¹ [To the Chief Musician. A Song or Psalm.] Make a joyful noise unto God, all you lands:

²⁸ Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making music with lyres and harps.

²³ Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; show forth from day to day his salvation. ²⁴ Declare his glory among the nations; his marvelous works among all peoples.

¹ [To the Chief Musician upon gittith. A Psalm of Asaph.] Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.

¹ O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. ² Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.

¹ O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.

⁴ Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
