them on the mountain of your inheritance, a place you made for yourself to inhabit, Yahweh, a sanctuary, Lord, that your hands established. ¹⁸ Yahweh will reign as king forever and ever."

³⁰ So Moses spoke into the ears of the assembly of Israel the words of this song _⌊until they were complete_⌋.*

³⁰ How could one chase a thousand and two could cause a myriad to flee, if their Rock had not sold them, and Yahweh had not given them up? ³¹ For the fact of the matter is, their rock is not like our Rock, and our enemies recognize* this. ³² For their vine is from the vine of Sodom, and from the terraces of Gomorrah; their grapes are grapes of poison; _⌊their clusters are bitter_⌋.* ³³ Their wine is the poison of snakes, and the deadly poison of horned vipers. ³⁴ 'Is not this stored up with me, sealed in my treasuries?'* ³⁵ _⌊Vengeance belongs to me_⌋* and also recompense, _⌊for at the time their foot slips_⌋,* because the day of their disaster is near, _⌊and fate comes quickly for them_⌋.'* ³⁶ For Yahweh will judge on behalf of his people, and concerning his servants; he will change his mind when he sees that their power has disappeared, and there is no one left, confined* or free.* ³⁷ And he will say, 'Where are their gods, their rock in whom* they took refuge? ³⁸ Who ate the fat of their sacrifices and drank the wine of their libations? Let them rise up, and let them help you; _⌊Let them be to you a refuge_⌋.* ³⁹ See, now, that I, even I am he, and there is not a god besides me; I put to death and I give life; I wound and I heal; there is not one who delivers from my hand! ⁴⁰ For indeed I lift up my hand to heaven, And I promise _⌊as I live forever_⌋,* ⁴¹ When I sharpen* _⌊my flashing sword_⌋,* and my hand takes hold* of it in judgment, _⌊I will take reprisals against my foes_⌋,* and my haters I will repay. ⁴² I will make my arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh with the blood of the slain, and captives* from the heads* of the leaders of the enemy.' ⁴³ Call for songs of joy, O nations, concerning his people,* for the blood of his servants he will avenge, _⌊and he will take reprisals against his foes_⌋,* and he will make atonement for his land, his people."

⁵ Then Moses, the servant of Yahweh, died there in the land of Moab _⌊according to the command of Yahweh_⌋.*

⁴⁹ But Aaron and his sons made offerings on the altar of burnt offering and on the altar of incense for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

⁶ So the king called Jehoiada the chief, and he said to him, "Why have you not required the Levites to bring from Judah and Jerusalem the tax of Moses, the servant of Yahweh, and of the assembly of Israel for the tent of the testimony?"

¹⁴ You made known your holy Sabbath to them and gave them commandments, regulations, and law* by the hand of your servant Moses.

⁹ He is doing great and _⌊unsearchable_⌋* things, marvelous things _⌊without number_⌋*—

¹² In front of their ancestors* he did a wonder, in the land of Egypt, in the region of Zoan.

¹⁰ Loyal love and faithfulness* will meet one another; righteousness and peace will kiss. ¹¹ Faithfulness* will sprout from the ground, and righteousness will look down from heaven.

⁴ And the strength of the king loves justice.* You have established equity; you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.

⁵ For Yahweh is good; his loyal love is forever, and his faithfulness is _⌊from generation to generation_⌋.*

⁵ Remember his wonders that he has done, his signs and the judgments of his mouth,

² The works of Yahweh are great, studied* by all who delight in them.

²² The stone the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. ²³ This is from Yahweh; it is wonderful in our eyes.

¹⁴ I praise you, because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.* Wonderful are your works, and my soul knows it well.

⁶ And they will speak of the power of your awesome deeds,* and I will tell of your greatness.*

¹⁷ Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, and loyal in all his works.

⁶ For a child has been born for us; a son has been given to us. And the dominion will be on his shoulder, and his name is called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. ⁷ _⌊His dominion will grow continually, and to peace there will be no end_⌋* on* the throne of David and over* his kingdom, to establish it* and sustain it with justice and righteousness now and forever. The zeal of Yahweh of hosts will do this.

¹ See, a king will rule according to righteousness, and princes will rule according to justice. ² And each one will be like a hiding place from the wind and a covering from the rainstorm, like streams of water in a dry region, like the shade of a large rock in a weary land.

²² For Yahweh is our judge; Yahweh is our lawgiver. Yahweh is our king; he is the one who will save us.

²¹ Declare and present your case, also let them consult together! Who _⌊made this known_⌋* from _⌊former times_⌋,* declared it from _⌊of old_⌋?* Was it not I, Yahweh? And there is no other god besides me, a righteous God besides me, and no savior besides me.

²⁰ And _⌊when he came near_⌋* to the pit, he cried out to Daniel with a distressed voice, and the king _⌊spoke_⌋* and said to Daniel, "O Daniel, servant of the living God, your God whom you serve faithfully, was he able to rescue you from the lions?"

¹¹ "And all Israel transgressed your law and turned aside so as not to listen to your voice, and so the curse and the oath which was written in the law of Moses, the servant of God, has been poured out upon us, because we have sinned against him.

⁹ Who is wise that he can understand these things? Who is discerning that he knows them? The ways of Yahweh are right, and the righteous walk in them; but transgressors stumble in them.

²⁰ You will show faithfulness to Jacob, and loyal love to Abraham, as you have sworn to our ancestors* from the days of old.

⁵ Yahweh is righteous in her midst; he does not do wickedness. _⌊Morning by morning_⌋* he renders his judgment; at dawn he does not fail, but an evil one knows no shame.

⁹ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Look! Your king comes to you; he is righteous and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, and on a male donkey, _⌊the foal of_⌋* a female donkey!

¹⁷ For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ.

⁵ And Moses was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony to the things that would be spoken,

⁸ And the four living creatures, _⌊each one_⌋* of them, had six wings apiece, full of eyes around and inside, and they do not have rest day and night, saying,
"Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God All-Powerful,* the one who was and the one who is and the one who is coming!"

⁹ And they were singing a new song, saying,
"You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slaughtered, and bought people for God by your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation, ¹⁰ and made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on the earth." ¹¹ And I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and of the living creatures and of the elders, and their number was ten thousand times ten thousand and thousands times thousands, ¹² saying with a loud voice,
"Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!" ¹³ And I heard every creature that is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and in the sea and everything in them saying,
"To the one who is seated on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power* _⌊forever and ever_⌋*."

¹⁰ And they were crying out with a loud voice, saying,
"Salvation to our God who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!" ¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

¹⁷ saying,
"We give thanks to you, Lord God All-Powerful, the one who is and the one who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign.

³ And they were singing something like a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders, and no one was able to learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand who had been bought from the earth.

⁸ And another second angel followed, saying, "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, who caused all the nations to drink from the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality."

⁵ And I heard the angel of the waters saying,
"You are righteous, the one who is and the one who was, the Holy One, because you have judged these things, ⁶ because they have poured out the blood of the saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink; they are deserving!" ⁷ And I heard the altar saying,
"Yes, Lord God All-Powerful, true and righteous are your judgments."

¹⁴ These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, because he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful."

² because his judgments are true and righteous, because he has passed judgment on the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and has avenged the blood of his slaves _⌊shed by_⌋* her hand!"

¹⁶ And he has a name written on his outer garment and on his thigh: "King of kings and Lord of lords."

¹⁴ Peoples heard; they trembled; anguish seized the inhabitants of Philistia. ¹⁵ Then the chiefs of Edom were horrified; great distress seized the leaders of Moab; all of the inhabitants of Canaan melted away. ¹⁶ Terror and dread fell on them; at the greatness of your arm they became silent like the stone, until your people passed by, Yahweh, until the people whom you bought passed by.

² There is no one holy like Yahweh, for there is no one besides you, and there is no rock like our God.

³ Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.

²³ You who revere Yahweh, praise him! Glorify him, all you seed of Jacob, and be in awe of him, all you seed of Israel,

²⁷ All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to Yahweh. All the families of the nations will worship before you.

⁹ All the nations that you have made will come and bow down* before you, O Lord, and glorify your name.

⁷ a God feared greatly in the council of the holy ones, and awesome above all surrounding him?

⁸ Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice because of your judgments, O Yahweh.

⁵ Exalt Yahweh our God, and worship at his footstool. He is holy.

⁹ Exalt Yahweh our God, and worship at his holy mountain, for Yahweh our God is holy.

⁷ He is Yahweh our God; his judgments are in all the earth.

⁹ He has sent redemption to his people; he has commanded his covenant forever; holy and fearful is his name.

¹ Praise Yahweh, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples. ² For his loyal love is mighty on our behalf, and the faithfulness of Yahweh is forever. Praise Yah!*

³ And the one called to the other and said,
"Holy, holy, holy is Yahweh of hosts! The _⌊whole earth is full of his glory_⌋."*

¹⁵ Therefore glorify Yahweh in the east, the name of Yahweh the God of Israel in the coastlands of the sea.

³ Therefore strong peoples will glorify you; a city of ruthless nations, they will fear you.

⁹ I desire you with all my soul in the night; also I seek you with my spirit within me, for when your judgments are _⌊upon_⌋* the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.

²³ I have sworn by myself; a word that* shall not return has gone forth from my mouth in righteousness: 'Every knee shall kneel down to me; every tongue shall swear.'

¹⁵ For thus says the high and lofty one who resides forever, and whose name is holy:
"I reside in a high and holy place, and with the _⌊contrite_⌋* and humble of spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the _⌊contrite_⌋.*

⁵ Then you shall see and you shall be radiant; and your heart shall tremble and open itself wide, because the abundance of the sea shall fall upon you; the wealth of the nations shall come to you.

¹⁸ "And I—their works and thoughts!—am about to come to gather all nations and tongues, and they shall come and see my glory. ¹⁹ And I will set a sign among them, and I will send survivors from them to the nations: Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow; Tubal and Javan, the faraway coastlands that have not heard of my fame, and have not seen my glory.
And they shall declare my glory among the nations, ²⁰ and bring all your countrymen* from all the nations as an offering to Yahweh on horses and chariots* and in litters and on mules and camels, to* _⌊my holy mountain_⌋,* Jerusalem," says Yahweh, "just as the sons of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel to the house of Yahweh.

²² "For just as the new heavens and earth that I am about to make shall stand before me," _⌊declares_⌋* Yahweh, "so shall your descendants* and your name stand. ²³ And this shall happen: From _⌊new moon to new moon_⌋* and from _⌊Sabbath to Sabbath_⌋* all flesh shall come to bow in worship before me," says Yahweh.

²² Do you not revere me?" _⌊declares_⌋* Yahweh, "Do you not tremble _⌊before me_⌋?* For I have placed the sand as a boundary for the sea, _⌊as an everlasting limit_⌋,* and it cannot pass over it, and they rise and fall loudly, but they cannot prevail, and its waves roar, but they cannot pass over it.

⁷ Who would not revere you, O king of the nations? For you it is fitting. For among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms,* there is none like you.

¹⁹ O Yahweh, my strength, and my stronghold, and my refuge in the day of distress, to you the nations will come from the ends of the earth, and they will say, "Our ancestors* have inherited only lies,* vanity, and there is no profit in them.

⁵ Afterward the children of Israel will return and seek Yahweh their God and David their king. They will come in fear to Yahweh and to his goodness at the end of days.

¹² Are you not from of old, O Yahweh my God, my Holy One? You* shall not die. O Yahweh, you have marked them* for judgment; O Rock, you have established them* for reproof.

¹¹ "Many nations will join themselves to Yahweh on that day, and they will be my people, and I will dwell in your midst. And you will know that Yahweh of hosts has sent me to you.

²⁰ Thus says Yahweh of hosts: 'It will happen again that nations and the inhabitants of many cities will come. ²¹ And the inhabitants of one city will go to another city, saying, "Let us go immediately to entreat _⌊the favor of_⌋* Yahweh, to seek Yahweh of hosts—I also will go!" ²² And many peoples and powerful* nations will come to seek Yahweh of hosts in Jerusalem, and to entreat _⌊the favor of_⌋* Yahweh.' ²³ Thus says Yahweh of hosts: 'In those days ten men from _⌊all the nations of every language_⌋* will take hold of the hem of a Judean man,* saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you!" '"

¹⁶ _⌊And then_⌋* every survivor from all those nations coming against Jerusalem will go up year after year* to worship the king, Yahweh of hosts, and celebrate the Feast of Booths.*

¹¹ From the rising of the sun to its setting, my name is great among the nations, and in every place incense is being presented to my name, and a pure offering. For my name is great among the nations," says Yahweh of hosts.

⁴ "And I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body, and after these things do not have anything more to do. ⁵ But I will show you whom you should fear: fear the one who has authority, after the killing, to throw you* into hell! Yes, I tell you, fear this one!

⁹ and that the Gentiles may glorify God for his mercy, just as it is written,
"Because of this, I will praise you among the Gentiles, and I will sing praise to your name."*

¹⁰ whenever he should come to be glorified on that day by his saints and to be marveled at by all who believe, because our testimony was believed among you, ¹¹ for which purpose we also pray always for you, that you may be considered worthy of the calling of our God, and he might fulfill every desire for goodness and work of faith with power,* ¹² in order that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁶ for it is written, "You will be holy, because I am* holy."**

⁷ "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write:
"This is what the holy one, the true one, the one who has the key of David, the one who opens and no one can shut, and who shuts and no one can open, says:

¹⁰ and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, "_⌊How long_⌋*, holy and true Lord, will you not judge and avenge our blood from those who live on the earth?"

¹⁵ And the seventh angel blew the trumpet, and there was a loud voice in heaven saying,
"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign _⌊forever and ever_⌋*."

⁷ saying with a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship the one who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and the springs of water!"

⁷ And I heard the altar saying,
"Yes, Lord God All-Powerful, true and righteous are your judgments."

²¹ And you will put the atonement cover above onto the ark, and into the ark you will put the testimony that I will give you.

²¹ These are the records of the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the testimony, which were recorded at the _⌊command of_⌋* Moses, the work of the Levites, in the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

⁵⁰ You will _⌊appoint_⌋* them over the tabernacle of the testimony,* over all its vessels, and over all that belongs to it. They will carry the tabernacle and all its vessels, and they will care for it; and they will camp around the tabernacle.

⁵³ But the Levites will encamp around the tabernacle of the testimony,* and there will not be wrath on the community of the _⌊Israelites_⌋;* and the Levites will keep the requirements of the tabernacle of the testimony."*

⁵¹ And behold, the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom, and the earth shook and the rocks were split.

¹⁹ And the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant appeared in his temple, and there were lightnings and sounds and thunders and an earthquake and large hail.*

⁵ "And they will take the gold and the blue and the purple and the crimson yarns and the fine linen, ⁶ and they will make the ephod of gold, blue and purple, and crimson yarns, and finely twisted linen, the work of a skilled craftsman. ⁷ It will have two joining shoulder pieces at its two edges, so that it can be fastened. ⁸ And the waistband of his ephod, which is on it, will be of like work to it—gold, blue, and purple and crimson yarns and finely twisted linen.

¹⁷ _⌊And then_⌋* _⌊when they come_⌋* to the gates of the inner courtyards, they shall put on their* inner linen garments and not wear wool garments _⌊when they serve_⌋* in the gates of the inner courtyard and _⌊inside_⌋* the temple. ¹⁸ Linen turbans shall be on their head and linen undergarments shall be on their waists; they shall not gird themselves with material causing perspiration.

⁴ And it happened that while they were perplexed about this, behold, two men in gleaming clothing stood near them.

¹³ and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, dressed in a robe reaching to the feet and girded around his* chest with a golden belt,

¹⁵ And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to the one seated on the cloud, "Send out your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe!"

¹ And I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven: seven angels having seven plagues that are the last ones, because with them the wrath of God is completed.

⁸ For there is a cup in the hand of Yahweh with* wine that foams, fully mixed, and he pours out from this. Surely all the wicked of the land _⌊will quaff it down to its dregs_⌋. *

¹⁵ For thus said Yahweh, the God of Israel, to me, "Take this cup of the wine of wrath from my hand, and you must give it to all the nations to whom I am sending you to drink.

⁹ For they themselves report about us, what sort of welcome we had with you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God,

⁶ And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, like crystal, and in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back. ⁷ And the first living creature was similar to a lion, and the second living creature was similar to an ox, and the third living creature had a face like a man's, and the fourth living creature was similar to an eagle flying. ⁸ And the four living creatures, _⌊each one_⌋* of them, had six wings apiece, full of eyes around and inside, and they do not have rest day and night, saying,
"Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God All-Powerful,* the one who was and the one who is and the one who is coming!" ⁹ And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to the one who is seated on the throne, the one who lives _⌊forever and ever_⌋*,

⁶ and swore by the one who lives _⌊forever and ever_⌋*, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, "There will be no more delay!

² And the first went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and there was an evil and painful sore on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.

³⁴ And the cloud covered the tent of assembly, and the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle. ³⁵ And Moses was unable to go into the tent of assembly because the cloud settled on it and the glory of Yahweh filled the tabernacle.

¹⁰ When the priests went out from the holy place, the cloud filled the house of Yahweh. ¹¹ The priests were not able to stand to minister _⌊because of the presence of_⌋* the cloud, for the glory of Yahweh filled the house of Yahweh.

¹³ And it was the primary duty of the trumpeters and singers to make themselves heard with one voice, to praise and give thanks to Yahweh. And when a sound from the trumpets, cymbals, and other instruments of song was raised to Yahweh—for he is good, because his loyal love is everlasting—then the house, the house of Yahweh, was filled with a cloud. ¹⁴ And the priests were not able to stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of Yahweh filled the house of God.

⁸ Smoke went forth from his nose, and fire from his mouth consumed. Burning coals blazed from him. ⁹ So he bowed the heavens and came down with a thick cloud under his feet. ¹⁰ And he mounted a cherub and flew, and he swooped down on wings of wind. ¹¹ He made darkness his hiding place; all about him his covering was a darkness of waters, _⌊thick clouds_⌋.* ¹² From the brightness before him his clouds passed over with hail and coals of fire. ¹³ And Yahweh thundered from the heavens, and the Most High uttered his voice with hail and coals of fire. ¹⁴ And he shot his arrows and scattered them,* and many lightning bolts and routed them.

⁹ The voice of Yahweh causes deer* to give birth and strips the forests bare. And at his temple all in it say, "Glory!"

⁴ And the pivots of the thresholds shook from the sound of those who called, and the house* was filled with smoke.

¹ Then Yahweh said to me, "Even if Moses and Samuel stood _⌊before me_⌋,* my heart would not be to this people. Send them away from my _⌊sight_⌋,* and let them go out.

⁴⁴ You have covered yourself in a cloud _⌊so that prayer cannot pass through_⌋.*

³³ Oh, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how incomprehensible are his ways!

⁹ who will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his strength,
